I just did these and for the 3rd chakra exercise, i literally started crying. I felt an overwhelming love from all the people in my life. It almost felt like everyone was sending me energy saying “I love you, its going to be okay”. You are amazing. This is amazing. Everyone should do it
Looorrrd! 😱✨What a beautiful way of teaching little but life changing excercices! I did a couple of them unconsciously in my old yoga routine… gotta say, when I was practicing that, for 4-5 times a week my energy was really clear and balanced, I felt very vital and strong at that time ! I feel very inspired to go back to that and make my healing a priority again! Aileen thank you for this reminder! This was a push for me in the right direction!

I just did them and i felt really good after it. I was recovering from a migraine and this really helped! I will definitely do this more often! Can we do this every day or should there be more time in between? Btw i was kinda struggling with the rolling on my back in the beginning 😂😂 i looks easy when you do them but my knees where in my face and stuff lol😂
I just did the exercises and I feel way more balanced now. Especially the Solar Plexus Healing let me release A LOT and I feel so much lighter 🙏🏻 Knowing how to help myself is such a relief and I am incredibly thankful that you shared this with us and gave us access to this wisdom! I feel relaxed after these exercises,I started crying when I started solar plexus one , I don't know why suddenly my tears start rolling out and my solar plexus area hurted a lot but i feel so relaxed after that and i also feel like crying when I was tapping on my chest.I m really thankful and greatful to you for sharing this with us for free and I m blessed I got your channel in my recommendation,it was universe putting me on the right track. I always feel heaviness in my mind like my uper body is heating I feel burning sensation in my head always while doing these exercises my head cools down for a while but after that it started burning again i knw it is because so many things are going in my head and I m overthinking and i get negative thoughts frequently which i m not able to ignore effectively but I know i m gonna be okay by being regular with these exercises. I am cool "down here" and I feel sluggish. My digestion is good, but I kind of collapse a little and end up loosing the whole day when I'm cold. I walked sooo many miles last year and this winter and it felt so good. I've been so sluggish since I stopped hiking. I guess I need to get moving again. Today it's storming outside, but tomorrow will be bright and good. This is so interesting. When my wallet allows it I'll get this book on my Kindle

Felt light headed and tingly after doing these. Used my BTS lightstick to poke 😂 The solar plexus one made me cry. I’ve had issues crying because of repressing my emotions so much but it came out so naturally with that exercise. Going to try these out every day for a week to see how I continue to feel 😊
I had what I thought was a weird experience a year ago : I was at my osteopath's for some neck problems and during the session, she went pressing onto my stomach which made me feeling like crying -no,- sobbing ! At that time, I felt silly and repressed it but now it all makes sense, thank you 💐🌼

So what happened with me is that when we supposed to make some sounds while tapping our chest I started screaming🥺😭 & when we supposed to say what we feel and let go what we hold I cried from the bottom of my heart 😭 Ahhh that felt so great 🥺🙏🏻🤍 that was the first time .. the second time I spoke up my feelings openly with a little crying and I saw those feelings are released .. However, I got my doctorate as a nurse practitioner here in the states. I am so excited to watch this ! After watching your previous video I realized how much I relate to you as in not expressing my emotions and feelings properly as a child, always holding it in never talked to anyone about what I was going through (still find myself doing that now tbh but then again I'm a recent "adult") I clicked on the channels you recommended and I LOVE EVERYTHING SO MUCH, these exercises are exactly what I needed. I felt my belly button area, chest, and throat area being really sore than expected so now I will consistently work on them to feel life my most best self I've tried quigong, tai chi, breathwork, etc. but I absolutely love the stimulating of the pressure points of this stuff, I really need to physically feel like I'm unblocking to energetically feel it.
Thank you for sharing this! I spent a few months practicing with Body and Brain, and learned many of these techniques as well as other Qi gong practices. Unfortunately there are some complicated… structural features of body and brain that put pressure on teachers to always be getting more money and higher commitments from members. After a while I could not stomach what seemed to be an opposition between providing healing space and community, and taking advantage of people’s inner pain and vulnerability. I still deeply value the lessons I gained from this practice, but I unfortunately cannot recommend Body and Brain yoga to others. The healing is real, and that’s where we can find solace.
When watching your vlog about this I hoped you'd share some of the exercises! I am going to try this. Last half a year I have had so many health problems, so I have decided to use both common (exercise, diet, sleep) and alternative methods (massage, acupuncture, meditation) to make my overall health better. Thank you for sharing this. When I watched your previous video, I realized that not only our mind needs healing through journaling,meditation and youga ,but also our body needs healing. And I am surprised, because I tryed only tapping into my whole body and then massaging my back of the neck( I love doing this massage many times a day especially when I'm sitting a lot) and shake my arms and legs and I felt so relaxed and so peaceful🧘♀️❤. Just it's amazing to know how to heal the body too because it's part of self-love and self-care because our body is our home during this life and we need to take care of our body and live in peace with it. I shared your thoughts from the previous video with my mom and grandma , and my grandmother already has shared this with one of her colleagues. And I'm going to share with them this exercises❤. Another comment but I tried to tap the solar plexus and my upper body and shoulders went so tense! And into a total protective mode, shoulders inward and so on. I am amazed.
This month and the rest of the year, I decided to focus on my healing. After accepting Lavendaire's wellness challenge, I can see good effects and one of them is my pimples not growing anymore. I eliminated one reason of my insecurities. Now, I'm going to do this and see what happen. I want to heal so badly. There's just so many suppressed and unprocessed thoughts and feelings I kept. It's just so heavy. I want out. I want to be free.
Yay, the selenite wand! They sell crystal ellipsoids to hold in the hands and massage the hands in China. Wonder if they have similar things in Korea.. This makes so much sense for Wilson's headaches!! I think he'd also benefit from our daily 0.5 to 1 gal water intake. (Btw the shyest folks are in my opinion 21st~30th and 41st~50th day combinations. The 1st~10th may be reserved, but very outspoken and stubborn.)
I've been getting holistic body stress release sessions for everything that was stuck in my body and I still have 2 more sessions to go this year but I might also want to do these exercises cause I know the effects and how important it is for us to let go of the tension and emotions that we often hold onto but which are only holding us back.

