I am in Australia and some of the things that you talk about, we cannot get so I substitute for the Aussie equivalent. I do like your recipes as they are very easy and most of the things I can work out to be Aussie. This is my starting point to satisfy my picky son. He really does not know what I include into his dinners. Aussie's do not usually have tacos for dinner, the closest I can get is either meat.3 vege, meat pie and vegetables. Although the Aussies are becoming more adventurous, Australia has international chefs coming here. This is just so good to taste other cuisine's. At the moment I am cooking chicken and rice. Thank you for the videos.
Forgot to add - we love the taste of jalapones but not the heat. We found a HEATLESS jalapones plant at the garden shop this year and they are great - all that good flavor without the heat!!

I made your lazy enchiladas for this week. Storing them in microwave meal containers. Putting the "extras" in a bag for each one. They are so good! Will be making them often. (Also did red beans and rice). Had 6 plates of each.

The guacamole salsa is so good! We use it on everything! 💝 Thank you for these meal ideas! Kids will be starting back to school and coming home starving! I think the tacos dorados would be a good after school snack. (We have dinner kinda late due to after school activities) so like 2 dinners lol

My husband loves Caldo, and he wanted to know if I could find a recipe on how to make it. Now I've got that recipe, so all I have to do is by the ingredients and cook it. Lol!!

Thank you for mentioning cracking the eggs in a separate bowl first, adding to your flour bowl one at a time. That way, not only can you remove any shell pieces, but, more importantly, if it’s a bad egg, it’s not going to contaminate the main bowl. It drives me nuts when I see people go rogue, as you mentioned.

Put them in a hot frying pan that is lightly oiled.
