The Jedi embody the quote by Mike Tyson.
“Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.”
Mike Tyson is a sage
@@GenerationTech Then there is plan B.
What do you do when that punch to the face didn't work ?
rinse and repeat, either punching starts ruining their plan or they fail to get back up...

@@jasonmast7769i seen my brother fuck up a few people pretty bad after getting punched in the face. Like someone would punch him once in the nose and id be like oh shit that guys gonna die, my bro discribed it as he would see like red tunnel vision and let every ounce of rage out on people like he would usually punch them in the throat and then the nose and then just rapidly right hand beat the dudes face in and blood would be flying everywhere and when dude would go down my bro would jump on him and just keep full force beating dudes face in and id usually have to pull him off so he didnt kill them cuz he would just be fueled with pure hate and if i didnt stop him those dudes would probably have died or needed reconstructive face surgery. One time i seen my bro get punched in the face and then crack this dude in the head with a 30pk of beer and the kid fell down a flight of stairs, my bro chucked the case down the stairs and then he straight sprinted and did a flying running jump down the flight of stairs landed a superman punch on the dudes face with his entire body weight / momentum. he painted the wall with that dudes face from the flying punch. then follow it up with rapid fire punching dude into a brick wall until the kid finally dropped to the floor and then my bro just sat on his chest constantly rapid fire punching his face into the concrete floor. I had to throw my bro off the guy cuz i thought dude was dead and i was like we need to get the fuck out of here. the whole fuckin hallway looked like a massacre, just covered in blood everywhere. The kid ended up getting arrested for under-age drinking after we left and his mugshot was in the newspaper with a picture of him just completely unrecognizable, his face was fucked. So yeah when somepeople get punched in the face the plan goes out the window and thats not always a good thing for the person who threw that first punch.
Poor Jecki’s face in anger as she went for that last strike. A sad but truly important lesson about keeping your emotions in check.
Jecki was a beast (totally going in no holds barred) while flowing from emotions I think she was also matching her Masters ferocity. The way she kept going in for the kill. Qimer had killed multiple Jedi. She knew he needed taken down, it was her time to fight like a Knight of legends she undoubtedly heard about. Had she not been blindsided by the shoto she may have fell into defensive position. Sol can definitely be proud of the way he trained his padawan.
Had she survived to become a knight and eventually a master I believe she would have been one of the best duelists of her time
@@natethornnstuff1783 I fully agree, for a padawan she was beast level in dueling, matching the Skywalkers and Ahsoka in skill at the same age.

Three stab saber combo
@@crazyeyez1502I did. I mean they had to die. In order for the Order to believe the Sith are gone, none of the Jedi in this forest can survive. If they did survive, they would've relayed the message about the Sith.
@Tyrone-Ward yea. I get what you're saying. But ya never want likeable characters to be killed off.
I will say that Sol's padawan has the most aggressive combat which results in the most convincing and engaging scene for me. Heart wrenching to see her go out like that.
yeah too young too inexperienced, she wasn't ready. Definitely had the skills though. Reminds of that time ahsoka took that fighter wing on the attack run during the battle of ryloth and got everyone killed
Well, I do somewhat agree, however I still find it hard to believe she was that skilled even though it is literally her first mission out of the temple in the first episode. She had almost no practical experience...
@@drachir000We could hand wave it off as her now knowing how serious the situation has become after all the other red shirt Jedi got killed and is now fighting in order to survive.
I'm not a fan of this show, but I did quite enjoy this episode. Besides the obvious action, the dialogue and acting seemed much more believable. Mostly. So I am going to defend Jecki performperforming so well. It's not the first time we've seen a Padawan perform so well in combat. Look at Obi Wan. He was completely outclassed by Darth Maul, yet he held his own for awhile, and even got Maul to work a bit in their final one-on-one. Obi Wan hadn't ever fought a Sith or enemy of that caliber before. If you're gonna complain about Jecki, you must not have liked Obi Wan. Ahsoka had several similar examples, too.
TRIPLE STAB SPECIAL
I love how they used the Cortosis armour in this fight, so creative
Cortosis isn't supposed to be that powerful... Their blades just stops working..m
Well that’s how it basically worked in the comics. Like the Jedi who disabled Vader’s saber for quite a long period of time with a cortosis blade. And anyway in the episode the helmet takes a lot of damage from the saber striker to the point a few munches make it fall apart
Also their blades didn’t just stop working they only turned off for like 10 seconds
probably got refined with stronger metals
How do we know that is the armor he used I don't recall any information in show, we are assuming it is. Unless I missed something
Actually pretty sure the books and comics both show this, especially the Vader comics. He almost got his throat cut by a Crotosis blade when a Jedi slashed through his lightsaber because the blade itself broke and wouldn't ignite. We also should take into account that Qimir is headbutting and striking sabers in a counter move that likely is forcibly breaking the magnetic field and overwhelming the crystal on purpose and with a single goal in mind: disarm and destroy.
This analysis is refreshing. I know some UA-cam creators don’t like The Acolyte and spend the majority of their time dunking on it. But it was nice to see you just analyze what’s happening on screen especially in such a long light saber fight in a previously untouched era of Star Wars (live action).

