@104579231775181440694 Don't eat any chips, ice cream, or candy. Pretty much no junk food, but you should eat a little bit of carbs, such as brown rice. One thing is that I'm actually a vegetarian, so that might of helped me. Good luck!
At 1000 calories a day, that seems to be not enough. If you do 1500, you're body doesn't go into starvation mode, and start storing everything. But, it obviously is working for you, so congrats.
Rebecca H. don't throw calories out there because there are uneducated folk who think that will apply to anyone. Note to the public: depending on your height, activity level, and etc your calories to maintain your basic functions/ for you to be healthy is not all the same.
*I Weighed 310 at my highest and 190 and my lowest (lost 120lbs! within 6 months) I had saggy bingo arms tho they werent even bad, **weightlose.fitness** i just lacked muscle and didnt work out. and could easily be toned by working out, which i have been doing and ive seen great results quick. I do have a lil extra pudge on my stomach and plenty of stretchmarks which have faded. Strength training is the best way to go for faster results, better results, and you'll love going to the gym more than if you were to do cardio alone. Do not worry about sagging skin - deal with it when you get there because you'll be way happier at your goal weight with some extra skin compared to where you begin!*

+TURCKY PLAYS MINECRAFT i lost but i did 2 - 3 rounds a day taking like 5 mins break in between each round. Sometimes i do one in the morning and one in the evening and i also mixed it up...... did some HIIT cardio around 15min then another 15min doing bodyweight resistance. That is how im losing my weight and i also try to eat around 1500 calories a day. have fun :)
I'm shocked at how many people who post are very young (11 - early teens). When I was that age, obsessing over appearance and weight wasn't an issue - fitness just happened. Playing with friends, sports at school, etc. It breaks my heart to see kids that young focusing so much on their weight. Don't starve yourselves, eat a healthy and balanced diet, along with physical activity. That can be one of FB's hundreds of awesome workout videos, or any activity (running, sports, swimming, etc). If any young people are reading this, remember that you are still growing! Healthy eating and exercise isn't about looking good (although that is a nice side effect!), it's about being healthy and happy. Good luck. :)

This is by far the BEST comment I have seen on this page. I'm nineteen, and I'm TERRIFIED that my thirteen year old sister will end up falling into unhealthy habits because there's already this HUGE pressure on her, and she's the thinnest girl ever. She can't afford to lose weight. Seeing a comment like yours is really good because kids are going to see this and hopefully learn from it. I've never seen my 18 month old son laugh @ anything more than watching his mummy gasp for breath as she jumps up and down. The fact that i'm actually sweating to me means i'm doing something right.
Jazerkdot - It honestly would depend on how tired I was that specific day. The most rounds I would do of this workout was 3. And that would be like 1-3 days out of the week.
I'm going to push as hard as I can to do this workout. I am 13 years old and I am not happy with my body weight. All I do is go to school, eat, sleep, and go onto the internet. Although people may say that I do not need to loose weight or that I look fit and great just the way I am, I still feel like i need to start eating healthier and using my spare time wisely. I often suck in my stomach so my little bit of belly fat won't be as visible. I do love my body but I do believe that I need to loose a bit of belly/body fat. I'm also doing Fitness Marshals dance workouts! I am going to try my very hardest to do 30 minutes of this and 30 minutes of fun dance workouts! I believe that we can all do this! My names Hashim. I have been using this workout routine for about 4 months now, in those 4 months i have followed a diet with healthy foods (with a couple cheat days) and I can confirm that i have lost 19kg which is a massive deficit. I really do like this workout and do it twice a day and its good for losing weight fast and does work 100%

Omg this is one of the few workouts that have helped me see a difference in my weight, I’ve lost weight before, but I struggle seeing the physical difference in the mirror, even though I see the numbers on the scale. But after doing the workout consistently, I’ve actually seen a change for once! The more I see a change, the more motivated I am to continue the workouts, I hope this inspires someone, you can do it!!

