Add some ankle weights to this and it takes it up a little notch! Especially on the 2nd move and the last move! I do this routine weekly amidst all others. Love it! Can you do another similar for more variety? Its getting too easy and I only have 25lbs to use!

So I’m 15 and I have been using your dumb bell workouts for almost a month. I have been eating well and clean. But I fail to do heavier weights. For example when I do ur bicep dumbell only. I do 20 pound weights and I fail to do a proper rep with 25. How long will it take for me to be able to workout with a 25 pound weights without immense struggle
@@exclusivelymadeforthat if you still feel those muscles are sore then dont exercise. Exercise again when those muscles arent sore and you feel like they fully recovered.
I do follows all your muscle groups training and bulk up a lot in last 4 months but this abs workout is not worth it, i mean its not that effective with the dumbbells on. I shifted to body weight abs workout and its working on. But grand salute for your sincere efforts.

10kg is okay but you need to overload progressively which just means increase the weight load in small amounts as you get stronger to keep growing.
