We better get a Chris dlc, seeing his team trying to find Ethan and rose. Then the infiltration of the factory, as you know he’s doing that early on in the game. Edit: the ending with rose is not confirmed to be years or months in the future. The flasks she was kept in said the subject would age rapidly if proper medication or something wasn’t applied. She’s aging quick so we can still have Chris in the story.
Eveline was kept in the flasks, not Rose who Mia carried & birthed like a normal baby. Rose is nothing like Eveline since she is human & mold. Also "have Chris still in the story" Chris was at the very least in his 40s during RE8. She's a teen at the end so if anything Chris is in his 50s. The "bolder punching arsehole" is still kicking (& punching) by then 🤣

Rose isn't completely like Eveline, who was basically a lab baby made from Eva's DNA & the mold. She was born like a regular baby (to our knowledge) so she is more human than mold. She could have some advanced aging but I don't think it would be as extreme as Eveline's since she grew old from a 10 year old girl to an 80 year old granny in a wheelchair, about 25x the typical aging for a human. Chris was also born in 1973. RE1 took place in 1996, making him about 23. RE8 is canon to take place about 25 years later, making him to be about his mid to maybe late 40s during RE8. Soo... if you're gonna be rude at the very least tell me oh *GREAT SIR* where exactly am I wrong? 🤷🏼♀️

@Curses Hawkins same here cause I’m very sick of Chris. His story was over when Wesker was defeated. Ethan’s death didn’t hit me at all cause I couldyget over Capcom’s weird obsession with not showing his face and we were just watching Chris go through the motions like RE6,beat for beat.

Capcom needs Chris, and due to B.S.A.A. trying to get the mutamycte as well he definitely was the only one that was worthy of being sent out that way. Chris, Jill, Rebecca, etc..... These OG characters out of many in this series are the only ones who honestly can keep up with these monsters. Chris and Wesker are also the face of this series. Without some part of them being in this series, the series would die.
@Conman well yeah kinda stuck with him now unfortunately. I’m just hoping RE9 has Jill make a comeback so I have someone to root for again. I liked Mia but she didn’t have anything to do in RE8. I liked Chris in RE5 (despite the boulder punching) but think the writing for him has been downhill since. RE8 just has him act mysterious and shady for idiotic plot reasons. Character and story go a long way for me and outside RE5,I don’t think Chris has ever been that interesting. I had tons more fun playing RE3make then RE8 and RE3R better story and characters helped. Capcom does need Chris yes but only because they think he makes all the money. Leon and Jill have always beaten him in the polls.
@@mtb5431 It's not that we are stuck with him. It's that he is a much needed character for the series. Though to each their own. For me 0, 5, 6, 7, 8, and the Revelations games are the best in this series when it comes down to gameplay, story, and unique characters. Chris is the most interesting out of the OG cast, while the rest other than Rebecca were boring. 7 and 8 gave us Ethan who is honestly better written than Leon ever will be.
I honestly don't blame him. After what happened with characters he grew to know... his fellow STARS team members, then to Jill, Piers, Finn and all of the other countless people he grew to know, it only made sense Chris decided to take a new approach with Ethan
Chris Redfield was a surprise in Village, after learning the truth from Evelin it was fun to play as Chris and his awesome weapons, Im glad I was proved wrong that Chris didn't turn into a vilian like Wesker, thank you Hey DeVuH for the nice explanation of Chris Redfield ✌️
Not gonna lie I was mad playing Chris not because of the gameplay but because he kept winters in the dark. But afterwards realizing this would have changed the storyline if he knew. I did enjoy hearing the team telling him he was wrong and to me that takes a level of respect and trust. Idk whats happening next but this buttercup is buckled up lol.
When Chris killed Wesker he probably thought things were going to get better for him. Unfortunately they got worse. First Carla Radames killed his BSAA team driving him to depression and alcoholism, then his second in command Piers sacrificed himself to save him, then he had to work with some former Umbrella employees who he understandably didn't trust to kill Lucas. Then he finds out the BSAA, the group he and Jill helped found to destroy the bioweapons flooding the black market after Umbrella's shutdown was corrupted and started using them to complete missions. Then despite everything he did to protect the Winters family Ethan ended up dying. Surprised Chris hasn't given up at this point.
It's one bad event to the next, i can see why Chris would be burnt out after more than two decades of fighting B.O.W.s and other organizations using Viruses and Strains
ONE thing that’s been really bothering me. I think it’s a HUGE coincidence that Ethan and Mia just so happened to move away from Louisiana to get away for the mold ultimately ending up living near the epicentre of the Mold’s origin in Romania.
Very true, so if BSAA also helped with this relocation maybe that was on purpose to help spur on the events in RE village, giving BSAA an excuse to go to the village as well but actually get more samples of the Mold

