Nick… you know as well as we that there are better ways… but you got our attention… and it’s not the worst idea- lol Run Gum at POS… did she know who you were??! Lol
With those numbers 189lbs to 182 and 18% to 167% that means you lost 2.4lbs of body fat (also taking into about water difference). The other 4-5lbs are from other factors
The other weight lose is from reduction in the glycogen stores, stuff in the digestive system and a small amount of muscle.
Please don't promote this kind of crash diet. They're not good for long term weight control
Dude… you lower the weight and work on that clean form. The way you jump forward and your hips move forward when you’re catching the weight is going to end up with you tweaking your back. And not letting the weight come down on your shoulders but catching it all wrists… You’re just asking for it man.

Been on a spinach diet since 2016. Haven’t touched fast food since then bc my metabolism is so slow. At 5’7”, spinach is all I can eat if I don’t wanna gain weight. But I’m not complaining bc my skin is clear, and I’m so happy to look healthy after living most of my life obese. I usually eat it as a salad with Italian dressing and, whenever I’m going to the gym, I’ll throw in a chopped up grilled chicken patty for some protein 👍🏻

Ah man, being a healthcare person, the first thing that popped into my head was "this is one way to find out if you have a bleeding disorder"
Why's that?
@@Alvin99ish Dark, leafy greens like spinach can interfere with the way your body metabolizes vitamin K, which is key in your body's clotting system. So for patients with clotting disorders, they are supposed to stay steady with their intake of things like this. I don't know anything about Nick's health, but just as a general rule of thumb, this shouldn't be replicated. I know he said it in the video too, but just in case someone has an unknown disorder with clotting, they could literally send themselves into an emergency situation to suddenly only eating this and eating excessive amounts. There are other foods too that can contribute, but spinach is a big one. Not to say spinach is bad at all! I love spinach. But just keep it consistent, and if you want to up your intake, don't go extreme with it! :)

@@ymprogenius honestly it depends. Some people could do this just fine and have no issue. If I did this, I might be in trouble. Blood disorders aren't something that are necessarily screened for unless there is a reason to suspect it. Like having a first family relative having a disorder or gene mutation, you might screen their relatives. For example, my dad has a clotting disorder with a clotting factor, but also has a gene mutation that makes him more likely to clot. I was screened, and I don't have the disorder, but I do have the mutation. Now this screening only happened after I had had surgery, after I had been on oral birth control for years....and knowing the mutation exists changes the way those two situations go. But I have had medical things done prior and hadn't been screened.
So in the scheme of eating spinach excessively, it's something that people may not really think about. And this could be fine for people to do...until it becomes dangerous for one person. I just really advise if you want to up your intake to go slow with it. Because you never know. Spinach is SUCH a great food and I have it basically daily, but just exponentially consuming it could be risky. And then just even the fact that you aren't getting enough calories to sustain yourself that way anyway, but that's a different story.
too much spinach can also cause many kidney issues including kidney stones due to the high amount of vitamin A

It was really a deadlift, and hang power clean, and a push press. With some work on form he should be able to hit 250.

So I was 280 and needed to get in shape for the fire department. I ate spinach for breakfast lunch and dinner with lime on top and a tiny bit of turkey (for a full month) for a snack (once a day) plain yogurt with 1 chopped banana. After 30 days I was down to 235. And yes of course I worked out as well.
Love you NIck, but that's crazy LOL. I like spinach but have to eat it in smaller quantities because of it's oxalate content and my susceptibility to kidney stones. :(
