    Tried this super soft talaga and not dry. The dough is just super sticky pero you just have to be patient, it will work pramis! Even next day malambot pa din. Must try.

      im glad the recipe works well for you. yah its sticky but thats how its supposed to be 😊 a soft dough = soft bread. But this recipe is very forgiving adding flour is still okay as long as you kneaded the dough properly. Happy baking 😊

      hindi po naging kasing soft ng ginawa yong nagawa ko.
      ano po kayang kulang or mali?
      mga 1hr din po kasing nagmasa bago nakuha ung consistency dun sa window test

      monica marie yco malamang po na over knead yung dough. Yung sakin 10mins ko lang talaga minasa, I only did the poke test nung nagspring back sya kahit a bit sticky pa din, niproof ko na for an hour. Even nung shaping and adding the cheese a may stickiness pa din ng onti.

      gumamit ako mixer hayys lagpas na 15 mins di parin okay ung dough :( nxt time try ko i masa nalang i dunno kung makukuha ko ung softness nitong bread haha waiting parin ako let see after mabake 😁😁

    Hi, your cheese roll recipe is amazing, my friends are all praises for this recipe. I would like to know if i can
    add a little of flour if the dough becomes too sticky. I don't want to alter the result and I'd rather be patient with the kneading if i need to. Plesse advise.

      @@lydiaching1456 yes you could add, try adding 1/4 cup at a time no more than 1/2 cup of extra flour

    Thank you for the recipe. It did turn out very soft but I'm not sure I have the energy to make it again as it takes me the whole day to prep everything. I tried using a dough hook but stopped because it seemed like my dough was becoming dense so I mixed and kneaded the dough manually instead. Also, for people who want to try this recipe, not all ovens are the same so adjust the baking time accordingly. I accidentally overbaked mine since I set the timer to 18 mins but by the 17th minute, my bread was already overbaked. Always check your bread from time to time, don't make the same mistake I did lol.

      Are you using kitchenaid? Try 1 for 1 min then go to 2 for a minute then 4 for 30 seconds then go back to 2 until dough is formed

      Most commonly 3 days to 1 week po pag ganyan. Kaso mas tumatapang ang yeast flavor the longer you store it sa ref, but it develops more gluten overtime kaya 'di na kailangan iknead pag matagal isstore sa ref

    Mine came out really wet, it's sticking all over my hands. I kept on putting flour on my kneading table and oil on my hand just to be able to knead it properly. I think I used about 1/4 cup in total for the whole kneading process. I knead for about 20 to 25 minutes bec. I'm a first timer in baking. Gladly it came out soft just like in the video.

    May ginagawa po akong cheese roll pero not singlambot, finally nakita ko po itong video nyo. I tried po at masarap talaga, kaso puro AP flour ang nagamit ko, mas masarap siguro kung nasunod ko yun proportion nyo sa flour. Thanks po for sharing your video 😊 God bless

      Hello! Im glad you love my video it means a lot to me. I used klim powdered milk. You may use pure apf but you might need an additional 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of flour as all purpose flour has less protein than bread flour, add little by little until your dough can form into a ball. Remember soft dough = soft bread. Good luck

      unsalted butter. you could also use margarine as a substitute.

      mix everything except butter over medium speed for 3-4 minutes then add butter then beat for about 6-8 minutes

      fernando francisco budburan mo lang po ng budburan ng flour tapos po nilagyan ko rin po ng oil yung hands ko para po di maging sticky. flour lang po ang katapat

      Ganyan din sa akin super sticky din, sguro I added about 2 cups of flour para lang pumasa sa window pane test and poke test, hahaha... Kala ko mag-fafail pero super soft ng kinalabasan kahit after many days, soft pa din.

    What kind of oven setting should I use? The up and down heat with fan or just the up and down heat? What if I don't have bread flour will I still achieve the same as yours?

      every oven is different but i always bake mine on the bottom rack. if you use pure apf you can achieve same softness but its not chewy.

      sorry hinde po pede cake flour it has low gluten content hinde po maging chewy ang bread nyo. you can use all purpose flour 100% nalang po.

      it would be too soft for spanish bread it would be difficult to roll. You can use the cheesebread recipe.

      i used kraft eden cheese. I will not suggest to use mozzarella.

    hello po, I tried this today and it was so good and soft! nagtry ako nung una sa ibang tutorial pero medyo fail, pero nakita ko tong video nyo sa cheese rolls ala mary grace. Kahit kanina medyo struggle pag-knead kasi ang sticky. So far, ok na ok! thank you po for sharing your recipe! 😊

      good job! masasanay ka din. pag nag masa wag ipress ang dough instead lift with two hands parang crane then slap and fold mo sa table. pag sticky pa rin kamay mo maghugas lang muna then put oil.

      Hi @purpleapron kung mag knead like pushing and pulling, magmukhan pang pandesal ba? Pull then lagay sa table, pushing and pulling or lifting it again.

    Hi! I noticed that 37g of sugar is not equivalent to 4 tbsp. It was more of 60g if i used 4 tbsp. How much sugar should i use? I ended up halfway with 45 g haha

    I made it today!!! But I converted from cups to grams. I used 165g. of Bread flour and 100g. of AP flour but after kneaded it was super wet so I added more 50g. of AP flour. The dough was less wet but still sticky and soft. It was hard to divide and shape the dough. Yours are way better than mine 😅 But the final result is great!!! Bread is soft and fluffy. 😙
    I'll make them again next time.

      yay! glad it turned out great. the dough supposed to be sticky it really takes practice kneading it but you’ll get it. Try the slap and fold method when kneading the dough.

      yes after the first rise, punch the dough and then cover the bowl with cling wrap.

      1.5 cups bread flour plus 1 cup all purpose flour total of 2.5 cups flour. if too sticky you may add additional 1/2 cup apf. 1.5 tsp of yeast.

      i haven’t tried using pure bread flour, i always mix with all purpose flour since this is soft type of bread.

      @Star Ramos it might turn out to be a bit less soft than if you add a little all purpose flour. mas mataas kasi ang protein content ng bread flour sa APF so mas mabilis ang gluten formation kaya medyo kumukunat ang crumb. adding the APF gives us a softer crumb than using all bread flour. tama ba ang payo ko, @Purple Apron? sorry naki sagot sa question.
