Doing this everyday for two weeks to improve my 100m and 200m sprint. My current speed for 100m is 25.25 seconds. I feel that I could have gone a bit faster if I had an opponent, but I’d say it’s still pretty accurate. Day 1: done but I literally could not do the first exercise it was so hard, I just ended up doing the jumping part for the 1st exercise. Overall the whole workout was very hard but I could still do it with breaks. (Again I could not do the first exercise) Day 2: My body was aching so bad I could not do the exercises 💀 But I did do some skip rope and pogo hops. Day 3: I did about half the workout, my legs were still a bit sore and I hadn’t gotten the time. But I did walk/run today and did some pogo jumps. Day 4: Did the whole workout (except the first exercise) Day 5: I have completed the entire workout except the first exercise.
I tried this for 1 day before my top speed was 3.31 running down a basketball court now it’s 3.01 I am doing this until Saturday for my basketball wish me luck if I win

Rn my topspeed is roughly 28km/h (17.5mph) and my 100m time is 12.9 seconds Edit (October 27th): My topspeed is roughly 34.4km/h (21.5mph) and my last 100m time was 11.46 seconds. My athleticism has increased greatly and I can also jump far higher than before
@3om4r_football79 Once a week. It's partly because I developed suddenly as I'm still a teenager. I focus on pure intensity which means I never do more than 10 reps and 2 sets on any given exercise, and I only do 2-3 exercises
ima track athlete and i can verify that jus running isn’t all that improves ur time. it’ll get u to a certain point and condition you sure but u hit a wall eventually once ur in perfect condition and your form is good. building strong muscles makes a huge difference. always ways to improve!
The best way to actually get faster is to increase the strength of the muscles that you use for running, doing nothing but running dosent get you very far but excersises like these build strength you need to be fast and explosive.(this isn't opion this is scientifically proven)

Stronger doesn't necessarily mean that much more explosive or faster. Pure strength work has a place but not an emphasis. Also, these are some of the worst "strength" exercises I've seen for running
yup, when it says something like 4x15 each leg, means you gotta do 15 times one leg, then the other and you can rest a little bit, and then you gotta do it 3 more times