My understanding is that Chris and a small team of people he trusts are in Romania to eliminate the source of the mold, and they moved the Winters to the area because they don't trust Blue Umbrella or the BSAA with their security, and have to pull double duty keeping an eye on them and tracking down Miranda.
I thought it was only Ethan that received military training, I doubt Mia hadn't already received some sort of military training during her time with The Connections.
I always thought Chris didn’t tell Ethan anything because Ethan is made of the mold. Ethan would involuntarily share anything Chris told him with Miranda since Ethan is connected to the hive mind.
Blue Umbrella was actually BSAA the whole trying to cover up them being at the house I’m RE:7. They mention all of this in the lore book that comes with the deluxe version. And Chris taking the Hounding Wolves is Chris not trusting the BSAA and those members being loyal to him over anything because he’s a founding member they highly respect. They will follow him anywhere and do whatever

I really like this version of Chris: a guy who's been fighting bioweapons for the best part of the last two decades and looks so worn down by his experiences by this point that he's left the organisation he's helped to found (the BSAA) and is basically off on his own just so he can do the job that needs to be done...plus the fact the BSAA themselves are now using bioweapons themselves to fight bioweapons, maybe he had the right idea. Plus the fact that he admits that he didn't want Ethan involved at the village because his job's hard enough without civilians getting in the way, whereas Chris has always been characterised as the kind of person who would go out of his way to save others, now he just seems to want to do his thing without pesky civilians getting in the way. (despite the fact that Ethan killed all four lords on his own...) ...also how does Heisenburg know about the boulder punching moment? He must have a hell of a good source. xD

Chris's plan didn't fail because of Mother Miranda. Chis's plan failed because he let his men lay Ethan out at the beginning, instead of handing Ethan his daughter and saying: "Take your little girl, get in the truck, I will explain everything! First thing you need to know, whatever the hell that thing is?" ~Points to Mia/Miranada.~ "That is NOT your wife. Okay? That is not your wife. Get your coat on, bundle up your little girl, come get in the truck, and I'll explain everything I know so far." Boom, we'd would've had a whole different game.
I posted on another video elsewhere, considering the trick wesker was trying to pull in RE5 to try and force evolution in which Chris stopped, Wouldn't it be a kick in the teeth that he realizes he inadvertently caused that very thing to happen by blowing up the megamycete (a fungus) which are notorious for spreading via Spores. Which we know its capable of because of the doll lady using spores to induce hallucinations. It would also explain the end scene with ethan walking down the road at the end.

Chris is the backbone of Resident Evil, ever since the Spencer Mansion he is going relentlessly after the sources to eliminate them, i hope the next one would a semi civial war inside the BSAA inside an underground Lab as big as Umbrella Lab back in in RE2 and Jill would have his back again.

Last we checked, according to Rev2, Jill was under testing by the BSAA because of the T-virus vaccine she had. Which might explain the weird BSAA agents...
My view of the ending changed so much from the first time I saw it as I really worked out how freaking nefarious the driver calling Rose 'Eveline' actually is. Girls reaction wasn't an overreaction at all. Really gave me the feeling that the situation she's in, it's gonna be bad, I mean if a driver feels that secure to call her Eveline just as she leaves her dead fathers grave? and then goes "it's just a joke bro" it seems like, despite Ethan's best attempts, his daughter still ended up being treated as a weapon who knew giving your daughter to the dude who set your family up then shot your wife in front of you without a word, wasn't gonna be the best dude to entrust your daughter with... again 🙃 Ethan thick-head Winters

