Very True What is the Value of RERA Now I am not at interested in investing in any upcoming projects in Noida Infect there is also one more very critical factor that is lease rent and interest on installment. Builder got the land in installment and they start selling the project by the time project is near to completion they are buried under authorities dues. There are more than 100 projects in Noida which don’t offer Registry to buyers because builders has not cleared the authorities dues
M3M is mostly in bad news even in Gurgaon wherein ED had arrested M3M directors few months ago for a money laundaring scam revolving around M3M shell companies. Investors should also do some research before investing.

Green belts, managed traffic, everything is planned there. You won't find this development in Gurugram where authority is doing no development for public. Dwarka expressway is too overhyped. Prices are not the worth. People are moving to Noida nowadays because they are getting better facilities there in comparision to Gurugram. I personally know so many people who migrated to Noida from Gurugram due to such issues. The picture of Noida is completely transformed now and it looks like quiter safer with everything quite developed.
