I can definitely vouch for our ancient body exercises that these definitely give you strength and size ... I started doing sadharan dand/baithak/pehalwani baithak etc with 10 reps x3 sets was my limit now after 8months of consistency i have gained a lot of muscle and stamina compared to what i was before ... On an avg i can do 300+ dand 400 baithak... All thanks to your guidance 💜 forever grateful 🙇♂️

My top recommendation is to do Dand and Baithak, but also lift heavy sandbag. By heavy I mean it has to be atleast half your bodyweight, and the more the better. Lift it to shoulder snd drop it. 30-50 reps a day. Lifting heavy is the only reason your body has to increase it's bodyweight. When you combine that with dand baithak, you gain muscle very fast.
