AWESOME. Best 1 & 1/2 hour on the interweb. You don't find at least one recipe/dish here that inspires you to try it you must be near expiration. They are all great.

A little twist that'll make the steak fall apart tender and crispy. Marinade the steak in cheap red wine, cajun seasoning, and corn starch. Then deep fry the meat in about an inch and a half of really hot oil for 20 to 30 seconds. It'll make the meat fall apart tender AND you can use a tough cut like eye of round with great results.

I am really enjoying this video, last-minute recipes are so important to have. :) Tip for the bacon cheeseball: catch the bacon in a sieve with a heatproof bowl underneath to catch the bacon fat first and then drain on paper towels. The fat can be used again for e.g. frying.

I have been buying food and been breaking it up to use it to add flavor in many ways. Bacon for example I use as flavor in eggs, Add some to condensed Bean and Bacon Soup, also Potato Soup. Bacon is also a great flavor to Mac and Cheese. Chicken has given me much to add flavor also to many foods.

I made your atomic buffalo turds for the game this year. But I did half in cheddar and half in cream cheese. The cream cheese ones cook in about half the time. I deep fried them and only then did I wrap in bacon and finish in the broiler. Precooking the b acon until it's almost crunchy is important
