Definitely, itong recipe mo ang gagamitin ko with instant mashed potato! Siguro makikinig ako sa comments ng son mo, bawasan ko kaya ng salt! Usually naman kasi, a pinch of salt ang gamit ko tuwing nag-babake ako! Kasi nga naman, malaki na yun cheddar cheese inside so you can taste the saltiness of it! Marami na ako napanuod, iba nga ito!! Hi! I've tried making the one using powdered milk and it was super soft a few hours after baking. I stored the rest on a tupperwear and left it on the counter overnight. The next day it's not as soft anymore. May I know how do you store your home made bread so that it stays soft for longer periods?

Much beter sana kung real mashed potato ang gagamitin nyo, pero kung wala, kahit mga instant mashed potato na lang pwede na po yan. God bless!

Magandang araw po! I wouldn't suggest using mashed potato for the monggo bread, spanish or pandecoco. Well, personal preference ko lang po sya, kasi kapag may mashed potato, sobrang lambot. Magandang araw po! The best way to check your temperature is by using an oven thermometer. Medyo mahirap nga po sa situation nyo kung hindi nyo malalaman ang temperature ng oven nyo. Another thing is make sure na may bake function po ang oven nyo para sa ibaba lang manggagaling nag init. God bless!

Magandang araw po! After ko sya ma shape, saka ko sya pinapasok sa ref, so bale dun na sya aalsa, although sobrang kaunti lang kasi nga malamig. Bago ko sya i bake kinabukasan, I put it out in the counter for a minimum of 30-45 minutes para hindi na malamig nag loob nya kapag i babake ko na. I hope this helps and God bless!

Sorry to hear that na sticky ang dough nyo. Usually kapag nilalagyan ko ng mashed potato talagang sticky, and nag dadagdag talaga ako ng flour. Now, it depends kung gaano kadami, kasi madaming variables, like ung humidity, size of yolk, quality of flour, etc. Minsan 1/2 cup, minsan naman 3/4 cup ang additional flour ko. Really depends on the day. Just keep adding till you get the right consistency. Hope this helps, God bless!

Magandang araw po! As a rule of thumb I never leave the dough out for a total of 4 hours kasi may gatas at egg sya. Usually before 4 hours either ready to be baked na ang dough or nasa loob na sya ng fridge, ready to be baked tomorrow. I hope this helps, God bless!
Rich C. Kitchen maraming salamat po. May time po kasi na halos mag 2 hours na yung 2nd proofing ko pero hindi pa din nag do double size yung dough ko. Meron po kasi nag sabi sakin na maximum 45 minutes lang yung 2nd proofing, pag more than 45 minutes mag aamoy yeast na daw po yung bread ko.
@@clarissapalacio4179 sa isang video ko, for the first proofing almost 3 hours sya bago nag double I'm size. 21C ang temperature sa kitchen namin. If you can try to look for a warm place where you can keep the dough. Try nyo po sa loob ng oven baka maka tulong eto..God bless!

Pero I always leave it inside teh fridge after ko ma shape ang dough, kasi may eggs and milk sya, baka masira kung more than 4 hours sya nasa labas. I would suggest putting this in the fridge after nyo ma shape then kinabukasan bago nyo i bake, leave it on top of the counter for atleast 30-45 minutes before baking para maging room temp muna sya. super soft din naman po ng results ng cheeserolls even if powdered milk po! just use “WHOLE milk powder”instead of SKIMMED milk powder kase po ang skimmed onti lang po ang fat content di compared sa whole milk which has a higher fat content😅

Usually kapag hindi nag double ang size 2 reasons ang involve with the yeast, either masyadong mainit ang liquid na nilagay nyo at namatay sila, or baka expired na ang yeast nyo. About sa stickiness ng dough, I have never added more than 3/4 cup sa minamasa ko. Not sure on why you have to add 2 cups of additional flour to this.... Magandang araw po! I wouldn't suggest using mashed potato for the monggo bread, spanish or pandecoco. Well, personal preference ko lang po sya, kasi kapag may mashed potato, sobrang lambot. Minsan gusto ko din na medyo chewey ang bread. Pero, as I always say, your kitchen, your rules. Pwede nyo po i try, baka mas ok sa panlasa nyo. I hope this helps, God bless!

Gusto ko po yung measurement mo kasi usually up to 2 cups lang.. kasi pag gumagawa po kame 4 cups dahil sa mga napapanood kong ibang recipe, sobrang dame... 2 cups is saktong sakto samen. hahaha. Thank you!

Basta keep the bread in an air tight container then it should be fine. :) Sa lamesa lang po namin nilalagay, kaya I would say around 21-14C ang temp sa bahay namin. God bless!

Magandang araw po! I would not suggest adding more yeasts, kasi baka mag yeasty smell and taste na sya. SIguro you could prolong the proofing time to give the dough more time to rise para maging fluffy and soft sya. I hope this helps and God bless!

Magandang araw po! After ko sya ma shape, saka ko sya pinapasok sa ref, so bale dun na sya aalsa, although sobrang kaunti lang kasi nga malamig. Bago ko sya i bake kinabukasan, I put it out in the counter for a minimum of 30-45 minutes para hindi na malamig nag loob nya kapag i babake ko na. I hope this helps and God bless!

Sorry to hear that na sticky ang dough nyo. Usually kapag nilalagyan ko ng mashed potato talagang sticky, and nag dadagdag talaga ako ng flour. Now, it depends kung gaano kadami, kasi madaming variables, like ung humidity, size of yolk, quality of flour, etc. Minsan 1/2 cup, minsan naman 3/4 cup ang additional flour ko. Really depends on the day. Just keep adding till you get the right consistency. Hope this helps, God bless!

Magandang araw po! As a rule of thumb I never leave the dough out for a total of 4 hours kasi may gatas at egg sya. Usually before 4 hours either ready to be baked na ang dough or nasa loob na sya ng fridge, ready to be baked tomorrow. I hope this helps, God bless!
Rich C. Kitchen maraming salamat po. May time po kasi na halos mag 2 hours na yung 2nd proofing ko pero hindi pa din nag do double size yung dough ko. Meron po kasi nag sabi sakin na maximum 45 minutes lang yung 2nd proofing, pag more than 45 minutes mag aamoy yeast na daw po yung bread ko.
@@clarissapalacio4179 sa isang video ko, for the first proofing almost 3 hours sya bago nag double I'm size. 21C ang temperature sa kitchen namin. If you can try to look for a warm place where you can keep the dough. Try nyo po sa loob ng oven baka maka tulong eto..God bless!

Magandang araw po! Pwedeng pwede po! Yan lagi ang workflow ko, mamasahin kosa gabi then kinabukasan ko ibabake. Pero I always leave it inside teh fridge after ko ma shape ang dough, kasi may eggs and milk sya, baka masira kung more than 4 hours sya nasa labas. I would suggest putting this in the fridge after nyo ma shape then kinabukasan bago nyo i bake, leave it on top of the counter for atleast 30-45 minutes before baking para maging room temp muna sya. Usually kapag hindi nag double ang size 2 reasons ang involve with the yeast, either masyadong mainit ang liquid na nilagay nyo at namatay sila, or baka expired na ang yeast nyo. About sa stickiness ng dough, I have never added more than 3/4 cup sa minamasa ko. Not sure on why you have to add 2 cups of additional flour to this.... Pasensya na po I wish I could be of more help. God bless!
