She is great. I could watch her all day. She was having fun and smiling the entire time. . She surprised me on the treadmill run. She is damn fast. I am surprised Nick did so well in a lot of the events.

They actually are not, as the body of a woman is more narrow and often more little than those of men, arms can look pretty big but in absolute value they are not that much.

All things aside, Claire is a better athlete. She almost won the weight run against an opponent well above her weight class. She has a very high power to weight ratio, amazing balance and flexibility to match. If you're reading this, then you are sitting down watching UA-cam so she could probably kick your ass.

This video was very entertaining and had me looking up more about Claire Thomas.
Also anyone seen Claire's more recent IG post where she does a new high jump record that looks like that 40 inch box height plus a stack of barebells? Not sure how high is was, but looked at least 4 feet high seeing as it was up to her chest. Still couldn't believe she pulled it off.

Yep. He purposely stalled at the top so she could catch up and climbed down rather than sliding like she did. FYI climbing down in rope climbing is actually harder than climbing up.

Some months back, in a UA-cam video I watched a friendly competition between an Australian infantry man & a USMC grunt, both of the boys crossed 20 pull ups, with the Oz maxing out at 22 & the marine @ 27.
