Mrs Luli, I was the one that commented on the beet video that I just don't like them. You encouraged me to keep trying. My husband went to a deli salad bar today & got me 2 baby beets to try. They were so good! They were sweet and mildly earthy. They weren't pickled. From what they could tell, they were probably boiled and peeled. Thank you for encouraging me to keep trying. I will continue to
Wonderful, love beets. Have you ever dehydrated them? I’ve seen powder made from the dehydrated leaves and stems. You are so right, just because it has a speck doesn’t mean it should be discarded. They used to use beets to dye fabric too. Thanks for sharing and have a blessed night!
In japan we buy "crooked, imperfect " veggies or fruits because that is the sign they are organic!!! hats off to the growers, with their hard work, here in USA she is right WE ARE ROTTEN SPOILED and don't respecct labour and nature. Thanks for this video🥰🥰🥰
My DIL says we don't eat enough beets here. I have just started watching you and I went back and watching some videos. I went to tears when I heard about the fire.

Thank you for your video. This was my first year actually harvesting my beets so I am trying to be intentional about using them and the leaves.

Welcome! I just made soup with stinging nettle and will be posting it soon.
