Maddie, this felt like the longest workout I’ve done in months. By the first exercise I was already sweating and by the middle I was absolutely DRENCHED. I’ve never wanted a workout to end so bad bc my whole mat was sweaty and slippery. Even as I’m typing this, drops of sweat are falling on my screen. My arms and legs were dripping sweat.That’s so rare for me. So thank you for the killer workout. Much love girl 🩷

Focusing on one group at a time with two sets feels much better than alternating between abs and legs in every set! I loved this much more. I could really focus on blasting the abs during two sets, and then the glutes in the next two! Great structure, I really loved this program😁😍

Loved this one!!! Love focusing on those body parts, plus I liked the longer workout. A lot of ads popped up during the workout, which usually doesn't happen, so I'm not sure what happened.

loved everything about this video except that it didn't really have much of a warm up or cool down. I really like when those are included in the workout. it makes it a lot more doable rather than trying to find a separate warm up video before and then a cool down video after. :)

16.3.24: did this and gosh my heart beat pumped so hard. Sweaty. I added weight during stars and russion twist. Also resistance band around my thigh to add more challenge. It is great!!!! Love it!!!
