One day she made a comment about a previous employer, and the doctor she was talking to knew him. So that doctor sent the other a letter, asking about her... Her former employer said she ran away after rumours that she was fraternising with the rich patients.... So, feeling dubious about her, the police arrested her and questioned her to see if she was a communist. And they found, she just liked to lie, all the time, reality sucked so she made delusions instead, and it made her charming. So they let her go.... And then, a little while later, near the start of the month, she was found dead too, with a su*cide note.... which is around the time she would normally perform her biggest lies.... The author was also implying this was around the time she menstruated, the start of each month, and thus her delusions were based around menstrual hysteria but... I kind of hate that so ... I ignore it 😑
