    I am interestedyour demo using stand mixer, if done in large quantity. I have done this already, wow magnificent para ng Mary Grace. Before I knew it , d no name picturan kc biglang naglaho mesa.     Already tried this recipe and its really soft and fluffy and of course masarap… the only problem is medyo nahirapan ako nung una kasi medyo sticky to handle pero tuloy pa rin sa pag masa and nag ok naman ,bitin ang 12 pcs.. mext time will double the recipe

      I use Wooden Spoon po, sa palengke available din po yun. Sa bread flour, I use Class A flour sa palenkge din po =)

    Hello chef, I tried this recipe, and my cheese rolls formed a crust po sa taas? And I can’t seem to get the dough soft dahil sa potato flakes? What can I do to make the cheese rolls not form a crust on top? i’m using a small convection oven. Thank you. ❤

    Hi, i tried doing your recipe kaso it was super soft na to the point the sideways ng expand ung bread. I followed your recipe kaso d ko tlg makuha ung tamang alsa. Not sure if it was due to the oven that we used. We tried it on a commercial oven kc. Does that make the difference?
