How to Do Rear Delts Variation Options with Resistance Bands

- Rear Delts Variations with Resistance Bands
1) Horizontal Pull-a-Parts, nipple to nipple plane of motion
2) Higher Plane, high to low Pull-a-Part forehead to nipple to plane
3) Single Arm Pull-a-Parts with rotation
4) Bent Over Rear Delts flyes with single foot anchor
Choose the appropriate level of tension desired for the specific variation you are using. I suggest higher reps of anywhere from 12-15 or 15-20

Just some advice. If you do the rear delt exercise, while putting the band under your foot - make sure the band doesn’t slip! Yep! I did that! 😣😖
Wrap it around your foot with one loop and boom
