Hey Hemant, definitely not. There’s one tip for you here. Prices don’t go down in real estate, they stagnate. But the projections so far are really promising for 2024 as well, so we can’t say that you’ll get any relief even after the elections. Keep a few things in mind, choose a reputed builder. Check their previous delivered projects, if possible, go visit them too. Invest in a growing neighborhood. Read more about what infrastructure is announced in the locality of your choice. Judge accordingly where do you want to see yourself in 5-10 years.