Chris not telling Ethan was dumb and made no sense. You dont shoot an imposter and not explain yourself. Ethan wouldve cooperated and Chris wouldve prevented putting him in danger. Hes also the most overused character. We need more Jill and Leon. On a positive note, Chris becoming Roses surrogate father was a nice touch.
So glad to hear someone else say that. I’m beyond sick of Chris Redfield but saying that is pretty much sacrilege in this fandom. Even after all these years I still find him the dullest of the main 4 legacy characters. I liked playing as him in RE1,CV,and RE5 but things been going downhill with him since. Doesn’t help that Jill’s story feels very incomplete after 5. I think her getting over being Wesker’s puppet for two years needed to be actually shown.
I would love to see them kill Chris off as he sacrifices himself to save a new protagonist (or an older one that's only been in one game) as a way to pass the torch to a new protagonist
Chris is my all-time favorite Resident Evil Character I feel bad that he's had this change in his personality due to all the trauma throughout the years he's suffered while fighting the BOWS. I can understand why he makes the decisions he makes to Ethan because he doesn't want him or Mia to be involved so he can keep them as safe as possible and if he has to be an asshole to Ethan then I guess that's the way it's gotta be. I'm so glad he's not a bad guy cause I was a little worried about that at first given all the teaser trailers we got for RE Village before it came out. Also I kind of want to see Alex make an appearance in the next RE Game cause I think the battle between her and Chris would be epic as all hell since Alex is the last living of the Wesker children alive (Unless by some miracle that Albert is still alive after the events of RE 5 but I doubt that) Plus Chris doesn't even know about Alex's existence so discovering her will not only bring back some traumatic memories of Albert but his drive to take her out and put an end to it once and for all would make a great showdown for future RE Games.

I get the first bit but Alex bit the dust in revelations 2 (canon ending) I don’t see her coming back unless capcom does a asspull or they introduce us too a “unknown” or unaccounted for child of project w. However what we do know is there is the hidden hand that’s been moving around since res7 . They inform her that her brother, Chris is in China - she tells them to tell Piers to take care of him. In the passenger seat is a large unknown gift that she supposedly wants to give Natalia. At the Burton's place everyone is getting ready and waiting for Claire except for Natalia, who is upstairs reading. News about bio-terror is being broadcasted on TV about the C-Virus outbreak, indicating that Revelations 2 takes place before Resident Evil 6. As Moira calls out for her to come downstairs and greet Claire, we see Natalia reading a passage written by Kafka, her choice of literature. She then gives an evil smile suggesting that she is not Natalia anymore, but in fact Alex's consciousness in Natalia's body. so either way no matter if you get the main cannon ending or the bad ending Alex pretty much wins and is could still be alive regardless but I still think it would be cool to see her and Chris face off against each other maybe have him and Claire team up for once to take her down? just an idea.

The BSAA and the Connections will probably be the villains of the next game. Since 7 the Connections have been set up as the next evil company after Umbrella and Tricell. They helped Miranda create Eveline then when Miranda dismissed her as a failed vessel for Eva they started using her as a bioweapon who could infect and control loads of people making them and Miranda responsible for what happened to the Bakers, Ethan and Mia and everyone Eveline had the Bakers kill for not being suitable family members in her eyes. They also gave Lucas something that would free him from Eveline's control while allowing him to keep his mould powers if he studied Eveline and his family and reported back to them.
When Chris was with bsaa he obviously found out something that the bsaa was doing as Chris himself says they went to far this time. Witch is an insight that the bsaa was doing some shady business and when Chris found out he left the bsaa.
So I don’t know if anyone else has spotted this but Fake Mia has a fairly pointed nose while real Mia’s nose is more rounded, my thinking is Miranda isn’t a perfect copy of a person and it’s based on her memories of what the person looks like.

