Lmao accurate af
I can't stop laughing
You too?
That is funny
That kick drum is gonna need a cigarette after that

Thank you so much for highlighting Rhino's work on Triumph of steel. Achilles is world class
Thats some old Manowar, isnt it.
@@captain_context9991from Triump of Steel. 1992, if I remember correctly.
Yep. Thats my dad! :)
@@GorgeousRandyFlamethrower-for me that's the Best Manowar cd
is it really? can you ask him if he really played these tracks or if it was done in pro tools? especiually the fast double bass @@zackearl3200
Love how some recognition can be given to this 28-minute-long masterpiece.
16:09 when it drops is awesome as hell
Name of the song: "Achilles, Agony and Ecstasy in Eight Parts" by Manowar
Thx dude
The end part of 'The Demon's Whip' , from that same album, sounds harder than this part of 'Achilles...'
Or is that the warning label to anyone who tries playing it?
Manowar is power metal? I thought they were just heavy metal
@@mr.echo24 Manowar is absolutely power metal. They're one of the OGs of the genre. Their lyrics are about epic fantasy stuff, mythology, and metal. And listen to the music, power metal AF.
When having Restless Legs Syndrom is a feature ;-)
I called that syndrome "Death metal drummer syndrome".
Lol… Some will understand this comment, some will not…
Morphine or heroine help a lot if you have restless legs syndrom. It's garantee.
@@swissmilitischristilxxii3691no, it will not.

The fact he does a few stick flips while playing this is crazy AF
Along with the super finessed symbol catches it’s mind-blowing to watch him make it look so easy. Hot damn 🤯
How much stamina do you have ? ElEstepario: Yes
My calves went into cardiac arrest just watching this….…godanggit man!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Do you have hearts in your calves?

Well listen to the original... It is almost 30 minutes long.. Hehe
Yeah my calves are on fire just from watching this
@@8bitgamer272 liver in his groin
Playing like this takes mountains of dedication. It's unreal
Maybe even mountains of crack cocaine
He said in a video that he had been trainning for the last 12 years or so 8 hours every day. So yeah, he well deserves playing like this, crazy good
*Mountains that most of us cannot even see nor approach to climb.*

_Keep Rockin' & Cheers from __#CancúnMéxico_ 🍻🏝🇲🇽🤘🏽
To a non musician this looks amazing but it’s not “unreal”. If you wanna see unreal metal drumming that really takes much much MUCH more skill to play than what this guy did in this video which is really nothing amazing then here is a perfect example of next level Metal drumming (Technical Death Metal) which displays single hand gravity blasts on the snare, both Heel toe and Swivel foot doublebass techniques in order to perform faster bpms with crazy time signature starts/stops than what’s displayed in this dudes video, etc etc etc.
This is next level 👉 ua-cam.com/video/eDAZztJQyck/v-deo.html

AUM!!!
You mean play it?
I would be thrilled to see this
I love Manowar and this is one of the best concept albums! And finally someone noticed one of the most powerful drumming sessions ever! Thanks bro!
I agree!!
I will never see drummers the same way again
El estepario:
"Now I have a manchine gun, HO-HO-HO."
The Triumph of the Steel... Great album and Rhino a beast on drums 🤘🏻🇨🇱
Respect, my dude. The fact you know the album and the drummer from that album is awesome. I love Manowar and no one seems to remember them. And yet they still tour.
Huge respect to you for knowing such a great band. 🤘
@@KitWriter best songs to hear lifting heavy steel. And the only Rhino album “from the new album, the triumph of steel, this is the glory of Achilles!”
@@KitWriter
Well, that's because they became a joke upon themselves
Whenever I "Wimps and Posers, leave the hall" the first thing that springs to mind is Manowar themselves
I remember He trashed, or Burned his old kit, now he had to play the drums of steel
I just can’t imagine you being able to play the hardest metal song ever and twirling your sticks at the same time
Well now you don't have to imagine!
This is not the hardest metal song by any means, the tempo is 208bpm.
There are bands that have songs at 270+ bpm and Estepario never covers those as they are too fast for him
@@theseventhammer which songs? I'm curious to see them played.
@@TheUnusedCrayon ua-cam.com/video/RqzZmNqdWck/v-deo.html
There you go - single stroke double bass at around 260bpm - you will never see estapario do this as he can't play single strokes that fast
@@theseventhammer looks pretty simple to me. Jk what the fuck is that?! Hahaha nonsense. That is an insane watch
He could very well provide covering fire in a war with this. Enemy would be too scared to even peak.
Love those screams from Eric Adams...takes you into the arena in ancient ages, fighting to survive or into the battleground sword in hand
hell yea, Manowar. i'd love to see you cover some Nocturnal Rites. The drumming on "Shadowland" is amazing.
Blackwind, fire, and steel is my personal favorite from manowar.
Do THE FACELESS - XENOCHRIST drum cover ...
Hells yeah dude
He doesn't even have triggers and uses a one in all recording device on his drum that picks up all this and the sound is amazing...ty for all your videos man u make my day sometimes for real thanks dude and ur awesome
Dam your kicking that double bass like a machine gun brother. Can’t get enough hearing or seeing how fast and accurate you play.🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
yup, Achilles agony and ecstasy
23: Can you play Take this Life by In Flames with one hand?
This needs more likes. Would be a dope song to see one handed.
I don't think he can, he's ducking you bro