Glad fans got to see how a Sith fights when their not old or disabled 😅.
He probably isn't sith because it would kind of break established canon
He might be a Sith apprentice depending on what will happen in the next episodes. If Sol won't survive to rely the message to The High Council and Qimir is killed my his Master, canon won't be broken.
Qimir doesn’t even need to die if Grand Master Green Face pulls some cover up to keep power in the senate.
No it wouldn't. I presume you're talking about Ki-Adi Mundi saying, "there haven't been any Sith in a millennium". That's not true. Darth Tenebrous, Darth Plagueis, and Darth Sidious ALL existed within that 1,000 year period. Ki-Adi Mundi... was wrong.
In no way does it break canon 😅. Tenebrous & Plagueis are the master/student. A Sith can have multiple apprentices as seen with Dooku, Palpatine. You can literally create an untold amount of sith apprentices and it wouldn't matter since none of them would become master except Plagueis
Rip Jecki. Hands down my favorite light saber performance
I was impressed with the combat, that seems to be the best aspect of this show so far.
It's the only thing I like.
So, like in the prequels. Without their fights they are pretty avarage or lame
@@ultronemperor3525 I'm kinda digging it, honestly. I think people are hyper-fixating on a couple of cringe moments as if they're the end of the world, but I agree with Allen here, the hate is really over-the-top. I know, I know, there were lesbian space witches. Return of the Jedi had Ewoks, let's not pretend like cringe is some new thing in Star Wars.
It's fair to call out cringe for what it, but acting like this is ruining Star Wars is bizarre. A bunch of people showed their hand earlier and it was obviously about the diverse casting, and now they're trying to backfill like that's not what it was about. If we're being honest, the Boba Fett show was similarly cringey (and way more pointless), but this lightsaber fight topped anything in that show.
I think the disengagement was because he was taking the opportunity to complete his primary mission of killing Mae. Every time he disengaged, it was to go to her. The last time you even see he really was trying to kill her. The first time, I don't think he expected Jackie to be there.
Absolutely some of the most brutal and intense lightsaber fights in all of Star Wars, and Qimer is fast becoming one of my favorite characters in the Disney era. He just absolutely oozes dark side and it's almost terrifying seeing his ruthlessness in absolutely wrecking all those jedi. I'm not on the hate-train review bombing this show, but my interest and investment in what happens next has exponentially grown after this episode for sure. This episode, I feel, has been the best star wars we've seen in years, and i love it all. This was thoroughly refreshing. 👌

The Bazil: "CHIP CHIRP CHP CHP!"
So far.
I'm enjoying "Acolyte." E.5 was the best, and most fun, thus far. I love a good light saber battle!
I've been wondering why these High Republic Jedi don't even "subdue" their opponents. Jedi Trinity had plenty of chances to submit Mae during their duel. Also Sol just lets Darth teeth get up and grab his lightsaber again. He didn't have to decapitate him, (though I think it was situationally justified as teeth is in the middle of a mass killing spree and was only "defenseless" because Sol beat him into submission not because he surrendered) but why not take a hand, stab a leg, incapacitate him and arrest him. Stop playing around guys. End the fight.
yeah that's a good point only jeckie tries to actually restrain someone. I think they didn't think through this part of the choreography. Or they wanted to avoid making the jedi look too much like cops. If you actually look at this series as a whole, its really light on political messaging. It's almost as if they are afraid of fans getting angry... which happened anyway.