Kun Chansophea i eat fruits in morning, like apple, orange or something else, for lunch i eat what my mom has done, and for dinner i eat salads, but if u do this after dinner u have to eat 2h before u will start this... or if u do this after luch do it after 2 hours ur lunch... good luck...
Never had a more perfect workout. I took breaks between every 2 works for like a min. But I was able to complete this workout. I havnt been able to finish any workout completely but fitness blender weirdly motivated me to do so. OK for the first time I'm actually gonna update every single day I promise. I will be doing this workout once everyday while doing 16:8 intermittent fasting. weight now - 70kg/154pounds height now - 167cm Day 1 - it was hard. But I love how I sweat soo quickly. Day 2 - finished it with alot of breaks .i was awake late so I ate a 5 chocochip cookies to satisfy my cravings Day 3 - completed Day 4 - I managed to finish the workout with only 3 30 sec breaks. I'm so proud of myself I feel like I've lost a little belly fat but too soon to know Day 5 - my legs were really sore so I skipped the last two exercises and instead did a 100 jumping jacks Day 6 - completed. Also I havnt been doing intermittent fasting for the last 3 days but I stick to eating 1500 calories Day 7 : completed. OMg I just checked my weight I'm 67.8 kg I lost 2.2 kg 😭so fast. This works guys It really does!! I'm gonna be continuing this for a month. Sorry u havnt bene updating recently but I have been doing the workout Day 14 - currently 67.7. Finished today's workout. Few years ago, I stumbled upon them, exercise 3 days a week, and lost 6-7kg. I’m managed to maintain my weight, but am coming back, in hopes to loose another 4-5 kg! Slowly, but surely getting there! Thanks guys
the first try was hard. my body was not used to these workouts especially the burpees and it's completely normal. just try these again and again so that your body could build comfortability in doing workouts.

Here is a good exercise: Step one sit down on a couch (make sure to squat) Step two lift your arms up as high as they can go. Step three stretch as far as you can Step four grab your junk food and TV remote, enjoy your tv shows ;) But for real I'm gonna make a playlist so I can get into shape :D

If she's had such a journey then fair play to her, but you don't do exercises like this at the start of the journey. All you'll be having is torn ligaments and knackered joints.

Ok, I am committed to do this workout 6 days per week for seven weeks. I am on day 5. It is still a killer!! The Burpees are so hard!! Hopefully I get better next week! I started Monday April 13th at 162 lbs. I am 5'7 inches and on a Keto diet. I will make weekly updates here :) Wish me luck!

It is possible to lose weight! I went from being 230lbs to 185. Still a very long way to go, but seeing old pictures and actually finishing a workout without pausing every other excercise is motivation enough to keep on going

I do this once alongside a playlist of other UA-cam I've put together (per day).. I've heard that doing the same thing/being continuously in the same routine is not good for loosing weight hence why I change the routine (of other videos) up. I've gone down a dress size since this was posted ...if thats reassuring?:)

bangbang bang hiya, sorry for the late reply. I've gone down 1 1/2 dress sizes (UK) fo before I was a Size 20 UK and now I'm a size 16 I've also gone down 2 bra sizes. My stomach has also become a lot more toned...even during this Christmas, once I stopped eating, my belly shrunk back. (I did have smoothies nearly everyday after though ;) ) I have created a playlist that is on my channel, if you are interested you can watch them. (If the playlist is private let me know and I'll add you/make it public) I also have an Uncle who is a personal fitness trainer so I see him atleast 4/5 times a month...though this winter I've been slacking a bit so I am hoping I get back into it the same way I was in the summer...anyway... bangbang bang I've also become less hungry since my stomach has now shrunk a little so I'm eating less. No diets, I eat the same foods (the diet I ate was always good food anyway, I just ate more than I should have), just smaller portions now. and I noticed i eat fruits as snacks now which I never used to do before aha. Hi I have lost weight doing this workout a couple of years back. I stopped working out and ate shit and gained double back. I've lost most of the extra weight again now and I am about 141 lbs and my goal is to get to the low 130s. I will update this comment at least every week and do this exercise twice a day, 6 days a week. I'll also eat as clean as I can
And I'm doing this because I'm self-conscious, and I can't do things as well as other people physical-wise but I know I could if I worked for it, and I sweat a lot, and summer is around the corner and I want to be able to go outside without feeling shit

Through working out watching videos like these, eating less snacks, and taking walks, I actually lost 6 lbs in a week. I was 286, but am now 280. I am proud of myself, and I hope people don't give up on themselves and push forwards to a healthier lifestyle too.

