Hi Sam, let me start off by saying I'm a huge fan of everything you do. However, I was born and raised in Philly. There's no green peppers on any traditional cheesesteak. That's a weird South Jersey / suburb thing they do. Mushrooms are perfectly fine. The next round should be the cheesesteak hoagie (sauteed onions and mushrooms, tomato lettuce and mayo ) vs the pizza steak. That's a real competition.
