Older female here. 71 and have already started to show signs of a dowager’s hump. I also have hyper extended knees and stand with a curve in my lower back. This makes it impossible to press my lower back to the floor during exercises. Any recommendations? I am using your videos 5-6 days a week along with speed walking.
