I lost another friend, because her twin sister decided to blame me for being put in an isolation room as punishment for reacting out of fear. I miss CAPSLOCK, but I don’t dare risk being blamed for what happened again. I lost the school that probably saved me, because my stepmom assaulted me and they couldn’t handle my mental health getting so much worse. And when I finally got to go visit again, almost everyone I knew there had moved on to other schools, or graduated. It wasn’t the same school it was when I left. I know things change, but… it wasn’t the same school that I would have probably graduated from if it weren’t for Covid. They act like they love me, they say they do, but I can’t quite believe that. I’m just hidden inside myself, because by the time I have the words for one thought, another has taken over and I have to start over again. I’m a little jealous of my self insert, in that respect. He at least can articulate things enough for people to understand. I just want someone to understand. I just want to know I’m loved for once. I just want someone who I can just… feel okay with, not feel like I’m juggling five different things to appease the neurotypicals. How do I find someone, if Aza never shows up again? Not as a replacement, but… I can’t be all alone again. I don’t really have friends. I was out of school for nine months because of the isolation room incident, so I’m out of practice and I feel awkward trying to connect with anyone my age. Like I’m bothering them. I just want someone to love and to love me. Doesn’t even have to be a romantic partner. Just someone my age who understands. But then I’d probably lose them too. So maybe it’s better this way.
