- Thank you all for your patience and love as we've navigated this next chapter of our lives. We finally feel ready to share the truth about what's happened to us over the last couple of months. Moving forward with high vibrations and a whole lot of love 🌈 ✨ Most importantly we are so excited to share the arrival of our sweet baby girl Frankie Lee Fitzgerald.

I got a breast exam after you were diagnosed. I had a mass which was benign. My test encouraged my office manager to get examined and had breast cancer resulting in a double mastectomy. Her daughter had an exam as a result of her mom’s diagnosis and she had a mass that was biopsied and it was cancerous. Thank you for sharing your story with such grace and strength. Your story led to two lives being saved. Bless y’all and all your joy!

Same happened to me! I got a check up and they discovered that I had a fibroadenoma, although benign, figuring that out was very scary.

My 36 year old daughter was diagnosed HER2+ stage 4 twenty months ago at age 34. We discovered your channel shortly after her diagnosis and we rooting for you through your initial diagnosis and treatment. Honestly we both had to stop watching you when you got pregnant as it was too hard knowing she could never have children. You showed up in my feed today and I am reeling from your news. My daughter has a monoclonal antibody infusion of herceptin and perjeta every 3 weeks and there’s no evidence of disease in her breast or her liver. We are so thankful for modern medicine! Oddly my daughter worked in a breast cancer research lab before she went to medical school. She is an infectious disease doctor and has many cancer patients. We believe her diagnosis (we never call it the C word!) makes her a better doctor, so that’s our silver lining. Gotta focus on the good. You are all in my heart as you share a path with Dr. Daughter Ingrid.

My Mother had cancer. They found it when she got pregnant with number 8. She was always positive. Mostly positive my Dad couldn't do it without her!!! She lived a long happy life. The day she graduated to the next adventure, she held her 20th great grandchild. Life is so great!

Hello my name is Jamie.I found your video when I was first diagnosed with cancer. I ended up having stage four colon cancer that has metastasized to my ovaries and my appendix. I wanted to let you know that I watched all your videos and how positive you were and how strong you were and that gave me hope as well. I am now one year off of chemo treatment and all my scans have come back looking great I just wanna thank you
I don't often comment on UA-cam however this time I feel like saying, iam so so happy for you and as a grandparent myself iam so so glad you found the positive way of looking at life as I didn't follow you when you were travelling your journey of cancer and I feel like this is the last time you will have to deal with it because yr choice to live in the space of how you chose to be. I’m so glad you are doing so well, Bec. I’m not sure if you’re reading these but maybe someone on your team will pass this along. I’ve been stage 4 metastatic bc since 2009. (OG bc was in 2005) I had Mets to liver, rib, lung and lymph’s and 2 years later, I was NED (no evidence of disease) for the next 10 years! My life is pretty normal outside of occasional bouts of worry, inevitably around scan time. Btw, my PET scan from just last weekend shows no active cancer. Amazing! So, I guess, I just want you know we long timers do exist! Lean in towards the idea that YOUR outcome isn’t predictable and you are already an outlier. Keep doing what you’re doing because it’s working! Live your big, beautiful, amazing life with your sweet partner and ADORABLE baby! Play and laugh and be goofy (hello, cartwheels!) Make your plans because our cells are listening. That goes for everyone! Much, much love to you all!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 after having followed your videos for a while. Seeing how you moved through treatment and were enjoying vibrant, full lives together was incredibly inspiring and helpful. Thank you. I one-hundred percent see you continuing to heal and go on to enjoy a long, joyful life filled with cartwheels and as many kids as you’d like. I’m planning to do post-mastectomy handstands forever, my own version of cartwheels 😊). Frankie is so beautiful!

I fully agree with both Emon and Bec. I was diagnosed with breast Cancer in 2022 and the Lord told me to "not listen to negative people, but to keep my eyes on the Survivors". This helped me so much and brought me thru even to this day.

I'm a believer too and at some point in my journey I had the exact same realization, to shift my focus on everything that is life giving (not the negativity) and all the survivors. That ended for me the phase of feeling like I was hit by a truck. I wonder if that was the holy Spirit.
@@TheHelenhunter Yes, I would definitely say it was so. Following the leading of the Holy Spirit took the shock out of the diagnosis and brought my focus back to where it belonged and that was ( on Christ) and His Guidance. Amen amen 🙏🏼

A good friend of mine was on her way to a family vacation. Pregnant with her second little one. During the flight her nipple inverted. She was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Delivered her little one early. Began treatment. That was 13 years and two more kiddos ago. She is doing wonderful and has a beautiful family of four. I know not all births go to plan. Mine didn't either. My twin boys are also November babies!! Welcome to the November premie club! Mine were just before 35 weeks. My one had a fight in store for him too as he had open heart at 3 months and diagnosed with Down Syndrome.

Cancer, even a stage 4, isn't a death sentence anymore. I've had my own trip down that journey and there is a good life afterwards. I did 2 years of Keytruda and that saved my life. Blessings to you both.
Unfortunately, at this time, immunotherapy isn't available to everyone. My mom's mutations aren't favorable to it. But, you're right, with the right combination of treatments, it is a less bleak diagnosis than it used to be.
So happy to see you again! And fyi I had stage 4 metastatic breast cancer in 2020. At my CT scan last month, it showed that where it was in my vertebrae was completely gone and healed. You have the best attitude and I know you will be well.❤

Hi Bec & Eamon, I too was diagnosed with stage 4 ILC in November 23. Like you I didn’t share with everyone so as to maintain the energy around me. The best thing my psychologist said to me is, the past you can’t change, the future is unknown and only made up in our mind. How do you feel right in this moment. I could live for 20 years with this. Or less, but whatever I have I will live it in the present. 💝

Ooooh Eamon and Bec God be with you both. I’m a retired nurse and a cervical, uterine, breast and colon cancer survivor. In 1996 I was diagnosed with with uterine cancer at 41 and was literally in the hospital on my way to the operating room for a complete hysterectomy when the doctor came in and told me there was a problem that my pregnancy test came back positive since I knew all the physicians. I thought they were joking and just trying to make a light of the situation but nope, I was about 10 to 12 weeks pregnant and didn’t pay attention thought it was menopause. I was told I had to terminate the pregnancy and I refused. I left the hospital against medical advice, six weeks before my daughter’s due date they took her via C-section. Not only was she healthy but in June 2023, blessed me with twin grandsons. In 2013 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and went through a complete mastectomy and one year of chemo and Herceptin every 21 days. I’m now 10 years cancer free and praise the Lord for every day. He’s blessed me with. Always keep that positive attitude never stop fighting, never say never and never lose hope. May you continue to fight this battle you’re all in my prayers everyday. ❤