notice that the red shirt stop the fight when their lights sabers go off and wait till they come back before rejoining, where as the named charters keep up the fight with their sabers go out. They don't keep up the presser they just let him force the fights into more one on one. As to the pissing and moaning of Quin running away from fights all the time, he leaves sol because he need to kill Mae so she can't reveal his secrets. Mae again runs off while he is fighting jeki so again once he has a chance he runs off to find and kill her. Yea its jarring, but it makes sense his goal is to kill in that moment the only person that know his secrets.
But Mae knows nothing? If Quin did not engage at all then he could have easily got rid of her later. The only thing I can think of is that he was sick of running.
the lack of spelling and grammar here is painful
@@DarthOminis and arrogance.
The official Star Wars account posted about Qimir’s Sith character. They call him “The Stranger.” Part of his description reads: “While some may call him a Sith, little is known of this dark sider who had been training Mae Aniseya in secret, hiding his face from his pupil.” I believe The Stranger, aka Qimir is more close to a Knight of Ren than a Sith. Because at the end of episode 5, you can hear Kylo Ren’s theme play and his helmet is built a little bit like a Knight of Ren.
Agree. That's what I'm also thinking. But I think Sol will be the original Ren. He's the only character whose last name we have not been given. I'm guessing he's Sol Ren.
Qimir's fighting style reminded me a lot of how Dao (Chinese Broadswords) are used one handed. Whenever his swordarm was doing anything, his offhand was either using the force, blocking with his corthosis bracelet (reminds of how Hung Gar Rings sometimes are depicted in old Hong Kong films), used as a counterbalance, or used for grappling. He at least once redirected a lightsaber blow from right to left with the blade pointed down and turned that momenrum into a direct counterattack, which is a classic dao move seen in a lot of forms from different Kung Fu styles.
It is a pretty agressive, while elegant fighting style that has to close gaps a lot and never forgets using the offhand, which seems to be one of the inspirations for his lightsaber form.
I haven't been too big a fan of the Acolyte so far, but this episode was actually quite good. Manny Jacinto's acting skills are incredible, and the choreography has to be the best Disney has done so far.
Qimir getting inside the Jedi's head reminds me of Darth Zannah and Banes duel on Tython against the Jedi strike team. Also Qimir's style being unknown to the Jedi makes me think its primarily Juyo. Juyo is known for being unpredictable. Qimir also uses dunmoch quite effectively against Sol.
It’s really refreshing to see a Star Wars channel that’s not just blindly spewing hate over this Acolyte show.

She was great. Man, can't believe they decided not keep the character around. So sad.
This took me out of the whole episode the second they established Jecki as a bad@$$, they took her out. The writing on this show is terrible... 🤦🏽♂️
@@Supreme_1906 How is it terrible writing? She did get cocky, and it really estabilished Qimer as an underhanded, dirty fighting son of a prick.
The perfect characterization for a darksider. They shouldn't fight fair.
People have over and over again demanded that people make use of turning on/off lightsabers. Guess what? We finally see what happens when you do that.
Probably, if it was Obi-wan fighting Qimir, he wouldn't have been caught by that sneak attack. But Jecki isn't Obi-Wan, not even when he was a padawan.
@runakovacs4759 , first of all, this "sith" easily wipes out Kelnacca, then a handful of other Jedi Knights, but then gets a tough (and bad@$$) fight from Jecki, a Padawan?? There is no sense of balance or symmetry when it comes to the skill levels of the Jedi. This is why I think the writing is terrible. Or to be more fair, I think the writing is more geared towards children, unlike Andor, which was written more for adults...
@@Supreme_1906 The power of the dark side can be very influentual. Jecki very clearly tapped into it, and dark siders tend not to expect that. Element of surprise, dark side = you can end up almost winning. Consider how obi-wan ended up being able to match Maul, a Sith Lord, as a mere padawan himself after qui-gon died and he was overtaken by his emotions.
Or Luke overpowering vader after being on the backfoot the whole time after his feelings for Leia were touched.

In the beginning of the fight I believe Qimir was just enjoying himself being able to fight Jedi, he wasn’t trying to ruin his fun by ending it to early, when he fights the important named Jedi he fights smarter because they are more of a challenge
Jecki using those yams...legs to do that drop kick was spectacular. She was putting Qimir on the defensive even more. You could tell he underestimated her. Man, I wish she and Yord had survived. More Jecki in SW future is needed.

