What are all the dimensions of the mounting block ?? how far does it extend from the Canoe ?

Hey Richard; Those dimensions can vary greatly, but in my case, the block dimensions are 4.5" x 11". The block starts about 2 inches outside of the gunwales, but in another configuration, it can start right over the gunwale. The 11" makes it easy enough for the motor to be mounted closer or farther from the gunwales since only about 6" is needed for the motor itself to mount. Cheers,
