    How about the king of Swaziland . He doesn't deal with extradition , he only sends his tinkabi's to South Africa to bring anyone who he needs to arrest. For E.g, Thabo Kunene was taken out of South africa. No extradition was done, and he is in King Mswati's prison as I pen this comment. King Makhosetive of Swaziland is beyond reproach well feared by ANC and president Cyril Ramaphosa. It reminds me of Malema when he said leaders in africa can meet and never confront each other with facts. We need a strong decisive leader in South Africa like Malema
