- This 20-minute guided yoga nidra practice for the physical body and deep healing has been created for the many requests I have received for this type of meditation.
This practice, in particular, will focus on annamaya kosha, the physical body. Know that this practice is meant to allow you time to focus on the physical body as well as spend some time with really good intentions towards the physical body. Sometimes when we're dealing with things where we are in chronic pain, or have an injury or sickness, the thoughts that we send to our physical body may not be as positive or as conducive to manifesting the healing that we desire. So allow this time to be a moment of reprieve from whatever it is that you are currently dealing with

That was incredible! I have suffered with chronic pain in my neck for nine years. I focused the infinity symbol on that area and it moved to my head. I asked what I needed to do to permanently heal and got an answer. I will be back! Thank you so much. Xxxx

I didn’t realize that this is what I needed!
I did it twice, and used a eye pillow, which made it even more relaxing.
The rotation of both arms (and legs) together, and the breathing through the body was perfect.
Also enough time for the sankalpa to slowly sink in.

Exactly what I needed right now… first time in weeks that I could let go off fear off pain or panic while lying down ❤ what worked extra for me was, that I kept my focus on lengthening my exhale, in the end I good let that go as well.. thank you Loren 🙏 I would love more with this theme ❤

Thank you Loren. I have dealt with consistent chronic stress for the last 3 years. I was forced to be vigilant and on high alert all the time.
