    I've followed Maddie since 2020 during the COVID lock down and enjoyed her workouts. Some are quite challenging.Her legs are amazing.

    Maddie, this felt like the longest workout I’ve done in months. By the first exercise I was already sweating and by the middle I was absolutely DRENCHED. I’ve never wanted a workout to end so bad bc my whole mat was sweaty and slippery. Even as I’m typing this, drops of sweat are falling on my screen. My arms and legs were dripping sweat.That’s so rare for me. So thank you for the killer workout. Much love girl 🩷

    Great one Maddie! I do your workouts 3-4 times a week and you have enhanced my life in so many ways! Would you consider adding a timer to the whole video?     Focusing on one group at a time with two sets feels much better than alternating between abs and legs in every set! I loved this much more. I could really focus on blasting the abs during two sets, and then the glutes in the next two! Great structure, I really loved this program😁😍

    Loved this one!!! Love focusing on those body parts, plus I liked the longer workout. A lot of ads popped up during the workout, which usually doesn't happen, so I'm not sure what happened.

    Maddie! Ive had 2-in1 Flat Belly + Round Booty in my weekly circuit for two years now, but this one is instantly taking its place. I love the supersets with short breaks, plus this one is easy to add weight to as strength builds! xx, TY!

    Another workout that I love! Thank you for your easy-to-follow directions. Also, thank you for suggesting modified ways to do certain exercises for those of us no longer in our 20’s! (Or 30’s, 40’s, 50’s….) 💪🏻
    I’ve done several of your booty workouts, but this one literally kicked my butt! My booty is still on fire a day later. Intense workout, but going to become one of my favorites!

    Hey I just want to say thank you for your videos and encouragement! Since I found your account I have been motivated and inspired to move my body and be healthier. I was wondering if you would consider doing a Jonas Brothers dance workout because of their tour currently happening. I know a lot of people would be even more exited and encouraged with another dance workout!

    I really liked this video more than the others because of the shorter time intervals in between the exercises and the explanations on how to do it. Love the videos, helps me when I get super busy and do not have time for the gym . Keep it up !

    loved everything about this video except that it didn't really have much of a warm up or cool down. I really like when those are included in the workout. it makes it a lot more doable rather than trying to find a separate warm up video before and then a cool down video after. :)

      16.3.24: did this and gosh my heart beat pumped so hard. Sweaty. I added weight during stars and russion twist. Also resistance band around my thigh to add more challenge. It is great!!!! Love it!!!

    I think this is slightly too hard for me, but I decided I'm doing it only once a week for four consecutive weeks, I could power through. Week 2 and I do feel I should have exchanged it last week after barely making it out alive, but now it's too late and I am stuck haha.
