We're long distance, we've never met irl but we had smth special and we clicked instantly and shared deep connection. We've known each other for almost 4 years. The relationship was fun and healthy at first, but slowly it became toxic (mainly me) i have hard time communicate with her when she does smth i dislike cuz i dont want to end up fighting. So i just let it slide. My toxic behaviour mostly broke the rs. I sometimes speak before i think impulsively and she said i dont show her enough how much i care. In reality i have always loved and cared abt her to the most extent but sometimes i still fail to show it. She told me i mentally drained her and i have apologized to her many times and we just fought again last night so i think there's no chance for me and her. Sometimes i dont even know im being toxic until she points it out. I never cheat on her tho, i dont lie. Trust and loyalty was perfectly fine between us. It's just my behaviour that affected the rs. But now i realized it and i have apologized to her and actually working on myself to become better version of me before i love anyone else. I just want to say I made mistakes at the beginning mostly pleading and begging to get her back, but she still eventually came around so don't be down on yourself if you have made any! On my situation, she has been hot and cold to me, and im still trying to figure out what I want personally, but their are some challenges in our relationship that can't be solved at the moment which is mainly long distance and not being able to see each other because of covid. I know it is tough for you, it was a long four months for me, but trust no contact it does turn the tables. Just remember it dosent work every time and their is no time limit to it, if you are feeling down or really thinking about her come back to these videos and lisin to them and take it a day at a time. Take a look at the comment section to cheer you up as well thats what I did. The biggest thing is to work on yourself no matter what. Don't sit down all day do something or try to improve yourself the best you can! It might be confusing when she reaches out to you, you might not even want to get back together at that point. I am a born again (evangelical) Christian. The bible forbids ALL sexual relations or sexual acts outside of sexual relations between one man married to one wife. Following this prescription in obedience to God will save you a lot of trouble and heartache in this life. You can be born again today. You can escape this destructive mindset of modern society today. You can do so by turning to Jesus Christ today and asking him to forgive your sinful life and give you a new life. That is what it means to be born again. No matter how messed up your life is today, Jesus can save you and give you a new life filled with peace and joy. Jesus said unless a man is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God (Gospel of John chapter 3 verse 3).

Well, it’s interesting how much we all miss our exes. They dumped us and we still want them back. What could be worse than this feeling... There is a thing I admit from your videos: don’t try to get back your exes, instead DO no contact to let them go back to you. Like you said, actions speak louder than words. It’s important to set boundaries for ourselves. And it’s not a manipulation, it’s just giving them the opportunity to do whatever they want, without you. So no matter, it’s working or not. I believe it’s working anyway, cause you doing something, you DOING no contact. You creating boundaries. You improving yourself. You showing your ex that you matter. You showing your ex that you was a great man/girl in relationship because you are not chasing them, and next relationship be most likely for them a lot harder to end, cause majority of people chase ex after break up, and then, ex will think about you, as a strong person. Even if someone will dump your ex, that feeling will be even more intense. So you are 100 % right. Even if we all miss our exes badly, better just to disappear from their life. In any case you have - you’ll win.
I find the reason we obsess so much when being dumped has a lot to do with the ego getting dumped. You don't realize how much you your ego controls that part of you.

Definitive no contact is the way to go people, get on with life and if it's meant to be they'll be back and it's up to them to make up. Don't have hope, take all the time you need to heal and don't rush things.
Patience and building yourself is key. The amount of regret and sadness turned into strength and resilience will only prove that You survived and can survive a lot more. It's a huge dopamine hit and uplifting feeling. We got our power back. But work needs to be done. After that it's a win-win situation, no matter what is the outcome.
When your being replaced with someone else.. things can change like a blink of an eye.. it’s usually someone at work whom they spend more time with… n it makes it easier for them especially if your screwing up

I realize he is a lier and I’m done a lot of times it’s hard to move on but it’s best to find other people to be with somethings are not ment to be when a person says just be friends or leave them alone do not wait on them I’m telling u it’s a waste of time and energy find new friends and things to do . Some people take others for granted just let it go if they come back they do if not them so be it . We all go through this but we have to move on and hope they come back if not back off . If it ever goes that long I think I would talk to her. After all a talk is a talk, it doesn't have to mean "I desperately need you back" Like catching up. Who knows if it could get her to think about you a little more again. I am no relationship expert though.
After five years of being on and off, this last try was the real one. We lasted 9 months and then he started to screw up. After a week of his bad behavior, HE broke up with ME. I was floored but I allowed him to have the breakup & did no contact for two weeks before breaking down & calling him casually. He did not care to talk to me on the phone and I’ve returned to no contact.

