2 years ago , I started my fitness journey with your vds . I remember that day clearly it was chest day I tried with your vds and it really helped me get in shape but I was too skinny and only 95lbs . I never give up, able to force myself to keep going and now I gain 135 lbs and I still training to gain more weight.( Later I went to the gym . But I still training with your vds as my Calithenis and body weight training.) My advice is that if you're thinking about getting in shape or if you wanna do some Push up to change your life as a healthy and strong person. Start it from Today . Don't waste your time anymore. Here is this man showing and training with you and proving that you can get in shape even without gym. May god bless you all.

@@workoutprimal chg your diet plan or eat more, than make a proper plan for workout, ( push , pull , leg , rest ) like that or go to the gym where trainers are available for you.

I did 100 push ups a day for like 6 or 8 months. It didnt really get my chest that much bigger, but it did get me insanely good at doing push ups!
In 2020 my weight is 84 and fat percentage is also high but following igor,s workouts , my weight drops to 68 and my whole body also get into good shape in 2 years but now again my body fat percentage is high 😅 and my weight is 78 because i haven't worked out from past 5 months . Started again ✌ from today

Not shoulder and if you do diamond pushups it will target the triceps more effectively
