January is the best time of year to drive with the top down, summer is way too hot. This is a serious statement.

I drive my convertible vette with top down almost every day in the winter. Thats one advantage of living in south florida 4 months in winter 😆

looks like only the two outboard exhaust tips are actually active..........and dry sump oil systems have the benefit of essentially eliminating the pan below the engine so you can mount said engine lower in the car for better dynamics.........another great 'review,' and very funny as usual !

I avoided this channel for quite a while based on the name 'Straight Pipes'. (I love car noise... within reason. I guess I'm getting old.) Then, watching every review of the Mazda 6 that I could find, I gave them a shot. Now, many videos later, I'm really enjoying these reviews.

+NEVERL8 INAV8 Yeah can't give an honest opinion, wouldn't be fair. The car is lighter and has more horsepower so it's definitely faster. How much faster it actually feels? Couldn't tell you unfortunately

So the Z51 is track ready package but can come with leather, heated seats and other luxury creature comforts? When I think track ready I think none of that, no radio, no a/c, etc.....like how the last Camaro Z/28 came.

Z51 is standard in EU versions because of our faster and more stressfull Autobahn driving.

i think it´s a must because eben with Z51 package the brakes can get weak shortly in hard sporty Autobahn driving. They come only with DOT3 brake fluid !! Our dealers change it in DOT4 which is std. here...
I just watched the New Z06 review and you said that you hate the transmission because it was so slow, and in this video you love the transmission because it was so quick. Do they have the same transmission?
This was the fastest car we drove at the time. We didn't have anything to compare to except our own cars lol

“The transmission is really good.” Riiight. Literally nobody believes that ridiculous AFM system with the A8 is good. Dropping out 4 cylinders all the time, going from V8 to V4 and vice versa, is the worst part of owning a C7.

Have you seen a convertible corvette with the top up? It’s like they hired automotive designers for the body and some janitor from Coleman to design the top.
Daniel Curtin doesn't this happen with most convertibles? Trying to think of a car where the convertible looks better than the coupe.
The c4 was cooler
It's like Chevy designed that stupid little corner below the steering wheel and to jab you right in the knee when you get in. Worst part of the vehicle for sure

why do American cars look so cheap from the inside? I don't unterstand, they look so BAM from the outside but.. for example, the steering wheel looks like 1995. I really would get a corvette or somethings bc they are fun and power and much cheaper than BMW or something, but the interior.. I try to understand for years. Why?
