    ★Ingredients and how to make
    Chicken Breast 1
    Make a cut
    Season with salt and pepper
    Saute a clove of garlic in olive oil
    Remove chicken breast when browned
    Prepare vegetables
    Butter 2 tbsp (30g)
    Onion 1/2
    Mushrooms 2 oz (50g)
    Cherry Tomatoes 8pcs
    Saute until water content is reduced
    White Wine 3 tbsp
    Heavy Cream 2/5 cup (100ml)
    Tomato Paste 2 tbsp (If you don't have it you can use ketchup)
    Put the chicken back in
    Simmer for 10 minutes to thicken
    Season with salt and pepper and cheese

    生クリーム100ml
    トマトペースト 大2 (ケチャップでもOK)
    鶏肉をもどす
    10分程煮込んで濃厚にする
    塩胡椒と粉チーズで味を整える
