This is like watching a baby take his first steps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is adorable! Gotta say this is one of your absolute best video's! Peter Frampton is an incredible artist. Many people may not know he and David Bowie were school mates. He played guitar on Bowie's 'Never Let Me Down' album and on the subsequent Glass Spider tour he played along with Carlos Alomar.
Right, when I was little I listened to this in the back seat of my parents car and then rocked it in the front seat of my own car as an adult 40 years later.
He was 18 years old when this was recorded. As of May 2020, he is KILLING the guitar. Check out his video where he has Joe Bonamassa on stage with him.

Oh heck Yeah! The summer of ‘76 was a fantastic summer when this album came out. It was the number one selling album of that year. Was thrilled to see Peter Frampton at the Met in Philly last July (2019). Sadly, he's winding down his career as he is dealing with a neurological condition that inhibits his ability to play. His performance was exceptional. What a talent! He played and sang his ass off, and was incredibly humble and funny as well. A true icon and underrated guitarist!
Update: July 2023 - Peter is dealing with his condition better than expected, can still play and sing very well. Just saw his Never Say Never tour in Atlantic City (sellout crowd) and he and his fantastic band absolutely rocked it. He has to play sitting down now, but when he tears into a solo, he sort of lays back in the chair and just lets it rip. Do You Feel had the crowd on it's feet, like a time machine. I wept a little.
Wow! You are helping me relive my teenage years! 1976 and Peter Frampton are iconic and inseparable! Listening and watching this video of you all was like being at the concert! Excellent!
Back in the 70's me and a friend were driving in San Francisco and found an eight track tape of Frampton with this song on it. It was great! It was just lying there in perfect condition in the street so I stopped and picked it up.

At the age of 13, I was lucky to be alive to see 2 incredible albums released in the same year 1 was Boston. It speaks for itself. 2 Frampton comes alive.
I can remember where I was the first time I hear this! At a buddy's house in his bedroom talking and he pulls out this album and said checkvthis out as he put it on the turntable! I've loved it ever since! Thanks Boz for turning me on to this!
That's when I first heard him. He went on to form Frampton's Camel, I think only one or two albums were made. Finally got to see him live when he toured with David Bowie
So happy to see some of the best reactions from the past, always puts a smile on my face. Can't wait for ELO, Early Iron Maiden and of course, for Neil, some classic Rush.
I was 25 when this came out. I was really into stereo and working in a electronics store selling hifi equipment and this was played over and over. Huge hit.
GREAT to see this one back! Probably my fav reaction u two did! I was 17 when this album was released and it was SO hot for long time! Frampton is da man! Still is!! Kel u are SO cute in this one! Great pick Rich!! Luv u guys!
I was in 7th grade when this album came out, and up to that point, nobody I knew even heard of Peter Frampton before, but EVERYONE had this album! I'm not a big fan of live music (unless I'm AT the show!), but this album is one of the best live albums ever made (this and Deep Purple's "Made in Japan")!
Oh yeah i was there June 17th 1975 with my girl recorded at Winterland in San Francisco on a friday night we had just graduated high school what a night all 14 songs what a night 47 years later it stands the test of time!!
Stanley Sheldon on Fender Precision Bass fretless. Needs to be recognized. He’s a HUGE part of the sonic boom that makes this recording so memorable. Just sayin.......
Everyone playing on this song are ON FIRE!!. Everyone. John Siomos is KILLING it on Drums. Stan Sheldon is laying down some incredibly tasty FUNK (Not rock) FUNK bass lines. Bob Mayo is dialed in on keyboards. A legendary solo. And then Peter heading it all up with the black beauty and a rotating leslie speaker and double chorus. That end solo is the Saturn 5 rocket taking off. A TOUR DE FORCE!! This song is a LANDMARK!!!
see him live if you can, I have seen him 3 times and he blows me away every time, his playing is amazing and the way he loves what he is doing shows so much, a night of great music with a fantastic band with great humour included, you will not regret going.
There are a handful of songs that everyone on the planet needs to hear. This is one of them. If you meet someone that doesn't like this song, don't trust them.
There were lot's of great live albums back in the 70's -- Deep Purple's Made In Japan, The Allman Brothers Live at Filmore East, Chicago IV Carnegie Hall, Frampton Comes Alive and maybe even Bob Dylan's Before The Flood (and The Band's The Last Waltz if you want to include a movie about a concert). The single, live albums from Robin Trower and Joe Walsh were also pretty, but Frampton and Chicago's were at the top of the heap, imo.
Great performance. Another huge song with Peter using the voice box is "Show Me The Way".And Peter singing the ballad "Baby I Love Your Way", it's beautiful.
Makes me wanna cry when i see the smile on Kel's dace when she hears these great songs. Kind of like the sensation i got hearing this song at 19 years old. I still get goosebumps at age 66. Thank you Kel and Rich for the memories and the smiles. Great show. Keep up the good work. Like the look of wonderment a kid gets when seeing Disneyland for the first time. Enjoy the ride Kel. It's a good one. PRICELESS!!!!! I actually had the pleasure of seeing Frampton when he played for the band Humble Pie. My first concert ever. I will never forget it.

“Woke up this morning with a wine glass in my hand...whose wine, what wine, where the hell did I dine....?” Best opening verse of any song ever.

That's when I first heard him. He went on to form Frampton's Camel, I think only one or two albums were made. Finally got to see him live when he toured with David Bowie
I would actually say that Cream was the first super group followed by CSN.
i am 68 and i watched this LIVE....it a voice box...it goes on the guitar
So happy to see some of the best reactions from the past, always puts a smile on my face. Can't wait for ELO, Early Iron Maiden and of course, for Neil, some classic Rush.
I was 25 when this came out. I was really into stereo and working in a electronics store selling hifi equipment and this was played over and over. Huge hit.
GREAT to see this one back! Probably my fav reaction u two did! I was 17 when this album was released and it was SO hot for long time! Frampton is da man! Still is!! Kel u are SO cute in this one! Great pick Rich!! Luv u guys!
If I’m not mistaken, it was the best selling album of all time until Michael Jackson’s Thriller came out.
This is my all time favorite song! I can listen to it over and over and over. No matter how bad I'm feeling, it lifts my spirits.
Cheap Trick, "Live at the Budokan". That was a pretty decent love album.
***live
This song is a LANDMARK!!!
luv basses agreed. killer baseline.
@@badpop987 The funk vibe he infuses Do you feel like we do with half the reason I love the song.
Rich has great taste in music & love watching Kel hear new things. You guys are my kinda people.
Also one of the highest grossing albums of all time.It was a must in any album collection.
I was 20 and still find him exhilarating !! Glad to see somebody loving it like I did especially watching the concert footage!! Thanks for sharing!!
Back..when Framton ,Aerosmith = sweet emotion, The Eagles= Those Shoes...had the Talking Box...Thanks Chief..for the upload
see him live if you can, I have seen him 3 times and he blows me away every time, his playing is amazing and the way he loves what he is doing shows so much, a night of great music with a fantastic band with great humour included, you will not regret going.
you guys captured my heart!
There are a handful of songs that everyone on the planet needs to hear. This is one of them. If you meet someone that doesn't like this song, don't trust them.
Such a great album. Right up there with Rockin’ the Fillmore.
I love that Rich used the phrase "Broke all kinds of records" without a bit of irony in his voice. A fine pun, well used.
Hot damn I’m 16 again!🤘🏼 Work that Framtone Peter Frampton!
WOW your new intro is really good, Peter Frampton one of my rock favorites
