    Hi shalin I did the happiness program and find desktop yoga great - do it as often as possible
    Quick question pls - I suffer from TMJ which is a locked jaw and teeth chatter or clench in the day , migraines with it
    Do you have a yoga teqnique that I could use for this
    I have tried dentists , with no results and also neurologist
    This is a desperate attempt to get over the pain . Please help

      Hi Bindu, I had TMJ lock and after medications failed to give any results, Doctors suggested surgery. I was unable to open my mouth and had not eaten solid for almost a month. Just during that phase, I happened to do the Spine Care program and after completing just two days of the course, my TMJ got perfectly fine.