exactly. Qimir respected the padawan, but once he decided to stop going easy on her because of the broken helmet, he outright killed her. I fully believe Qimir might have let jecki slide. As for Yord well, he didn't give a shit about Yord and frankly, I don't think anyone else did either.
@@anubhavdassarma7230 I don't think he was going easy on her. She became a threat when she remove his helmet, which was smart. Jecki with Sol had Qimir on the ropes and landing hits and kicks. Then, Jecki alone was becoming more aggressive, faster, dodging his blade, and becoming one with the Force... or tapping into the dark side, as some said. Qimir became very worried that he was about to be killed and choose the only move available to him. And Frankly, Yord was disrespected but has his fans.
@@babytoshiro7014 nope, Jecki was screwed the moment she went solo. She was hella strong no doubt, but she only lasted as long as she did becoz qimir was focused on mae
I don’t think it was a coincidence that the episode started with the Padawans being trained to defend first, then when faced with Qimir, they immediately all go on the attack, only to be defeated.
You could also argue that the Jedi also haven't seen a Sith Lord/Apprentice in 900 years as the reason they were so unprepared to fight Qimir. The last time they've encountered the sith was a long time ago. Also Qimir having cortosis weaved into his armor helped a lot.
They're not used to fighting other Force users at all, aside from each other in duels in which they follow rules of combat.
this is what i keep seeing everywhere, but like...where did qimir get all his experience fighting jedi? he wins, and mae wins in ep 1 because the jedi were written to fight poorly, they were written to be stupid and not use tactics or in this fight work together as a unit in any way.
say whatever you want about lack of knowledge fighting a dark side user, but they sure as hell should have a ton more experience fighting lightsaber to lightsaber, should be aware of what the fancy ores can do, and shouldnt just stand there clueless when their sabers go out. they shouldnt let themselves be yeeted by one force push, or pulled into their deaths by a force pull, or not use any force powers for themselves, or use any fighting tactics.
jecki and sol have main character syndrome where they actually fight smart for a few turns...jecki just STANDS there as she gets stabbed. just stands there. someone surprises me with a dagger im jumping like the kid who saw anakins lightsaber come out at the very least, let alone TRY to react with the sword i have. i love the 'trick' and sure it was used in medieval hema as well, quick dagger death blow while parrying a sword blow.

I don’t think the 900 years excuse applies. Qui Gon and Obi Wan had never seen a Sith either. Maul was fully trained from birth. Also in this case there’s more than just two Jedi like in the Phantom Menace. How is “Qimir” able to or how does he even have the experience to take on and dispatch so many Jedi? Doesn’t make sense. I don’t wanna make excuses for it.
@@zaepreme Master Qui Gon Jin is no push over and Obi Wan, even as a padawan, was very good. Qui Gon is one of those outsiders who were too good to really bring down, because he often went against the Jedi Council's orders to do whatever the fuck he truly believed in. He had conviction and purpose he truly believed in which pushes someone from being good to great in some cases. Anyways, all of this to say that once they understood that Sith was a possibility, they didn't take any chances. They dropped the robes and worked together (Master & Padawan connection there). The fact that Maul managed to even kill one is baller.
Casting Dafne Keen as Jecki was inspired. She really brought that X-23 ferocity to thar fight scene.

someone should make a meme edit of that
High Republic Jedi may as well. They are woefully unskilled compared to the latter eras. The Darkside has honed it's pupils while the light has dulled them. Peace is truly a lie.
Samurai trained their feet when running backwards, they shuffled and didn’t lift them more than an inch or so off the ground when moving in close combat. They knew the importance of foot work as the average person will get their feet tangled or lift a foot too high and slow themselves down.
I literally screamed when Jecki died I was so sad!
I love that among all the shitshow and spewing hate, you sound like a voice of reason. I see the problems and weaknesses of the show, but I think ep5 and the fight scene was absolutely brutal and amazing at the same time. I'm sad about Jecki and Yord, I didn't think I'd connect to them this much, but loosing them in such a terrible way does have an impact.
I feel that The Acolyte is a great show. It is a great story away from what we all know about Star Wars and shows us what was like before the Republic we all love so much. It is a great show and many are not giving it the accolades it deserves.
This fight was incredible! Thank you for the breakdown. :)
I heard arguments like no Jedi can loose a fight when 8 to 1 but those who say that totaly not understand how unprephered the Jedi are for a threat like this guy - Regardless if he really is a Sith or not.
He also is smart wnough to use terrain and armor to his advantage and even moreso when the Jedi are numbed by the force push. J.
It helped a lot he never went for a real 8 to 1 fight. He scattered 8 opponents, then engaged in a series of 2 or 3 to 1 fights. That is perfectly feasible, specially being equipped to counter jedi. He fought smart against unprepared opponents.
It was dark too.
Well any time the Jedi sends more than 3 into a fight it turns into a circus
In video game terms, he scattered the Jedi with AOE Force push and then debuffed their attack power with cortosis whenever he could.
Why is it everyone seems to have a hard time calling him a Sith when he calls himself one?
I love the fact that Qimir is introduced in a similar way to General Grievous in the 2003 Clone Wars cartoon. He’s not a normal enemy you can fight against, but more like a horror movie monster that you can only run from, but he’s not going to let you run.
I personally was reminded of Michael Myers and Jason Voorhees with how relentless he was (he even briefly tilts his head sideways like Michael Myers).
If anything else, the physical portrayal of a Force-sensitive’s capabilities, from a Lightsider’s discipline to a Darksider’s savagery just, as seeing Qimir in action is one of the shows best aspects.
19:30 Woah there! Didn’t know Generation Tech was also a boxing fan. Feels like we’re few and far between these days
Im realizing the first fight is a call back to palpatine vs the four masters, with one guy dominating everyone at once. The second fight vs jecki is a callback to dooku vs Anakin in AOTC, and jecki and sol vs qimir is a callback to maul vs obi wan and qui gon, with master and apprentice reversed