I think CC wanted to do the conspiracy theory og re lore concept with Chris In re8.... This with the riots of og re make the series what it was so now makes fans want more to what qill happen in upcoming titles.... Even in some spinoffs too... Like re Rev. 3, hopefully we get re ob file 3 too as well...& any more cgi re films or series we can get to expand lore....

Chris was terrible in this game. All he had to do is say one line “it’s not Mia”. Or how about not traumatizing Ethan by shooting what he thinks is his wife right in front of him. At any moment Chris could of told him. Re8 has terrible writing

@@HeYDeVuH i had theory what if the bssa or blue umbrella returned to the burned remains of the village and found some leftover mold samples but also Ethans crystallized body and brought it back to run tests because they know what the mold can do and Ethan was able to keep his humanity and he didn't mutate like the baker family did so maybe the bsaa are going to use Ethans body as a way of creating or upgrading their soldiers for regular humans to molded b.o.w.s kind of like rick from the walking dead and he was captured by a mysterious organization call the crm.
Chris shouldve come in kitted out like he was as hes a trained agent so he knows come prepared as compared to ethan a simple civilian that gets dropped into hellish situations making due with what he has at his disposal
In RE5, he wasn't turned into Hunk yet. It was RE6 onwards that suddenly decided Chris only survives like Hunk lol. RE5, only Sheva's BSAA squad mates all died except Josh. Chris didn't even lose Jill. And even all the way back in RE1 1996 or RE1 Remake 2002, Chris' STARS Alpha team came out of the Spencer Mansion pretty good. Only losing Joseph and Wesker and one was a traitor so... Compare that to the Bravo Team who all died except for Rebecca. Dang.
Chris is definitely done dirty in this game. Pretty much character assassination for the guy who finally brought down Wesker and Umbrella. Still hoping for the twist that this isn't the real Chris. He's actually a clone or imposte. He's even dressing like Wesker now lol. Wish he was more in Village too. Imagine paying $220+ Collector's edition with a Chris statue and he's barely even in the game and he's written extremely poorly? Ouch.
The thing is we don't know if Ethan Winters is actually dead it was an explosion there is no way they found his body in that explosion just because there was a grave that doesn't mean he's actually dead that Village got decimated
I have a theory what if the bsaa or the connections went back to the burned remains of the village and found some mold samples but one soldier finds Ethan still alive thanks to his mold power but his was injured badly so the bsaa take him back to one of their labs and experiment on him because we've seen what mold can do in a person but Ethan was able to not only kept his humanity but also he didn't mutate like the lords or the baker family 🤔 so maybe in re9 we see some bsaa scientists running tests on Ethan kinda of like the winter soldier 🤔 and that would be really similar to rick grimes and the crm story line.

Well first.. You need see the weapon Chris using for. I remember with 3 shot, that virus gun wipe out Eveline. Just as they said mother Miranda even weaker than Rose itself aka Super Eveline. So Chris has based why the gun will kill fake mia. 5 HEADSHOT USING SAME GUN WILL INSTANT KILL EVELINE NOT KILL MIRANDA....maybe chris help bring away Rose because chris afraid other Miranda gang after Rose in case Miranda die?
Is there a bigger story to the whole series of resident evil? Because there are 4 different generations effected with different viruses. Sherry Birkin, Jake Muller, Natalia Korda and then Rose Winters. How far down the rabbit hole does this go? Can you do a video on that? Is there a connection with these children and the experiments Umbrella was doing on the Wesker Children?
Yes, There is so much lore in this series due to the vast amount of games produced in the last two decades. I can definitely try to make connections between all of them.

“Village” Chris disappointed me if only because of how he handled the situation. I know for the sake of the plot he had to act like the villain in the beginning, keeping Ethan in the dark, but had he simply talked to Ethan and explained the situation, the entire game (for the most part) would have been a moot point. I digress though because not only did I love Village but I am a big fan of Chris. I can’t wait for the next installment.
Chis is my least favorite main character. He was pretty uncool in this game and got Ethan killed. I'd rather have more Ethan than having Chris in more than a dozen games
Same here. While I’m not exactly an Ethan fan, Chris has become way to overused and since RE6 very unlikable. He’s actually pretty inconsistent that way. I’ve personally always found him the least interesting of the 4 main legacy characters.