My ex broke up 7 years ago He blocked me right away then a month later him and his new girl friend was drunk and fighting and he called me saying how much he loves and missed me. This went on for 6 years they broke up and got back together again even though he was pledging his love to me. Anyway to make a long story short he stopped contacting me at all. He completely ghosted me and I think it's cause he don't know who or what he wants in his life. I miss him terribly but I'm still putting 1 foot in front of the other and still single all of these years... I may die single Idk. But at least I know in my heart how good I was to him and for him. His loss.

Spitfire Nation to be honest it was me, Covid made me very stress because I didn’t know if I was going to be laid off and I had no idea how to pay my bills so I became very distant and emotionally lost connection with her, at the same time she was also stressed about everything going on so me adding to that stress and not being my normal self with her. So yeah I have used this time wisely since then.
It’s funny, my ex reached out to me yesterday after 2 weeks of no contact. She had come to a place near my job with some friends, and wanted to see if I was still at work so she could see me. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I had left home a couple of minutes before she messaged me. Curious, what are some things you found really effective in helping you move forward until they eventually reached out again?

Well to be honest I started working out A LOT, I’m currently in the best shape of my life and the day she messaged me I posted a photo of me at the pool so I’m kinda thinking that she messaged me because of that 😬 lolol But like I said working out is only a small part of it, I also did TONS of meditation to destress myself. Try to get your own attitude about yourself like this in N/C: “They don’t deserve me - their loss” NOT: “They don’t love me, they rejected me, I must not be worthy of them”. It’s difficult but you gotta take care of yourself at this point.

I broke up with him last year August, 'cause he dumped me by saying that he didn't want to be with me. So far 7 months no contact. He tried to trick me into breaking NC by sending me a friend request on V-Day, and I didn't do anything because he ghosted me two months before that. By not accepting his friend request, I proved to him that he can't come back as and when he likes. Right now, NC has helped me rediscover myself again. Thank you Coach Lee, you're the best!
lol mine ended last year August too and she sent me a friend request by accident around christmas holidays, i went no contact right away in august. Sounds like he was thinking about you, or at least gave it a thought, so NC works lol.

Today makes 3 weeks of NC, she unfollowed me on Twitter but kept me on Snapchat. We don't look at each other's posts and no attempts made to reach out either. After being hot and cold due to stress and hormonal issues due to a medicine she's been taking, she told me that her feelings changed and couldn't do this anymore. I had been giving her space for the prior month and a half to give her space to handle her business. I miss her terribly, but as much as I've done. I can't chase her anymore.
Coach Lee, I hope one day you will do a video on "no contact" when your significant other has distanced himself from you and then you have to say goodbye and leave. He doesn't physically leave--he emotionally leaves. Then you physically leave because of that. How does "no contact" work there, or does it?

I was heartbroken, crush , cry days and at night a cry myself to sleep .3 week ago we’re at the same bd and I give him a ride home . We talk and he say that he’s talking to someone now . He ask if I can wait for him 1 year and if he can’t find someone good sweet with a golden heart like me . He promise to be back with me and say that he will be all mine . honestly at the moments I was thinking to myself that maybe he forgot to take his medication. I lied and broke trust and she broke up with me. I didn’t cheat but it was a breach of trust in an otherwise pretty good relationship, a few ups and downs. She didn’t want to but she had to. I hope NC gets her back. I’ve started changing every aspect of my life for the better and im hopeful if I get one shot, I’ll never let go again.

My husband left because I said something hurtful, like using the devoice card because it seem he only took me seriously when I did. I apologize and ask for forgiveness because and cried a river of hurt, I shouldn’t do that ever in a marriage. Well this time he called my bluff and blocked me. So no contact is double the pain for me. I just want him to come back home, but he’s really cold to me.
Unfortunately I didn't leave leave her alone for 3-4 days then after I left her alone and it's been 1 year and 3 months and she never reached out to be. What if my ex is too cruel and egotistical/arrogant/stubborn? It's been almost two months of no contact now. Maybe we AREN'T meant to be together (says the "universe") but if that was indeed the case, then why did we even meet?! And why were things so good in the beginning??! Then things just faded away. He's so judgemental and mean, not to mention picky, this very recent ex of mine. Think about and write down the qualities he brought to the relationship and how you were made more comfortable around someone who embodies these qualities, then tell the universe to bring you someone who embodies everything you want! Remember it's also you that has brought something wonderful to the relationship, not just him!

