Why you running like that? Is it still sore on your knee or you protecting is? Or is that generally how you run haha

It was getting pretty sore from shooting the first time so maybe from that or just being careful and wearing the brace.
@@iamolegsavka did you also have meniscus surgery? If so how long till you were walking without crutches?
@@yessi1585 I just had a meniscus trim but not full surgery. They said at first i most likely would have to have meniscus surgery too but it healed well by the time i had surgery and all that was necessary was a trim🙏
@@yessi1585 I started walking without crutches in 2,3 weeks I believe. Since there was no meniscus surgery I was able to start putting weight down in a week or two. I had to wear the long leg brace for about a month or two however.