Rose isn't completely like Eveline, who was basically a lab baby made from Eva's DNA & the mold. She was born like a regular baby (to our knowledge) so she is more human than mold. She could have some advanced aging but I don't think it would be as extreme as Eveline's since she grew old from a 10 year old girl to an 80 year old granny in a wheelchair, about 25x the typical aging for a human.
Chris was also born in 1973. RE1 took place in 1996, making him about 23. RE8 is canon to take place about 25 years later, making him to be about his mid to maybe late 40s during RE8.

I liked Chris in RE5 (despite the boulder punching) but think the writing for him has been downhill since. RE8 just has him act mysterious and shady for idiotic plot reasons.
Character and story go a long way for me and outside RE5,I don’t think Chris has ever been that interesting. I had tons more fun playing RE3make then RE8 and RE3R better story and characters helped.
Capcom does need Chris yes but only because they think he makes all the money. Leon and Jill have always beaten him in the polls.

For me 0, 5, 6, 7, 8, and the Revelations games are the best in this series when it comes down to gameplay, story, and unique characters.
Chris is the most interesting out of the OG cast, while the rest other than Rebecca were boring. 7 and 8 gave us Ethan who is honestly better written than Leon ever will be.
I LOVED the Chris gameplay. It was the perfect contrast, from surviving as Ethan to dominating at the very experienced Chris.

I honestly don't blame him. After what happened with characters he grew to know... his fellow STARS team members, then to Jill, Piers, Finn and all of the other countless people he grew to know, it only made sense Chris decided to take a new approach with Ethan

Not gonna lie I was mad playing Chris not because of the gameplay but because he kept winters in the dark. But afterwards realizing this would have changed the storyline if he knew. I did enjoy hearing the team telling him he was wrong and to me that takes a level of respect and trust. Idk whats happening next but this buttercup is buckled up lol.

When Chris killed Wesker he probably thought things were going to get better for him. Unfortunately they got worse. First Carla Radames killed his BSAA team driving him to depression and alcoholism, then his second in command Piers sacrificed himself to save him, then he had to work with some former Umbrella employees who he understandably didn't trust to kill Lucas. Then he finds out the BSAA, the group he and Jill helped found to destroy the bioweapons flooding the black market after Umbrella's shutdown was corrupted and started using them to complete missions. Then despite everything he did to protect the Winters family Ethan ended up dying. Surprised Chris hasn't given up at this point.
It's one bad event to the next, i can see why Chris would be burnt out after more than two decades of fighting B.O.W.s and other organizations using Viruses and Strains

I think it’s a HUGE coincidence that Ethan and Mia just so happened to move away from Louisiana to get away for the mold ultimately ending up living near the epicentre of the Mold’s origin in Romania.
Very true, so if BSAA also helped with this relocation maybe that was on purpose to help spur on the events in RE village, giving BSAA an excuse to go to the village as well but actually get more samples of the Mold
@@HeYDeVuH Which explains why Chris seems to have gone rogue. If he's kept in the dark about their activities, there's a chance they're up to some shady shit he wants to investigate.
My understanding is that Chris and a small team of people he trusts are in Romania to eliminate the source of the mold, and they moved the Winters to the area because they don't trust Blue Umbrella or the BSAA with their security, and have to pull double duty keeping an eye on them and tracking down Miranda.
I thought it was only Ethan that received military training, I doubt Mia hadn't already received some sort of military training during her time with The Connections.
I always thought Chris didn’t tell Ethan anything because Ethan is made of the mold. Ethan would involuntarily share anything Chris told him with Miranda since Ethan is connected to the hive mind.
I loved playing as Chris. Perfect duration. I don’t understand the complaints. It wasn’t like unlocking easy mode or what not.