My story is loooong but I won't share it here. We raised my kids as our kids and we even adopted my daughters son because of mental health issues. My biological daughter died last year, 5 years since my ex and I split up. She attended the funeral and after that I haven't heard a word from her. She and I have joint custody of my daughters son. She said she always wanted to be a mom. He has not seen her in over a year. She simply vanished from his life. So, the no contact thing is unbearably hard.
Tbh i don't want him anymore, i just want to see his remorse. He started blaming me for everything that happened to us and gaslighting me until he cut me off.
My past ex boyfriends have reached out to me and I made the decision just not to talk to him. Since I know in the past it just always ended up us fighting . I just I hate confrontation. I believe that if someone wants to text me but at least apologized or something along that line. I know when I reached out to my ex’s in the past. I’ve apologized. To this day I just find it funny how I’m such a terrible person but yet their the ones who wanted to text me and get back together. Funny how the world works.

@@senatorarmstrong9459 I feel you. I'd just add a perspective to help you (probably months later as you likely don't want to hear it now): upper twenties is quite young. You'll get more chances. I'm much older and way too wary now to strive for a long term relationship ever again. It's way too easy even for the "good girls" to break a relationship since there is no social pressure anymore to stay in one. Even when their friends or family likes you, "toleration" is so above anything else today that they'll just support her choice, regardless. Yours seems a good case to use No Contact though, for sure. Stay strong.

I know deep down she is going through a hell I wish she wasn't, and her mind is betraying her heart. I have broke some of the no contact rule, but I need to abide by it for now. @@MVProfits I strive for one with this woman because the level of connection there was the very first time her sister, and my good friend introduced me to her, was something truly powerful, close to movie level powerful, and it only blossomed from there. She did something for me on our vacation and told me while looking me in my eyes with all the compassion she had that she loved me. I just hope she gets better, and does what she needs to for her, I wouldn't have it any other way friend.

We're long distance, we've never met irl but we had smth special and we clicked instantly and shared deep connection. We've known each other for almost 4 years. I just want to say I made mistakes at the beginning mostly pleading and begging to get her back, but she still eventually came around so don't be down on yourself if you have made any! On my situation, she has been hot and cold to me, and im still trying to figure out what I want personally, but their are some challenges in our relationship that can't be solved at the moment which is mainly long distance and not being able to see each other because of covid. There is a thing I admit from your videos: don’t try to get back your exes, instead DO no contact to let them go back to you. Like you said, actions speak louder than words. It’s important to set boundaries for ourselves. And it’s not a manipulation, it’s just giving them the opportunity to do whatever they want, without you. So no matter, it’s working or not. I believe it’s working anyway, cause you doing something, you DOING no contact. You creating boundaries. You improving yourself. You showing your ex that you matter. Spitfire Nation to be honest it was me, Covid made me very stress because I didn’t know if I was going to be laid off and I had no idea how to pay my bills so I became very distant and emotionally lost connection with her, at the same time she was also stressed about everything going on so me adding to that stress and not being my normal self with her.
So yeah I have used this time wisely since then.
It’s funny, my ex reached out to me yesterday after 2 weeks of no contact. She had come to a place near my job with some friends, and wanted to see if I was still at work so she could see me. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I had left home a couple of minutes before she messaged me. Well to be honest I started working out A LOT, I’m currently in the best shape of my life and the day she messaged me I posted a photo of me at the pool so I’m kinda thinking that she messaged me because of that 😬 lolol
But like I said working out is only a small part of it, I also did TONS of meditation to destress myself. I also found reading and walking in the park to be a good way to help focus the mind.

I broke up with him last year August, 'cause he dumped me by saying that he didn't want to be with me. So far 7 months no contact.
He tried to trick me into breaking NC by sending me a friend request on V-Day, and I didn't do anything because he ghosted me two months before that. By not accepting his friend request, I proved to him that he can't come back as and when he likes.
Right now, NC has helped me rediscover myself again.