I hadn't realized it until now.
Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan knew they'd probably face the Sith Lord from Tatooine again when they returned to Naboo.
The High Republic Jedi were initially just trying to find the Wookie Jedi and get out before the assassin arrived.
Also the lack of true coordination amongst the High Republic Jedi shows us just how well Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan worked together in their duel against Maul.

Good to hear, there's nothing better than passing on some star wars mythology to the next generation!
Qimir is Potato Head's secret Sith master, just sayin', lol. Remember you heard it here first.
That's why he's so visibly shocked in Order 66. The clones should've only gone after true Jedi, not the undercover Sith.
@@Kazuhiroaka Tru dat!
Jecki is one of my favorite characters in the show. And for years now, I've been begging shows to remember that just because a character is "secondary" doesn't mean they're weak. If anything, secondary characters should take more effort to take down. We know they're doomed, give us some false hope before you crush our dreams. And that's what this show did with Jecki Lon. I don't want Jecki to be gone, but she fought so hard and so well, I can't even be unhappy about it. The show earned her death, and I have to applaud that. Also RIP Yord, you big dummy..
I was honestly kind of impressed with the choice. They lowkey went with a mini Red Wedding out of nowhere. Even baited us with the obvious redshirt Jedi Knights who I think everybody assumed would die.
What made it such a great subterfuge was the character building they were doing between Osha and Jecki/Yord. Jecki as a supportive friend who is obviously more in-tune with the Force than most Jedi, and Yord as a suspicious former friend who was finally starting to warm back up to her. Both of them seemed like they had arcs that weren't concluded.
And if I'd had to have picked one to die, I'd have guessed it'd be Yord. But after Qimir killed Jecki, I figured, "Okay, Yord's the one that'll survive, then." Nope. Brutal.
Great episode.
Hope Disney gives us some more surprisingly good lightsaber fights in the future
Jecki and Yord made me cry.
This was such a sick fight, I hope we'll se more of this.
One thing i saw folks were complaining about was Jecki doing good somewhat against Qimir 😅. Like have y'all not seen Anakin, Ahsoka & Obi Wan as padawans😂
Most those Jedi were shown with more respect and given cooler deaths then the council members who went with Mace to arrest Palpatine in ROTS.
Honestly I'm actually kinda sad that jeki died after seeing how great at dueling the character (and therefore actor's skills with learning the choreography) is
Also bro made it to coruscant, congratulations.
dude dropped all his insecurities in 52 secs.
Wow, a great breakdown about the lightsaber fight in the episode. The kind of content I'm here for.
That gave me so much more information to understand the subtlety of these fight scenes. Thank you.
This is the total opposite of what SWT will say. He will completely bash this because it's not Nick Gillard. He has really gone off the deep end, not a humble fan as he started out to be.
Rest in peace Jeki
I like many of us probably weren't surprised by the reveal of the Sith. Though his being yoked af was the real revelation. Still those lightsaber fights were very good. At least it looks like someone's been upping their choreography. Also, all hail Jecki, she may have died, but she went all in... hardcore. Respect Daphne Keen for getting that choreography down!
This episode was really good, and your breakdown was very educational and well thought out. thank you
I love this channel so much.
This battle was the most intense Star Wars has even been. Absolutely brutal. I was shook. Not sure if I liked it or it scared me.
Those Jedi are 900 years of form fighting, with absolutely no improvisation.
2:26 this fight scene was like watching the Thunder Dome, when only one side of the fight knows it’s a fight to the death. The other just thinks it’s a boxing match.
your moving between ur apartments on coruscant quite often lol
That Jecki fight really killed me inside. I really liked her character and fighting style.
I'm loving these videos, keeps me on my toes in between releases
Great break down per usual man. I was honestly jazzed about the fight. Good fight. Look forward to more fights grounded in actual combat to a degree. Love your show keep on keeping on.
