Mia Malan on NHI Act

Bhekisisa Centre for Health Journalism founder Mia Malan says many
South Africans are of the view that many challenges in the country's
health sector have little to do with lack of funds, but management of
the resources the country has.
She was reacting to the signing of the National Health Insurance Act
by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