I'm fourteen years old and am 123 pounds. It's not my ideal weight personally, as I would like to be around the 110 area. I started exercising around May-June because I wanted to get fit in order to find a luxurious dress for my graduation that fit me properly. Ever since then, I've been trying to exercise daily but at a minimum so I'm not overdoing it. I lost around nine pounds since I used to be in the 130's! That's an improvement, but I still have some belly fat. It's hard to change my diet as I'm not old enough to choose my meal plan. I try to eat smaller portions and eat about 1400 calories each day, with low carbs and high protein IF I CAN! Hopefully I lose the pounds I need to be my dream weight and I also have a wedding coming up next week that I need to wear a dress to! GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE GOING THROUGH ANYTHING SIMILAR! Dont give up!
ciaralauren15 It's going great! If you believe it you can achieve it! I'm approximately 110 pounds, although it alters occasionally whether it be below or above. It was a process that I was so glad I took. I haven't been exercising that much because I have school, but I also haven't been lagging around. Good luck!
Do it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. However, doing this workout only is not going to help, try adding other workout with it. I did this for 1 week and when i feel that i dont feel like fainting then i add in another 15min of our workout, and 10min to stretch my body before and after. I did this for about 2 weeks already, not sure if i lost any weight since i want to wait till 1mth then i weigh myself. But my family have been saying that i look better since i have slim down. I am not fat, 17 years old girl, 176cm tall. Starting at 70kg, want to go down to 58kg. Good luck to those attempting to lose weight!! :)

I've been doing it once for 2 days and decided to do it twice since yesterday.. To be completely honest with you this workout is chopping my man boobs off haha!! I didn't have much to begin with but now it's really not that noticeable :D I'm going to be doing this workout until I have below 10% fat and start working the abs :p
I first found this vid like 4 or 5 years ago, I was 58kg and I went down to 55kg after the first month and 52kg after the second month, it stopped there though and I was able to maintain it for about a year while I was studying (in college, I was 19-20). Though I didn't plan the dieting part, I noticed that about I ate about 1/4 less compared before I started exercising. Too bad when I started working full time and got extra budget, I went back to love cooking and food (even fast food and milkteas, eat all you can restos) again so I've gain back my weight lmao (sedentary life at its finest) so I went back looking for this vid so I can get back in track again. They said it's more difficult to lose weight on your late 20s but there's nothing wrong in trying, I guess.

Explanation: I'm 15, meaning I'm still currently in high school, and taking several honors classes, I have a very limited amount of time. I'm 5'6" and weigh 120 Ibs, but am used to being fairly fit. I'm certainly not overweight, but what access weight I do have tends to go straight to my stomach. This personally bothers me, and I would be jogging if it wasn't winter. +TURCKY PLAYS MINECRAFT i lost but i did 2 - 3 rounds a day taking like 5 mins break in between each round. Sometimes i do one in the morning and one in the evening and i also mixed it up...... did some HIIT cardio around 15min then another 15min doing bodyweight resistance. That is how im losing my weight and i also try to eat around 1500 calories a day. have fun :)

I'm shocked at how many people who post are very young (11 - early teens). When I was that age, obsessing over appearance and weight wasn't an issue - fitness just happened. Playing with friends, sports at school, etc. It breaks my heart to see kids that young focusing so much on their weight. Don't starve yourselves, eat a healthy and balanced diet, along with physical activity. That can be one of FB's hundreds of awesome workout videos, or any activity (running, sports, swimming, etc). If any young people are reading this, remember that you are still growing! Healthy eating and exercise isn't about looking good (although that is a nice side effect!), it's about being healthy and happy. Good luck. :)

