IMO all looks good compared to other projects this one has some advantages like: - Good location and connectivity - Metro and rapid are planned on 130 mt road and will be very close to this project - We can contact central Noida from 2 ways via ATS chowk/hindon bridge or via Gaur chowk - All major schools are nearby - Shopping malls/complexes are nearby Some Disadvantages: - Plot is covered with other project - Price is but high but ok if we compare to Arhiant One project where location is big concern
