Awesome video as always Pete and Carol. Another awesome episode of The Great Canadian Adventure can’t to see the rest of it. Thanks for letting us ride along with y’all on y’all’s adventures.
The emotion makes 100% sense Carol. 🙏 for you and Pete as your journey continues as well as healing time away. Such fun to see Canada in all it's glory and grateful for your work bringing us along. 💜 B
I was already tearing up before Carol hugged Dan. I lost my 34 yr old son in September. Would give anything to hug him again. Stay safe and hug that beautiful family you have as often as you can.❤
Carol, it is okay to have the emotions you do. I am the mom of three grown ones. They all live far away from me and away from each other. It is far between each visit. It is hard for me, but I am happy they are all independent and healthy. I guess it is what we, Mama's do. We raise them to be strong so they can go out in the world as happy adults. No one told me about this part of having children. Another one of those things we can not prepare for. Hugs.
Good morning to you. Love your videos. I am a women 77 years old and I fixed up a van, so comfy and made a road trip out to Newfoundland last fall after a trip out to California. Coast to coast in one year. I loved the rock. Found so many free ocean front camping spots. I covered 10 000 k, so saw a lot of the island . I lived the area up and around Grose Morse and up to Bonavista. You can camp for free in so many places and at Bonavista I stayed up on the flats. What a night sky. Enjoy and almost everyone is ready to invite you in for a chat. Drive safe.
Carol,Thank you for being True to your Mothers Love❤❤❤as I cryed with you,I think about this Chain of the Circle of Life and how it Concets us and Keeps us strong ❤ So excited to be on this jurney with you both❤
Carol, you are a fantastic mother and carry such a heart for your family. Leaving is emotional isn't it. We feel it every time our son flies to Australia. You and your family are in my prayers.
Mther is always very concerned about her family and her home 🏡 . Even after her children's become adult its her caring nature. Lando was very upset but you have taken good 👍🏻 decision that was best for him. Mesmerizing campsites be happy safe and healthy ❤❤😊
Just finished watching the Children of the Wind by LostLakes on their UA-cam channel . It was an amazing video. Now I’m going to watch your video and enjoy your journey. I know that your family experienced a great loss. My sincere condolences for your family.
Beautiful as always! Thank you. And sweet Carol. You've had a lot of loss this year and on top of that, your own children growing up and heading out into the world. So much change. ❤️ Be kind to yourselves and your needs and your family during this time, not the channel. For nothing in this world is as important. We'll all be here whenever you're posting. Much love. ❤️
Another incredible chapter in the Great Canadian Overland Adventure! Loving the mix of wilderness, off-grid exploration, and those epic setups. The landscapes are amazing, and it's inspiring to see how you tackle the journey as a family. Thanks for sharing your tips and partnerships - looking forward for the next leg of the trip! 🌄🚙🔥
Nice, Glad to see you back on the road. You have a lot to cram in in the next few weeks. Hope the weather hold up. We look forward to your upcoming videos. Take care!
My wife and I have loved watching your families adventures and challenges. You truly have inspired us to head out on our own great adventures in our truck camper. In this episode, you are using some camp chairs that we would like to get more information about. Is this something you would be willing to share with us? Thank you!
You know your mom you wouldn’t have a lot of heart strings pulling at you. That’s only natural. I think a wonderful thing. I think they’ll be fine. You should enjoy the Wonderman at the moment. I don’t think anything less of you for having the feelings you’re having.
So excited to see you heading our way. It’s such a beautiful spot! Love watching your travels, always excites my heart! Be save and enjoy NS to its fullest!
I am a newcomer to your channel. Love the landscape of your journeys. Hard work, family, and ur dog is awesome. Will be watching all your other videos this week.
So glad you took us through Ottawa because I was really impressed with the architecture of the buildings. It looked like something you'd see in Europe. I had no idea that Canada was so diverse. Just cool to see. ❤
Wonderful way to relax after church this morning. Our family enjoys all your videos. Though from Saskatchewan, my wife and I were married (and went to college ) in Barry’s Bay. We were selfishly hoping you’d show it. Oh well. Thanks for the great video.
Well Pete and Dan have a beautiful house all to themselves. While you are away. Traveling is the greater danger than staying at home. I live on a boat and live with the fear of it sinking all the time.
Another great episode! What would be amazing is if you guys and Scott from @DrenalinAdventures did a meet up in Ontario It's his playground, and it would be a great collaboration. Best of luck on the rest of the trip, and I am looking forward to the colors on the east coast.
I have seen the beebe brothers 5 ton winches in several videos now. On the barge and on the ferries. I worked for Beebe brothers in Seattle back in the early 80’s when I was a teenager. The company changed hands a few times over the years but I stayed and retired 35 years later.
Beautiful! So many beautiful European buildings...Can you two speak French? Was wondering how hard it is to navigate a French speaking province as a person who only speaks English. Thanks for sharing you...raw emotions...and beautiful routes on the road. 🥰
If I remember correctly, some years ago you had an auxillary fuel tank made and installed on Worsley. The work was done in Oklahoma? Could you please share the vendors name? TIA
The auxiliary fuel tank is made by longrangeamerica.com As far as I know, the installer in Oklahoma no longer provides the installation service. Hope this helps.
I noticed that they put Mobil One oil in your truck. Ford only recommends oils that meet the WSS-M2C171-F1 standards. Not sure if Mobil is approved. I use Shell Rotella T6 full synthetic
Excited to see you on the road again after the big up and downs (wedding and funeral). Not easy, but life goes on. You guys are doing the right thing. I am surprised you run out of power so quickly. Are you planning to do any upgrades to the solar, batteries, DCDC charging? PS: I got my Baja at the very end of September and love it as well. I do run out of power, too but not that quickly. Happy to chat if you have any questions.
Yes, both blends are available @efrtcoffee.com Thank you, we sure hope you enjoy it. ☕️ It’s always fun to share a cup of coffee on Sunday mornings with our friends like you. Have a wonderful day.
Looking for stuff that eludes me on first look, I've learned to say, OK LORD, I know you know where it is, please show me. He is faithful in the l I little things as He is in the big things. Blessings on you and yours!
I know it's not my choice, but put in your current situation, I would have said "no" to rush finishing the cross country trip just to say that you did it. Home is more of a healing place. IMO