I have been no contact for 6 months. I was the dumper. My ex cheated and I left because of that. My ex reached out last month however I have no intentions of ever going back and realized it's for the best. Trust is very important and once that is broken I unfortunately don't feel secure in the relationship and then do not want to continue. It's unfortunate. I am healing though and learning. 💛

Same ex broke up with me for the exact same reason exactly one year later to the day. Watched your videos both times and you calm my anxiety so well with your voice, wisdom and deep blue eyes. He said he isn’t motivated and depressed because there’s so much going on and so much stress but he bears it like a lone wolf. Today makes 3 weeks of NC, she unfollowed me on Twitter but kept me on Snapchat. We don't look at each other's posts and no attempts made to reach out either. After being hot and cold due to stress and hormonal issues due to a medicine she's been taking, she told me that her feelings changed and couldn't do this anymore. I had been giving her space for the prior month and a half to give her space to handle her business. I miss her terribly, but as much as I've done. I can't chase her anymore.

I was heartbroken, crush , cry days and at night a cry myself to sleep .3 week ago we’re at the same bd and I give him a ride home . We talk and he say that he’s talking to someone now . He ask if I can wait for him 1 year and if he can’t find someone good sweet with a golden heart like me . He promise to be back with me and say that he will be all mine . honestly at the moments I was thinking to myself that maybe he forgot to take his medication. I lied and broke trust and she broke up with me. I didn’t cheat but it was a breach of trust in an otherwise pretty good relationship, a few ups and downs. She didn’t want to but she had to. I hope NC gets her back. I’ve started changing every aspect of my life for the better and im hopeful if I get one shot, I’ll never let go again.

My husband left because I said something hurtful, like using the devoice card because it seem he only took me seriously when I did. So no contact is double the pain for me. I just want him to come back home, but he’s really cold to me.
Unfortunately I didn't leave leave her alone for 3-4 days then after I left her alone and it's been 1 year and 3 months and she never reached out to be. What if my ex is too cruel and egotistical/arrogant/stubborn? It's been almost two months of no contact now. Maybe we AREN'T meant to be together (says the "universe") but if that was indeed the case, then why did we even meet?! And why were things so good in the beginning??! Then things just faded away. Think about and write down the qualities he brought to the relationship and how you were made more comfortable around someone who embodies these qualities, then tell the universe to bring you someone who embodies everything you want! Remember it's also you that has brought something wonderful to the relationship, not just him!

My story is loooong but I won't share it here. We raised my kids as our kids and we even adopted my daughters son because of mental health issues. My biological daughter died last year, 5 years since my ex and I split up. She attended the funeral and after that I haven't heard a word from her. She and I have joint custody of my daughters son. My situation is clearly the #4. Breaking up when there is love and positive from both is strangely as hard as a "bad" breakup.
That's what happened to me. I am still in love with this beautiful, pure woman. Never once in my life have I ever had a woman tell me she loves me, not even once until this woman. In my mid upper twenties and she is the first. We broke because she has some mental stuff going on as well as losing family and it has stressed her out, made her betray her heart. And decided to end it with me oct 3rd 2022. I wish I could take all her pain away and destroy it.

I'm much older and way too wary now to strive for a long term relationship ever again. It's way too easy even for the "good girls" to break a relationship since there is no social pressure anymore to stay in one. Even when their friends or family likes you, "toleration" is so above anything else today that they'll just support her choice, regardless.
Yours seems a good case to use No Contact though, for sure. Stay strong.

I know deep down she is going through a hell I wish she wasn't, and her mind is betraying her heart. I have broke some of the no contact rule, but I need to abide by it for now. I really appreciate your insight and perspective.
@@MVProfits I strive for one with this woman because the level of connection there was the very first time her sister, and my good friend introduced me to her, was something truly powerful, close to movie level powerful, and it only blossomed from there. She did something for me on our vacation and told me while looking me in my eyes with all the compassion she had that she loved me. I just hope she gets better, and does what she needs to for her, I wouldn't have it any other way friend.
It’s been 8 months...I know he’s not coming back. After our break up I blowed his phone UP. He never responded. Today, when I think of him, I can’t even cry nomore.
