Today we are travelling through Greater Noida West, the most modern and the smartest city of India. We will start our journey from char Murti chowck which is also known as Gaur Chowck. We will se Gaur City, Gaur City Center, Gaur Mall, Galaxy mall and supertech, Ajnara, Gaur City, Cherry County and a lot of other projects.
Greater Noida is a planned city located in Gautam Buddha Nagar district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The city was created as an extension to Noida area under the UP Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 and a part of Delhi NCR Situated 30 km (19 mi) south-east of the capital city of New Delhi, it takes around 30 minutes to travel between the cities via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The city is administered by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA)

Uttar Pradesh government is doing a decent job, I hope Noida has world class educational facilities surrounded with great startup ecosystem.
Its the need of the hour as South Indian political parties are radicalizing the gullible population against Hindi speaking states. Lets hope Uttar pradesh becomes self sufficient.
South indian is not as devloped as we think. One thing is they are very united , they are very confident about their cities and never tell you a single bad thing , infact tell they had best cities. North people fall in that trap

Great Place. Architectural Jewels, Beautiful landscapes with greenery and oh yes GOLDEN SUNSET. In east sunrise is glory as it is said "Sun rises in east and sets in west" But in beautiful India even sunset is breath taking. Enjoy our beautiful India blessed from high above.
Idk why government does not allow Super talls and Skyscrapers. Mumbai has them, but thats it. Gurgaon/Noida/Kolkata/Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad should also be allowed more FSI so that buildings over 300 meters are allowed.
Skyscrapers only make sense when there is acute shortage of land. Otherwise mid sized buildings are the way to go
Bro ,I think u don't know India adopted horizontal development, not vertical development, in horizontal development,small building constrcted and large area looks beautiful, and vertical development,less area consumed and small area looks good.

I think also because Delhi ncr is really prone to floods and earthquakes and comes under zone 3 which is why we don't have really tall buildings but we do actually have relatively tall buildings and yeah I agree and would also like to see some tall buildings in the upcoming projects like supernova in Noida

I think there should be anoher lane or road for Auto and bikes etc.....otherwise this congestion will never reduce in India....its a huge problem.....
I agree there should be additional lanes for bikes and cycles. The government should promote more cycles and noida can be a good start.

Why the hell are there no lane markings on the road here? This is the problem with Indian cities. Building a freaking mall is not a huge achievement but having well planned and well designed road infra is crucial. ( OK, the lane marking started almost halfway through the video but not see in the first half)

Also the roads don't have proper kerbs for storm water drainage. Can you imagine the plight when there is torrential rainfall. Bad Planning - Part1, ready for future water logs.
Bcs most of the city is under development so there are lot of trucks and tipper moving which will damage the roads and other amenities.
I think when the most of the construction stops then they will look into roads and streets.
Still much better than Bangalore roads.
I went to noida many times in 2023 it is very well developing with future in mind, it looks more advanced than some of the cities in india

Noida west is one of the locations which can be compared with Dubai high rise..one of the most developed areas in Delhi NCR.
But Rates are not reasonable ,where if you are looking for any ready to move in apartment then you have to pay 8000 Per sq feet which is not affordable at all ,so pls be careful before reaching this location and buying property!!

A lot can be done while keeping costs down to make Bouma truly a liveable world class city. UP should spend a little money and hire a foreign city planning and architectural firm to re-design and develop a master plan since Indians and particularly North Indians are clueless. China faced the same problem and brought in the Singapore Govt City planning department and designed two stupendous cities ( on existing city, so a redesign). I visit these two cities ( not Beijing or Shanghai but 300 km interiors) often and they are fantastic. L8ve walking 8n the evening. Beautiful, easy and liveable.
Don't boast by just one city. If you want to know how developed India really is, then you need to visit its villages. You will see a country that is still struggling, but that is also full of hope."

Why isn't the electricity transmission wire underground? All transmission and communication warings (optical fiber etc) should be laid underground. Hope there is proper seweage network connected to a sewage treatment plant and proper storm water drainage as well. Just highrises, metro railway and wide roads do not make a city modern. A modern city has to be planned well to handle furure growth in economic activity, population and vehicular transport.