I am so sorry for your loss, stay close to Jesus and you will hug him again.
@@heatherclayton-callaghan4270 I find your comment most disturbing as it is entirely based on assumptions too
My son is saved & think you're rude for saying what you said.
So sorry for your loss. You will hug him again one day. ❤️

Great video. Thanks for taking us along.
What a beautiful spot you’re in. Head east young man! I’m only 1/6th of the way in and I’m stoked for you guys. Looks like a good trip!
That’s not a camp site. That’s a build a cabin and freaking stay site. Great video guys.

Thrilled to see you go through village of Rosseau, then Huntsville….family settled there…now live in PEI. Watching your journey with great interest!
I golfed the past 2 days. Today is my day of rest....read a book in the sunshine. Enjoy the road Pete and Carol!
I paddled over 100 miles in the Algonquin Park back country many years ago. There is no place more beautiful than waking at sunrise on a remote lake.
Good morning from Oklahoma. Glad y’all are back on your adventure. Great video. Continue being safe and sending prayers for your family.
Welcome back on the road!! Your music selection is perfect for an early Sunday morning post....

Hope to meet you guys if you hit the Annapolis Valley in NS. :)

I wish I could meet you guys in person in Montreal. It would be fantastic ❤
In the 80s we drove from Sask. to Nova Scotia on Bible College choir tour.I just sooo recall how long it took to get through Onntario...

Great to see. What happened to the off road trail you were going to follow?

Camped in Algonquin Park myself and hubby many years ago before moving west and getting married.
Have a safe trip to the East!! Can you please remind me of the name of the lake where lies your cabin? Take care
Would have been nice to have those apps this summer on my trip to Ontario and return to Alberta!
I noticed that they put Mobil One oil in your truck. Ford only recommends oils that meet the WSS-M2C171-F1 standards. Not sure if Mobil is approved. I use Shell Rotella T6 full synthetic
What brand of slippers are those? They look great!
Sierra Design. They have held up for five years now. Really impressed with them.
@EFRT Thank you.
When you are in Quebec City, try to circle Ille D' Orleans east of Quebec City, it is worth it! - Bon voyage!
Question for Pete. Can you not lay down the propane bottles and I thought you fixed the barge outboard motor?
Love the videos, question, it looked like where you had your vacuum stored it was wet. is it leaking there?
Good eye. I had just sprained it with cleaner and didn’t wipe it thoroughly 😅 Happy you liked the videos.
👍🎃
it`s interesting how al tho have different building materials their dens look quite similar to a beaver den. In BC. they often share the beaver dens.
Isn’t that the park My self reliance Shawn lives in? Or at least near by? Algonquin?

Hi there. When do you plan to be in St. John’s, NL?
What kind of organic whole bean coffee do you use?
Kicking Horse ☕️
