What about wind blast??
I feel a lot even after installation of carbon Racing v2 windshield.

On motorcycle getting rid of wind blast is trying to not get wet in the rains. It's part of the experience embrace it. That's why we buy motorcycles to feel the wind and the connection to the elements.