Blue Umbrella was actually BSAA the whole trying to cover up them being at the house I’m RE:7. They mention all of this in the lore book that comes with the deluxe version. And Chris taking the Hounding Wolves is Chris not trusting the BSAA and those members being loyal to him over anything because he’s a founding member they highly respect. They will follow him anywhere and do whatever

P.S. Chris is my favorite character in RE: Village, I can't wait to see what they will do in the next game.
I really like this version of Chris: a guy who's been fighting bioweapons for the best part of the last two decades and looks so worn down by his experiences by this point that he's left the organisation he's helped to found (the BSAA) and is basically off on his own just so he can do the job that needs to be done...plus the fact the BSAA themselves are now using bioweapons themselves to fight bioweapons, maybe he had the right idea.
Plus the fact that he admits that he didn't want Ethan involved at the village because his job's hard enough without civilians getting in the way, whereas Chris has always been characterised as the kind of person who would go out of his way to save others, now he just seems to want to do his thing without pesky civilians getting in the way. (despite the fact that Ethan killed all four lords on his own...)
...also how does Heisenburg know about the boulder punching moment? He must have a hell of a good source. xD

Chris's plan didn't fail because of Mother Miranda. Chis's plan failed because he let his men lay Ethan out at the beginning, instead of handing Ethan his daughter and saying:
"Take your little girl, get in the truck, I will explain everything! First thing you need to know, whatever the hell that thing is?" ~Points to Mia/Miranada.~ "That is NOT your wife. Okay? That is not your wife. Get your coat on, bundle up your little girl, come get in the truck, and I'll explain everything I know so far."
Boom, we'd would've had a whole different game.
I posted on another video elsewhere, considering the trick wesker was trying to pull in RE5 to try and force evolution in which Chris stopped, Wouldn't it be a kick in the teeth that he realizes he inadvertently caused that very thing to happen by blowing up the megamycete (a fungus) which are notorious for spreading via Spores. Which we know its capable of because of the doll lady using spores to induce hallucinations. It would also explain the end scene with ethan walking down the road at the end.

My view of the ending changed so much from the first time I saw it as I really worked out how freaking nefarious the driver calling Rose 'Eveline' actually is. Girls reaction wasn't an overreaction at all. Really gave me the feeling that the situation she's in, it's gonna be bad, I mean if a driver feels that secure to call her Eveline just as she leaves her dead fathers grave? and then goes "it's just a joke bro" it seems like, despite Ethan's best attempts, his daughter still ended up being treated as a weapon
who knew giving your daughter to the dude who set your family up then shot your wife in front of you without a word, wasn't gonna be the best dude to entrust your daughter with... again 🙃

Chris not telling Ethan was dumb and made no sense. You dont shoot an imposter and not explain yourself. Ethan wouldve cooperated and Chris wouldve prevented putting him in danger. Hes also the most overused character. We need more Jill and Leon. On a positive note, Chris becoming Roses surrogate father was a nice touch.

Chris is my all-time favorite Resident Evil Character I feel bad that he's had this change in his personality due to all the trauma throughout the years he's suffered while fighting the BOWS. I can understand why he makes the decisions he makes to Ethan because he doesn't want him or Mia to be involved so he can keep them as safe as possible and if he has to be an asshole to Ethan then I guess that's the way it's gotta be. I'm so glad he's not a bad guy cause I was a little worried about that at first given all the teaser trailers we got for RE Village before it came out.
Also I kind of want to see Alex make an appearance in the next RE Game cause I think the battle between her and Chris would be epic as all hell since Alex is the last living of the Wesker children alive (Unless by some miracle that Albert is still alive after the events of RE 5 but I doubt that) Plus Chris doesn't even know about Alex's existence so discovering her will not only bring back some traumatic memories of Albert but his drive to take her out and put an end to it once and for all would make a great showdown for future RE Games.

However what we do know is there is the hidden hand that’s been moving around since res7 . After the credits there is a short scene in which Claire is driving on her way to the Burtons' place while talking to someone on the phone. They inform her that her brother, Chris is in China - she tells them to tell Piers to take care of him. In the passenger seat is a large unknown gift that she supposedly wants to give Natalia.
At the Burton's place everyone is getting ready and waiting for Claire except for Natalia, who is upstairs reading. News about bio-terror is being broadcasted on TV about the C-Virus outbreak, indicating that Revelations 2 takes place before Resident Evil 6. As Moira calls out for her to come downstairs and greet Claire, we see Natalia reading a passage written by Kafka, her choice of literature. She then gives an evil smile suggesting that she is not Natalia anymore, but in fact Alex's consciousness in Natalia's body.
so either way no matter if you get the main cannon ending or the bad ending Alex pretty much wins and is could still be alive regardless but I still think it would be cool to see her and Chris face off against each other maybe have him and Claire team up for once to take her down? just an idea.

