Great video, just did both my grills this afternoon. Took 20 minutes aside, so easy, no need to do anything but zip ties on.

Great job! Sad that Chevrolet didn’t make that standard. Several buyers have had radiator issues.

I must say that at least the price seems to be okay. Seen one place wanting like 250 or 350. I quickly looked up where I can buy hex abs at and I can get a fairly large sheet for less then $50 bucks. So, I find the RGS price is likely not a massive price gouge.

Absolutely, we reduce the development time and effort that goes into someone starting from scratch. We do most of the hard work, and have a mechanic install them quickly or DIY.

Would also like to add that the holes seem large enough to let some direct hits still pass through of the small road pebble debris. Has there been any like before and after photos between installed and like $1000 miles? It'd be interesting to see how much it prevents as the small pebbles still getting through. Perhaps it deflects and slows down most of them though

Great question! As we are balancing air flow vs protection. We are using the principle of the good ole physics equitation Force = Mass x Acceleration to reduce the size of object (Mass) at typical speeds (Acceleration) to reduce the impact (Force). We will not, and should not as that impedes airflow, stop all, but we try to stop the large objects that would cause damage.

@@radiatorgrillestore interesting, having grew up in the world of dirt track racing, cars would use good old screen material like what you might find in window in front of there massive radiators. Which they could chuck as they become dirty with bugs, dirt, debris. Seems like a lot of extra physics info that is not really needed to address hole size, no one is saying block airflow. It's a mere observation that some are using smaller dia openings and no I do not think that it's so small that it's going to stop forced air from the front of the car from hitting the small radiators. however, I do wonder about the turbulence behind these and giving the small radiators clean air that is passing through more efficiently the small radiators. Any thoughts on the introduction of turbulence by adding an additional layer for air to pass through.

@@TheMustangStampede We actually have these screens which are similar in size (14mm x 7mm) to the aluminum versions ( 7mm x 7mm) we carry which are the same diameter as the OEM rear heat diffuser material that come stock on these cars.

That looks great , I ordered a C8 9 mo's ago still waiting. May consider this grill , But another question I have sensitivity with wireless I can not sit with a couple feet of a wifi router for too long so I really don't want wifi in my C8 I have been able to disable wifi n other wireless in a 2020 Camaro thru the infotainment screen however their telling me that may not be possible in the C8 or other new 2022 cars so my question is can it be disabled other ways , such as going into the dash and taking out the wifi box or disconnected the wifi cables ?
Thanx So much for any info or advice

no such thing as wifi sensitivity ya whack a doo, your c8 has wireless wifi hot spot you know? runs even if you don't pay for it, always.

No change in the 2023. Are you heating them up according to the instructions? You are talking about the side intake grilles correct? Are you looking at the PDF instructions at the website? www.radiatorgrillstore.com/_files/ugd/f13388_3e63e08e679c4a9eb769ecc7ec642902.pdf

You must have small hands you cannot even get your hand behind the grill guard to put the zip tie in not if you have a good size, hands no way a big to do everything else was easy except the zip tie part was the hardest part. Ridiculous.
