OFCOURSE THE courts are different the IEC can't be sure of this decision because it was from another court. That court who decided to decide that Zuma must not be in Parliament has to issue that statement officially where everycourt could see. Where is it written that Zuma can't be in Parliament anymore.? THATcannot be the decision of the IEC as they claimed they were informed. Question is where is the certificate where this is officially written or issued to this IEC that they must not allow Zuma to be elected. Or to be maybe in a balot papers.

JZ being at the head of the MK list does not automatically mean JZ will be the RSA president (given the MK is a 10-15% party). But do not rule out a MK-DA-IFP grand coalition (recall Zille saying "he called me Ntombizana and asked me to slow dance with him at a function at Union Buildings, my knees were shaking, I was so wet, he was soooo charming.".
