Tried this super soft talaga and not dry. The dough is just super sticky pero you just have to be patient, it will work pramis! Even next day malambot pa din. Must try.

Thank you for the recipe. It did turn out very soft but I'm not sure I have the energy to make it again as it takes me the whole day to prep everything. I tried using a dough hook but stopped because it seemed like my dough was becoming dense so I mixed and kneaded the dough manually instead. Also, for people who want to try this recipe, not all ovens are the same so adjust the baking time accordingly. I accidentally overbaked mine since I set the timer to 18 mins but by the 17th minute, my bread was already overbaked. Always check your bread from time to time, don't make the same mistake I did lol.

You may use pure apf but you might need an additional 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of flour as all purpose flour has less protein than bread flour, add little by little until your dough can form into a ball. Remember soft dough = soft bread. Good luck

Hi! I noticed that 37g of sugar is not equivalent to 4 tbsp. It was more of 60g if i used 4 tbsp. How much sugar should i use? I ended up halfway with 45 g haha
I made it today!!! But I converted from cups to grams. I used 165g. of Bread flour and 100g. of AP flour but after kneaded it was super wet so I added more 50g. of AP flour. The dough was less wet but still sticky and soft. It was hard to divide and shape the dough. Yours are way better than mine 😅 But the final result is great!!! Bread is soft and fluffy. 😙 I'll make them again next time. Thank you for the recipe.
yay! glad it turned out great. the dough supposed to be sticky it really takes practice kneading it but you’ll get it. Try the slap and fold method when kneading the dough.

@Star Ramos it might turn out to be a bit less soft than if you add a little all purpose flour. mas mataas kasi ang protein content ng bread flour sa APF so mas mabilis ang gluten formation kaya medyo kumukunat ang crumb. adding the APF gives us a softer crumb than using all bread flour. tama ba ang payo ko, @Purple Apron? sorry naki sagot sa question.

Are you using kitchenaid? Try 1 for 1 min then go to 2 for a minute then 4 for 30 seconds then go back to 2 until dough is formed

every oven is different but i always bake mine on the bottom rack. if you use pure apf you can achieve same softness but its not chewy.

I made it today!!! But I converted from cups to grams. I used 165g. of Bread flour and 100g. of AP flour but after kneaded it was super wet so I added more 50g. of AP flour. The dough was less wet but still sticky and soft. It was hard to divide and shape the dough. Yours are way better than mine 😅 But the final result is great!!! Bread is soft and fluffy. 😙
I'll make them again next time.

yay! glad it turned out great. the dough supposed to be sticky it really takes practice kneading it but you’ll get it. Try the slap and fold method when kneading the dough.
@@purpleapron I used KitchenAid instead of using my hands 😅 Does it make a difference? I'll try kneading with your method next time.
Can i put the dough in the ref for later baking?
yes after the first rise, punch the dough and then cover the bowl with cling wrap.
can powdered milk be omitted or what's the substitute for it?
you can omit the powdered milk 😊

1.5 cups bread flour plus 1 cup all purpose flour total of 2.5 cups flour. if too sticky you may add additional 1/2 cup apf. 1.5 tsp of yeast.

How will the bread turn out if I make it with bread flour only? Thanks!
i haven’t tried using pure bread flour, i always mix with all purpose flour since this is soft type of bread.
@Star Ramos it might turn out to be a bit less soft than if you add a little all purpose flour. mas mataas kasi ang protein content ng bread flour sa APF so mas mabilis ang gluten formation kaya medyo kumukunat ang crumb. adding the APF gives us a softer crumb than using all bread flour. tama ba ang payo ko, @Purple Apron? sorry naki sagot sa question.