I am so excited to watch this ! After watching your previous video I realized how much I relate to you as in not expressing my emotions and feelings properly as a child, always holding it in never talked to anyone about what I was going through
(still find myself doing that now tbh but then again I'm a recent "adult")
I clicked on the channels you recommended and I LOVE EVERYTHING SO MUCH, these exercises are exactly what I needed. I felt my belly button area, chest, and throat area being really sore than expected so now I will consistently work on them to feel life my most best self
I've tried quigong, tai chi, breathwork, etc. but I absolutely love the stimulating of the pressure points of this stuff, I really need to physically feel like I'm unblocking to energetically feel it.

Thank you for sharing this! I spent a few months practicing with Body and Brain, and learned many of these techniques as well as other Qi gong practices. Unfortunately there are some complicated… structural features of body and brain that put pressure on teachers to always be getting more money and higher commitments from members. After a while I could not stomach what seemed to be an opposition between providing healing space and community, and taking advantage of people’s inner pain and vulnerability. I still deeply value the lessons I gained from this practice, but I unfortunately cannot recommend Body and Brain yoga to others. The healing is real, and that’s where we can find solace.

Thank you for sharing this. When I watched your previous video, I realized that not only our mind needs healing through journaling,meditation and youga ,but also our body needs healing. And I am surprised, because I tryed only tapping into my whole body and then massaging my back of the neck( I love doing this massage many times a day especially when I'm sitting a lot) and shake my arms and legs and I felt so relaxed and so peaceful🧘♀️❤. Just it's amazing to know how to heal the body too because it's part of self-love and self-care because our body is our home during this life and we need to take care of our body and live in peace with it. I shared your thoughts from the previous video with my mom and grandma , and my grandmother already has shared this with one of her colleagues. And I'm going to share with them this exercises❤. Another comment but I tried to tap the solar plexus and my upper body and shoulders went so tense! And into a total protective mode, shoulders inward and so on. I am amazed.
This month and the rest of the year, I decided to focus on my healing. After accepting Lavendaire's wellness challenge, I can see good effects and one of them is my pimples not growing anymore. I eliminated one reason of my insecurities. Now, I'm going to do this and see what happen. I want to heal so badly. There's just so many suppressed and unprocessed thoughts and feelings I kept. It's just so heavy. I want out. I want to be free.

Yay, the selenite wand! They sell crystal ellipsoids to hold in the hands and massage the hands in China. Wonder if they have similar things in Korea.. This makes so much sense for Wilson's headaches!! I think he'd also benefit from our daily 0.5 to 1 gal water intake. (Btw the shyest folks are in my opinion 21st~30th and 41st~50th day combinations. The 1st~10th may be reserved, but very outspoken and stubborn.)

I've been getting holistic body stress release sessions for everything that was stuck in my body and I still have 2 more sessions to go this year but I might also
want to do these exercises cause I know the effects and how important it is for us to let go of the tension and emotions that we often hold onto but which are only holding us back.
