  • Ingredients:
    1 lb (453g) shrimp
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    Salt, turmeric, ground chili pepper, paprika
    1 tbsp baking powder
    Vegetable oil
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    Preparations:
    Clean and devein the shrimp.
    Directions:
    1-Beat the eggs in a bowl until fluffy.
    2-Add the milk, salt, turmeric, ground chili pepper, paprika, baking powder, 1 3-tbsp vegetable oil, and flour to the bowl. Blend until well mixed.
    4-Heat 4 to 5 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
    5-Dip the shrimp into the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