The BSAA and the Connections will probably be the villains of the next game. Since 7 the Connections have been set up as the next evil company after Umbrella and Tricell. They helped Miranda create Eveline then when Miranda dismissed her as a failed vessel for Eva they started using her as a bioweapon who could infect and control loads of people making them and Miranda responsible for what happened to the Bakers, Ethan and Mia and everyone Eveline had the Bakers kill for not being suitable family members in her eyes. They also gave Lucas something that would free him from Eveline's control while allowing him to keep his mould powers if he studied Eveline and his family and reported back to them.

When Chris was with bsaa he obviously found out something that the bsaa was doing as Chris himself says they went to far this time. Witch is an insight that the bsaa was doing some shady business and when Chris found out he left the bsaa.

Chris was terrible in this game. All he had to do is say one line “it’s not Mia”. Or how about not traumatizing Ethan by shooting what he thinks is his wife right in front of him. At any moment Chris could of told him. Re8 has terrible writing

@@HeYDeVuH i had theory what if the bssa or blue umbrella returned to the burned remains of the village and found some leftover mold samples but also Ethans crystallized body and brought it back to run tests because they know what the mold can do and Ethan was able to keep his humanity and he didn't mutate like the baker family did so maybe the bsaa are going to use Ethans body as a way of creating or upgrading their soldiers for regular humans to molded b.o.w.s kind of like rick from the walking dead and he was captured by a mysterious organization call the crm.

I have a theory what if the bsaa or the connections went back to the burned remains of the village and found some mold samples but one soldier finds Ethan still alive thanks to his mold power but his was injured badly so the bsaa take him back to one of their labs and experiment on him because we've seen what mold can do in a person but Ethan was able to not only kept his humanity but also he didn't mutate like the lords or the baker family 🤔 so maybe in re9 we see some bsaa scientists running tests on Ethan kinda of like the winter soldier 🤔 and that would be really similar to rick grimes and the crm story line.

Well first.. You need see the weapon Chris using for. I remember with 3 shot, that virus gun wipe out Eveline. Just as they said mother Miranda even weaker than Rose itself aka Super Eveline. So Chris has based why the gun will kill fake mia. 5 HEADSHOT USING SAME GUN WILL INSTANT KILL EVELINE NOT KILL MIRANDA....maybe chris help bring away Rose because chris afraid other Miranda gang after Rose in case Miranda die?
How is Ethan going to continue the Redfield lineage if Chris let him die tho?
Is there a bigger story to the whole series of resident evil? Because there are 4 different generations effected with different viruses. Sherry Birkin, Jake Muller, Natalia Korda and then Rose Winters. How far down the rabbit hole does this go? Can you do a video on that? Is there a connection with these children and the experiments Umbrella was doing on the Wesker Children?
Yes, There is so much lore in this series due to the vast amount of games produced in the last two decades. I can definitely try to make connections between all of them.

“Village” Chris disappointed me if only because of how he handled the situation. I know for the sake of the plot he had to act like the villain in the beginning, keeping Ethan in the dark, but had he simply talked to Ethan and explained the situation, the entire game (for the most part) would have been a moot point. I digress though because not only did I love Village but I am a big fan of Chris. I can’t wait for the next installment.

Chis is my least favorite main character. He was pretty uncool in this game and got Ethan killed. I'd rather have more Ethan than having Chris in more than a dozen games
Same here. While I’m not exactly an Ethan fan, Chris has become way to overused and since RE6 very unlikable. He’s actually pretty inconsistent that way.
I’ve personally always found him the least interesting of the 4 main legacy characters.
But Ethan was already dead since RE7.
