How To Make Cheese Rolls

- How to make a soft and fluffy sweet cheese rolls bakery style. This recipe yields 12 cheese rolls
Here's what you'll need:
3&1/3 cup all purpose flour (416g)
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 egg
½ cup water (125ml)
½ cup milk (125ml) (fresh milk or evap)
3 tbsp butter (salted or unsalted)
cheddar cheese sticks 20grams each
2 tablespoons oil for the bowl
softened butter
sugar
OVEN - Baking time may vary depending on your oven's specification. I'm using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.
YEAST - Active dry yeast and instant yeast both help leaven bread and provide an airy, light texture, but they do so in slightly different ways and there's one major difference in how you use them: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while instant yeast can be mixed right into dry ingredients.
MILK- you can use evap or fresh milk, lukewarm or room temp.

I've been watching your cheese roll video for a week and was amazed at how easy you make it look, so I finally decided to make it today. Admittedly, I didn't follow your instructions to a T because I got so excited and didn't have enough patience waiting for an hour for the dough to rise. But I still was able to bake the best tasting and textured cheese roll. Hubby loved it so much he ate 3.

I tried this recipe and it came out really soft and nice 😍 I love it. I just add a lil twist and put cinnamon sugar on top and it was really delicious

My family love it! I use all purpose cream instead of milk because our cream will soon expire but it is still perfect. Mine was a sticky at first so I add some flour when kneading it and added more when I added butter. And the final bread is still super soft😍. Its a yummy recipe so thanks for sharing!👍❤

I love it! But one tip, while you are kneading the dough, you really don’t wanna tear it and recombine it over and over again, especially with bread doughs, as the dough will then require too many dustings of flour. Handle the dough gently, not necessarily slowly, but preferably using less force than shown here.
