    Recently Yamuna water reached adjacent to Tata eureka park.. just a road was between Tata eureka park and Yamuna water.. I have a fear if this can create flood problem in future in this sector ?

    Never buy property in Noida. The entire noida is on leasehold doesn't matter how reputed the developer is and how expensive the property is.