I'm nineteen, and I'm TERRIFIED that my thirteen year old sister will end up falling into unhealthy habits because there's already this HUGE pressure on her, and she's the thinnest girl ever. I'm going to push as hard as I can to do this workout. I am 13 years old and I am not happy with my body weight. All I do is go to school, eat, sleep, and go onto the internet. Although people may say that I do not need to loose weight or that I look fit and great just the way I am, I still feel like i need to start eating healthier and using my spare time wisely. I often suck in my stomach so my little bit of belly fat won't be as visible. I do love my body but I do believe that I need to loose a bit of belly/body fat. I'm also doing Fitness Marshals dance workouts! I am going to try my very hardest to do 30 minutes of this and 30 minutes of fun dance workouts! I believe that we can all do this! Omg this is one of the few workouts that have helped me see a difference in my weight, I’ve lost weight before, but I struggle seeing the physical difference in the mirror, even though I see the numbers on the scale. But after doing the workout consistently, I’ve actually seen a change for once! Never had a more perfect workout. I took breaks between every 2 works for like a min. But I was able to complete this workout. I havnt been able to finish any workout completely but fitness blender weirdly motivated me to do so. OK for the first time I'm actually gonna update every single day I promise. I will be doing this workout once everyday while doing 16:8 intermittent fasting.

Day 1 - it was hard. But I love how I sweat soo quickly.
Day 2 - finished it with alot of breaks .i was awake late so I ate a 5 chocochip cookies to satisfy my cravings
Day 3 - completed
Day 4 - I managed to finish the workout with only 3 30 sec breaks. I'm so proud of myself

Day 5 - my legs were really sore so I skipped the last two exercises and instead did a 100 jumping jacks
Day 6 - completed. Also I havnt been doing intermittent fasting for the last 3 days but I stick to eating 1500 calories
Day 7 : completed. OMg I just checked my weight I'm 67.8 kg I lost 2.2 kg 😭so fast. This works guys It really does!! I'm gonna be continuing this for a month.

She recently opened up about her past weight and binge eating disorder, she has put in a lot of work to reach the point she is at by now, so please don't judge what you see by so few pieces of information only

If she's had such a journey then fair play to her, but you don't do exercises like this at the start of the journey. All you'll be having is torn ligaments and knackered joints.

It is possible to lose weight! I went from being 230lbs to 185. Still a very long way to go, but seeing old pictures and actually finishing a workout without pausing every other excercise is motivation enough to keep on going
Started doing this every day from a month and a half ago when i had 68 kg, now I have 62 excatly. Slow process but pays off. Im gonna keep doing it and when summer break ends ( The 1st of September), I'll update my progress
Losing 6kg in 1.5 months is not slow process, that's HUGE! A slow and steady progress would be 1-2kg a month.

I've gone down 1 1/2 dress sizes (UK) fo before I was a Size 20 UK and now I'm a size 16
I've also gone down 2 bra sizes.
My stomach has also become a lot more toned...even during this Christmas, once I stopped eating, my belly shrunk back. (I did have smoothies nearly everyday after though ;) )

(If the playlist is private let me know and I'll add you/make it public) I also have an Uncle who is a personal fitness trainer so I see him atleast 4/5 times a month...though this winter I've been slacking a bit so I am hoping I get back into it the same way I was in the summer...anyway...

No diets, I eat the same foods (the diet I ate was always good food anyway, I just ate more than I should have), just smaller portions now. and I noticed i eat fruits as snacks now which I never used to do before aha. That's all I can think of really. Feel free to ask any more questions.
I love this workout! I started doing it consistently for a week(All the way through the entire workout) without eating junk food for that week and my family said they've seen a difference...so i'll be doing this a lot more!
hi everyone I been working out with fitness blender for about a year ago or maybe less; I was 200 pounds after having my baby so I decided it was time for a change and here I am today at 124lb! my goal weight is 120! I been doing HIIT workout 4 days a week along with clean eating and green tea. keep in mind that sometimes I slack off too.