@@Pirustae 🙄
I wonder if you could do a cover of one of Chris Turner's songs... "VIP" or "Impulse" for example. Those two should be a good challenge for you.
Yes!!!
So... coming from a drummer who has never had an issue with odd time signatures or realizing that complicated rhythms are just simple rhythms stacked on top of each other...
I'm not sure those songs would be a huge challenge for him, considering he is a professional drummer who also has the time and platform to dedicate himself to learning a piece that is as nuanced as those..
You've gotta remember that guys like Chris Turner don't just go jam out very specifically syncopated, choppy rhythms on a whim. They write them out and practice them for a while. I mean, any guy that can write a song can make things more or less complicated to memorize as he sees fit. He is the author of the music.
Tbh, if he had the transcript, I'm sure our boy could smash those songs in a few hours tops. Just saying...
Sorry, but the whole "progressive" metal/rock thing being *actually* difficult to *play* as opposed to being *actually* complicated to remember has always bothered me.
Complicated or contrived =/= difficulty level
@@laelmilum6433 Well, thinking about drumming over and over might get you to a conclusion that the whole drumming is 'easy' because all patterns you are physically able to play are constructed from simple single and double hits.. For me drumming it's also easy....in theory. But somehow - I think I can say for all people - I sometimes, have a hard time executing those simple hits in those combinations 😀
I'm well aware that music in this shape is not easily executable - Chris had been producing his album for over two years and has taken a lot of shots because he's usually chasing miliseconds in accuracy 😳 Crazy, isn't it?
For me - a "sunday drummer" or more accurately: spectating Drums lover - "progressive" music both layers of difficulty that you've mentioned are equally positioned.
I'd love to see El Estepario Siberiano play those tunes because every drummer does his job differently, that's why it's so entertaining. Seeing those kick patterns being played from a more standard sitting position, using different techniques would be very pleasing. Perhaps more people could get encouraged to improve their own skills.
@@laelmilum6433 That was a rather longwinded way of saying Chris Turner is unimpressive to you and you dislike progressive metal.
@@mcbseb I enjoy your optimism about it but I often find that the people who participate in this particular section of the genre themselves are rather narrow minded and pretentious about music in general.... and it is expressed in their writing ability. Yes, I know it is quite a sweeping generalization. It reminds me a lot of the attitudes in jazz conservatories as well. There are tons of people who spend a countless hours "perfecting" nested tuplet groupings or for the melodic side, they try to formulate every single chord progression to some contrived motif they learned in a book. More often than not, those genres of music suffer as a whole because of it. Thats the reason those genres of music do not dominate the airwaves nor do they have a gigantic mainstream or counter culture following. My personal experience is that once you pull back the curtain, things aren't nearly as mystifying anymore. It is equally as disenchanting as understanding the formulas behind the majority of pop songs. The biggest difference is that it seems like pop writers don't try to pass their contrived songs off as anything but a way to make a living.... more often than not, that is.
Going to make me go dig out the CD. Haven't listened to it in years.
ha!! you'll probably end up listening to the discography.....Manowar has that power
Baterista Excelentíssimo com Agilidade, Pontuação,Dedicação, Atenção, Harmonia e Gentileza em tudo.
A Bateria Agradece de ❤.
Nós também agradecemos. 🙌
Manowar does have some bangers.. sad to see that they're always laughed at as a Band because of that "true metal" stuff etc.
Its because they wore fur cod pieces...hard to be taken seriously in that setting regardless of talent...just saying
They still get laughed at less than Ghost
nobody does opera metal like Manowar does
It's pretty cheese ngl
They are Pioneers of Heavy Metal, and still nobody can do what they do.
Hail Manowar \,,/!!!
Hell yeah! Took me a minute to recognize the piece but I knew Eric Adams’ voice immediately. And what a song!
I remember buying that record. Had never heard such fast and stable dubble bass bursts before, I was amazed for shure. Still frequently listens to it!
noo here is the hardest song..
“throws in stick tricks” 😂
unreal stuff! keep it coming man👍🏼
About 15 years ago I was a 25 year old playing in bands that were in the style of Motley Crue and guns and roses and thankfully I didn't really need double bass to get by. No matter how much I practiced I could never get double bass down so I'm always in awe of people who can do it.
man you're a legend. the clarity of every note you hit is brilliant
C'mon 🤘🏻😝💯, those stick flips are judt insanely awesome 👌🏻.. nothing but respect, you rock dude 💯🤘🏻😌🙇🏻♂️
Sons of winter and stars by Wintersun
A 14 minute song with a hell of badass drummin'🤗🤗
Would'nt call wintersun power metal, but it still badass drumming.
You’ve been crushing with the uploads my man
It makes my day when I see you do some crazy shit like this, making it look like just walking across the street. Your Insane man, love it.
I knew this was Manowar. I was totally into Viking metal in the late 80's and 90's. I introduced a ton of people to this band!
Imagine how fast he'd be running if he stood up. 😳🤣
He'll be doing a world tour
Can't be human bro just sick skills!
Flying stick is insane
Não sou baterista, mas acredito que as linhas do Aquiles Priester nos álbuns Temple of Shadows e Vera Cruz são as mais difícil de serem tocadas🔥
Your drumming is insane 😳 you make everything you do look so smooth 🤘💯
Would love to see the "No Reason to Live" by Chimaira drum solo
Bringing “brown sound” to new depths
The drummer in triumph of steel was a fucking machine
技術半端ない!やっぱり神😇✨
虎のtattooもカッコイイ😍
Every drummer should have the craziest calves ever
I like that he plays like hell but doesn't need to overcompensate with his kit or furthermore can play amazingly on a simple setup. 🤘🤘🤘
I would like to see the computer map of those kicks, just to see how close to perfect the timing is 🤘
I also wonder how many of the stick tricks are choreographed vs. Spontaneous
the band that finally pushed me the last step into being a Metal Head....though this was the last album I bought with them
If this guys legs could talk they would be constantly screaming. What a legend
I agree, also the best Manowar album in terms of complexity and creativity!
That drum Kick reminds me of a vietnam Helicopter coming down
Thank you, not nearly enough Manowar in the world. Judas Priest's "Painkiller" and Van Halen's "Hot for Teacher" are my favourite drum intros... please put them up if you can.

