Good advice, timely for me. I follow same pattern, unfortunately - and despite my promises to myself when i am in recovery, i still repeat every couple of years. In fact i suggest to set yourself an alarm for 6 months time to re-watch this video, for when you are fit and the risk part of the overtraining cycle might be starting again 😅
@bodyweightkettlebells yep! I'm in the recovery part of the cycle now for one of my shoulders - added lightt weight indian clubs in this time as well as the hangs that previously worked, and the clubs really seem a great addition. Great warm up/ rest day mobility too
@@RyanPingo-hz5fo the problem is when I do dead hangs, i can feel a bit of a sharp pain and feels like my shoulder wants to come off my torso. Like whatever is attaching it to the body is slowly tearing.
@@bodyweightkettlebells yeah, I never had that feeling. It was a little uncomfortable for the first week but by week 4 felt 100%. Hope you feel better soon man. Love your channel. You, Dan john and pat flynn are my top three fitness channels.
my advice to you is to stop boxing forever , swimming and kettebell lifting are safe but boxing is not especially if u don't have coach and your technique sucks