Quarantined for over 6 months and didnt sweat since then, ive done this exercise now i feel refreshed after i sweat a lot.

Hi I have lost weight doing this workout a couple of years back. I stopped working out and ate shit and gained double back. I've lost most of the extra weight again now and I am about 141 lbs and my goal is to get to the low 130s. I will update this comment at least every week and do this exercise twice a day, 6 days a week. I'll also eat as clean as I can
And I'm doing this because I'm self-conscious, and I can't do things as well as other people physical-wise but I know I could if I worked for it, and I sweat a lot, and summer is around the corner and I want to be able to go outside without feeling shit

Through working out watching videos like these, eating less snacks, and taking walks, I actually lost 6 lbs in a week. I was 286, but am now 280. I am proud of myself, and I hope people don't give up on themselves and push forwards to a healthier lifestyle too.

I'm fourteen years old and am 123 pounds. It's not my ideal weight personally, as I would like to be around the 110 area. I started exercising around May-June because I wanted to get fit in order to find a luxurious dress for my graduation that fit me properly. Ever since then, I've been trying to exercise daily but at a minimum so I'm not overdoing it. I lost around nine pounds since I used to be in the 130's! That's an improvement, but I still have some belly fat. It's hard to change my diet as I'm not old enough to choose my meal plan. I try to eat smaller portions and eat about 1400 calories each day, with low carbs and high protein IF I CAN! Hopefully I lose the pounds I need to be my dream weight and I also have a wedding coming up next week that I need to wear a dress to! GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE GOING THROUGH ANYTHING SIMILAR! Dont give up!

Do it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. However, doing this workout only is not going to help, try adding other workout with it. I did this for 1 week and when i feel that i dont feel like fainting then i add in another 15min of our workout, and 10min to stretch my body before and after. I did this for about 2 weeks already, not sure if i lost any weight since i want to wait till 1mth then i weigh myself. But my family have been saying that i look better since i have slim down. I am not fat, 17 years old girl, 176cm tall. Starting at 70kg, want to go down to 58kg. Good luck to those attempting to lose weight!! :)

I'm gonna do 3videos a day from this channel working with belly fat and an shaping my goal is to loose 2-3 pounds a week but with this and practicing healthy eating habits I'm sure I'll get some good results.I started out at 173 the highest weight I've ever been at and I'm not at 166 but once I start this I expect to see some good results I also will be weighing myself weekly.My goal is to be at back down to 150 before October is over . I've been doing it once for 2 days and decided to do it twice since yesterday.. To be completely honest with you this workout is chopping my man boobs off haha!! I didn't have much to begin with but now it's really not that noticeable :D I'm going to be doing this workout until I have below 10% fat and start working the abs :p

I first found this vid like 4 or 5 years ago, I was 58kg and I went down to 55kg after the first month and 52kg after the second month, it stopped there though and I was able to maintain it for about a year while I was studying (in college, I was 19-20). Though I didn't plan the dieting part, I noticed that about I ate about 1/4 less compared before I started exercising. Too bad when I started working full time and got extra budget, I went back to love cooking and food (even fast food and milkteas, eat all you can restos) again so I've gain back my weight lmao (sedentary life at its finest) so I went back looking for this vid so I can get back in track again. They said it's more difficult to lose weight on your late 20s but there's nothing wrong in trying, I guess.

Explanation:
I'm 15, meaning I'm still currently in high school, and taking several honors classes, I have a very limited amount of time. I'm 5'6" and weigh 120 Ibs, but am used to being fairly fit. I'm certainly not overweight, but what access weight I do have tends to go straight to my stomach. This personally bothers me, and I would be jogging if it wasn't winter. I plan to do track in the spring, but as of right now, my plan is to do this workout every morning, along with cutting down on the amount of junk food and sweets I eat.