That song is btw a real masterpiecce
love this Manowar's one
Dude is my new inspiration for being a man. Not a drummer but that thing he does where he holds one of the, "metal things" (lol), I wonder if there is a self-stabilizing version of them that exist so you'd be able to pull that move off and still have a hand free to hit other stuff at the same time. Maybe some rubber stoppers on arms so it hits once and immediately loses its kinetic energy and resets to resting position immediately. Something like shocks on a car or bike possibly.
Cheers you rock bro.
Death - Crystal mountain, pls
You should try In Eternum by Magö de Oz, it is also very fast.
And here you have a new sub
Dude, good pull👍 hardly anyone ever talks about those guys. I love their cover of "Whole Lotta Love" too
@@nigelplumley8188 I wish he sees my comment and play it with the drums

I'm not a drummer, but I would have chosen King of Kings by Manowar. What do you think?
You need to check vitriol - the parting of a neck…!!! Modern death metal masters 🤘🏻🔥🔥🤘🏻
I love this. Hardest song ever and the dude is still flipping sticks during the song 🤯
Um because it’s only the hardest on the feet the hands aren’t really busy at all.

Might be the only human on this planet who can play faster than a drum machine. LOL
I mean Manowar has a agressive No computer's approach. To the point where they openly bash it on the back of their CDs. "Death to False Metal!"
Those screams sound like the intro to blood of the kings
You are the only person who has ever convinced me to listen to this type of music. Keep drumming, man-you are a star.
It sounds like man-o-war. Anyone know?
Yeees
Su forma de tocar la batería es demasiado buena para que yo pueda decir algo.

Fuck! I knew it was Manowar right away and I haven’t heard them in years!! Fucking loved them coming up. One of the loudest, give it fucking everything shows ever!!! All men play on 10! Gotta get them back in rotation!
If your career as a drummer wont work out you can easily hire as a side door machine gunner at the US Army!
Manowar’s most epic and “progressive” album… Rhino is savage, but I don’t remember this part being so fast and “non stop” on the kick…
Anyway this song is almost 30 minutes long, it’s insane. Manowar is VERY underrated.
On the Album its even FASTER and more POWERFUL!!
23 minutes and 28 seconds in. Rhino Starts this Charge!
In terms of speed and keeping the pedal it's probably harder, but the rest is actually simple, at least this part that you played
Your drum beter then I breathe! Damn!!!!
As i lay dying - 94 hours broooooo 🤙🤟
Too easy
That B section stick flip is crazy, I'm proud of you Dad. 👏
Manowar yeah baby. Killed it mate

I could watch and listen to Estepario drum for a very long time.
Manowar def got some good stuffs. So does Blind Guardian. The kicks in Valhalla are nuts
How many movements did you make with your feet?

Through the Fire and Flames is old... DragonForce - The Game?
Do some Lorna Shore please...
Creo que por ejecución y todos los cambios técnicos que hay en la canción, ese título le pertenece a la canción World Through My Fateless Eyes - Lost Horizon.
Love the kick technique, no wasted energy.
For someone to say that this guy is NOT the best drummer to ever play, I wouldn't know what else they'd want the guy to do.I mean, his performance in every category (showmanship, cleaness of EVERY stroke, etc.) is INSANE!!