They shouldn't have 86 Jecki. Especially since the twins switch places. That would have been an interesting dynamic if she had lived once, they got back on the ship. This show is playing out IMO like a novel and I think once people can watch all the episodes without interruption the show will get more appreciated
Great breakdown, while the story is still inconsistent and sloppy, they stepped up their game with the fighting. Not perfect, but definitely an improvement!
I absolutely loved Jecki's fighting throughout the episode. Poor Jecki...
Jecki getting got like that, reminded me of the The Elder from Star Wars Visions
More of a beatdown than a fight
yeah we haven't seen the jedi get handled like this since episode 3
Gotta !I've the cortosis
*love
yeah that was great
This episode is a horror and Star Wars movies combined. We need a relentless villain that can run after his preys. Vader just strides in.
Thanks for the combat blow-by-blow review. Great work.
Finally someone who isn’t just bashing everything! All I’ve seen is people bashing the show like it’s the worst thing to ever happened to the world. I’m with them to a degree but there comes a time when you join the enemy
Yeah the best thing is that they watch it, claim it's the worst thing ever and then continue watching... (Given: for most of them probably just continue watching UA-cam channels bashing it)
Generation tech if it’s any consolation, I still like others have high hopes for the series they will open the doors to many other high Republic era as well as the old republic
headland is actually interested in doing an old republic series. but i feel like that won't be a good idea. The old republic will need to be brutal kind of like this episode.
@@GenerationTech yeah I know, but still man let’s hope believe trust have faith and pray to GOD always, and forever that everything will play out and remember the force will be with you always and forever 👍👌
Epic fight breakdown, Loved every bit of it thank you!
Like it’s been said before the Sith are experts at catching the Jedi off-balance
What a great show. Those fight scenes were the best I've seen in Star Wars. I'm so glad I'm not brainwashed by the culture war nonsense. I can just enjoy a series without crying about it non-stop 😉
The show is solid. Haters gonna hate!!!!
We'll have to agree to disagree, I'm hugely disappointed by this show, but I also disagree with being labeled as a hater who hates to hate. Yes, the choreography in episode 5 was good and episode 5 was entertaining enough. My reason for being disappointed is 1. There are just soo many lorebreaking errors the writers have committed that undermine much of star wars for fans that have loved star wars since the start. 2. The overall script is poorly written and cringe. Those who say the haters can't stand strong female characters or are anti woke etc. Are wrong. I'm mad because Disney undermine and erase a universe I love and have loved for over 30 years instead of building on it and expand on it.
I've tried to be respectful in this post. I'm glad you like it, I just have a problem with the statements haters gonna hate.
I'm just getting started and have not watched the video yet. I have to say how nice it is to look forward to a video that will enjoy the good and call out the valid issues. It's honestly part of the fun to banter about what is done right and what bothers us in a Star Wars show. Other than Andor, even the OG trilogy has things to rant about. Now... on with the fun.
thank you for this analysis
using the story and the lore to explain it. i appreciate you
Smilo Ren: "Hey, Jedi! How's your health plan?"
Jedi: *charge at him with lightsabers*
Smilo Ren: "APPARENTLY IT WAS GREAT!"
Lmao I understood that reference!😂
You cheeky dickwaffle!
The long shot behind Jecki's back after Sol's saber was shorted out was SICK! Fast and intense. That Padawan had Heart
Excellent analysis of the fight.
one good thing about this whole Star Wars drama is my attention is being drawn to excellent videos like this. I've been a casual watcher of the channel for a while but since many of the usual channels I would usually watch after watching an episode of any Star Wars have been slowly, and not entirely understandably turned to the dark side. It's been good to seek out balance again with personalities I'm finding are more enjoyable to watch.
Sol choosing to give mercy to kimer is the opposite of mace saying “he is too dangerous to be left alive”. So in my opinion sol has some ptsd from killing someone before (maybe at the cult fire) and thats why he didnt finish kimer when he had the chance.
