Know what I haven't seen anywhere yet? A comparision/review of the different sugar substitute products. Would be great if you'd include general suggestions on when it's acceptable to sub a sugar substitute in recipes vs when it's not a good idea.
My Sicilian mother used to make this a lot and I was always so good and I've made it as well.... you pretty much put any vegetables you want in there I like making it with small pieces of broccoli onions yum yum yum... you could also put small pieces of potato in there too!❤❤❤✅✅✅

My husband was watching a video of Cooking Con Claudia and I told him her food looks good and all but she doesn’t do dad jokes or make jokes like Farnum does hahahaha he then replies by telling me yeah she’s pretty serious about her cooking. I told him that’s why I watch your videos. I never cook but they make me laugh and I learn not to touch the pan with my fingertips 😆

Why don't you one comparing the plant based meatless products like Impossible, and especially Whole Foods 360 (which I think I saw was noticeably cheaper than.competitors). Id love to see ur take on the best way to season the Impossible Burger patty since it comes unseasoned and Impossible doesn't offer specific seasoning or preparation suggestions. They don't even tell you it tastes best when cooked from defrosted not directly from frozen despite the fact at least one youtube reviewer mentioning this - this makes a big difference!
