Love my 390 Adv. I have ridden it I'm some pretty gnarly places in the United States. Thankfully we received the adjustable forks. Right now there is no bike that matches this one. When the 390 Adventure R gets released it might be hard to pass it up.
I'm really respectful of people that modify their vehicles to their needs. And not just making riced up fast looking lawn mowers. The only complaint I had with my classic 350 was the stupidly low placed handle bars. Being a 5'6 dude with shorter arms I just had to get the handle bar up because I was subconsciously putting weight on the handle bar and it was affecting my control. Kudos to you dude your a well kept and tastefully enhanced motorcycle. :)
Wow, camera work and videography is outta this world dude. Well done!!! Info was spot on and I'm sure there has to be a deeper dive soon regarding comments and questions asked by commenters. Look forward to seeing and hearing more from you soon. An Aussie fan.. 👍
Nice review mate and thanks for sharing! The Indian market must be different to the Aussie and USA market - we get compression and rebound dampening for the front forks and preload and rebound on the shock! You must be disappointed that you don't get that! I would not be surprised if KTM came out with the 390 Adventure R - longer suspenders, maybe slightly bigger tank, more ground clearance - these would sell like hotcakes!
@@user-qq5kv2oq6x I was hanging out to ride the 490 Adventure. I reckon it wiuld have been KTM (and by extension Husqvarna's) best seller. Gonna wait for the new 790 now!
Awesome video man, I just got my 2022 390 adventure here in southern California, in the united states and I have 6 miles (10 kms) gonna replace the skid plate and pegs first.
Well, highway wise, I would say this motorcycle definitely lacks wind protection. I've tried piug, 790-like styled with cutout windows, and I will not recommend them. There is a Givi one with sliding top, but it looks bulky. Buffeting is very bad at speeds more than 110 kmh. I always wear ear plugs. besides this, I think bike does all good. Only thing is oil change interval slightly shorter, but you just can go change the oil using oil pump on the street via oil hole with no disassembly of skid plate and keeping old filter, they do good enough much longer that oil ))
How is the engine vibes? I had ridden a rented 390adv and vibes were a big turn off. You as a single user of the bike can you please tell how the vibes are and have done anything to improve vibes situation?

Great info on the fork spring addition How would you compare this upgrade with the fork extenders that some guys use? Also what size springs have you added? Are any other parts required for this upgrade?
Which one will be better in Bangalore - 390ADV or INT 650. Mostly I will ride in Bangalore City with mild highway rides with a pillion. No trail riding on the cards, nothing as of now. Thanks
Pl share your front fender mods, tire changes (?) and where to get them? BikenBiker? Also with Shino tires, what is your top speed in pavement / highway and handling in the same.
Hey great videography framing color grading etc. and the bike I would love to modify my bike as your when I buy one, Wanted to know how is bike stock suspension and comfort in the city, I live in Pune roads filled with potholes and traffic? So is the bike nimble and light enough to filter through traffic and have good suspension for bad roads when compared to himalayan 450? And what's the amount of service I can expect when the chain sprocket are changed, did the head cylinder or engine need any work to date as crossed 40k kilometer mark? Will you suggest to go for Fantasia crash guard or sw mototek?
I was expecting info on handle bar risers and off road/touring foot pegs...though the bike has decent range, we still need to carry extra fuel on our annual pilgrimage on Himalaya's. Abit more detailed info about fuel-x would help.
Hey Man, That was a nice review. Can you also touch upon the point of fuelX 1. Does it affect Warranty? 2. How good the bike becomes at lower torque. Thanks, Prathap

@@joyrider4540 Spot on. This bike is an all rounder. Adding a bunch of accesories just makes it look bulky and doesn't give confidence for daily commutes.
The suspension could be better which at moment is stiff , could be softer like the Himalayan & GS 310. Spoked wheels with tubeless tyres They could also add a cylinder more & improve the power n refinement
