Admittedly, I didn't follow your instructions to a T because I got so excited and didn't have enough patience waiting for an hour for the dough to rise. But I still was able to bake the best tasting and textured cheese roll. Hubby loved it so much he ate 3. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I am now a fan. Happy baking!!! 😘

My family love it! I use all purpose cream instead of milk because our cream will soon expire but it is still perfect. Mine was a sticky at first so I add some flour when kneading it and added more when I added butter. And the final bread is still super soft😍. Its a yummy recipe so thanks for sharing!👍❤

But one tip, while you are kneading the dough, you really don’t wanna tear it and recombine it over and over again, especially with bread doughs, as the dough will then require too many dustings of flour. Handle the dough gently, not necessarily slowly, but preferably using less force than shown here.

Dilute in a lukewarm water and milk with 1 tbsp sugar then wait until foamy.
