I like her statement about feminists doing domestic things. It is really refreshing to see people acknowledging that feminism is more about having choices than just being a "girl boss" like many of today's medias try to portray.

I think it focuses feminism on women taking actions themselves instead of unpacking the stereotypes or stigma around it. There’s nothing wrong with cooking for your family and enjoying and never will be; the only problem is it being seen as a woman’s job and a woman’s job only

I so so much love loved Gwyneth on the show with Mario Battelly “On The Road Again”. Her Spanish was perfection. And, when they visited Cuenca, Spain where the best garlic is grown - for me it was magical. This frittata which by the way I have prepare several times n add cheese is a crowd pleaser.
Why doesn't this woman have 2 videos per week of her cooking and blogging? So refreshing.

Surprisingly, I enjoyed this. I thought there would be a lot of bougie ingredients and expensive herbs that I never heard of, but, it was a really quick, inexpensive, recipe that anyone could create. Bravo! I'm impressed.
I got so excited when she used turkey bacon, because I always use turkey sausage with my egg. It's less fattening and greasy. This was awesome. I wish I had that kind of life and kitchen.

Thanks for explaining about caramelizing onions. Best tip ever: Patience required, 35 minutes to sweat out onions. This is where I have misunderstood things: I have been under the impression that onions cook fast.

Nice - One thing. Don't put your colander over the kitchen sink when you drain. Do you know what happens when the heat and the steam drain down a filthy drain (yes...it's the dirtiest part of your house) all those germs just steam back up into whatever is in your colander. Drain outside of the sink into a large bowl.

I did not care for Gwyneth that much until recently when I found out who her mom was! I HAD NO IDEA ALL THESE YEARS! I always loved her mom in every movie she was in and now I hold a special place in my heart for Gwyneth especially being so humble about it!
