A workaround to disable the mouse Yoke in-game : go in controls, copy and paste 2 previous commands(X and Y axis), Then on input : control type - button; modifier - hold on output : modifier - release. Then in-game you just hold the button you choose from input and it will stop the mouse Yoke until you release it. Personally I mapped it to the right click(when moving the camera) and another key from my keyboard (to let me touch the buttons from the cockpit). I think (I will try later) that if you choose the modifier invert instead of hold, it will do the opposite and activate the mouse yoke only when you press the button.

Hey there! Trying this out in MSFS2024, everything seems great until you test it in-game and realize that the steering is all bugged out, when you move the mouse it starts gittering for some reason and it's uncontrollable. Not sure if it has to do with the new version or not... Any help would be apreciated!!
Fantastic! I've had MSFS for a couple of months now and I've been searching, searching, and searching for tutorials or ways to use mouse control. These clearly helped, thank you!
Does VJoy and Virtually controller work with MSFS 2024? I can't seem to set up the mouse as a yoke in the native settings... hoping these programs could work for 2024 as well...
The "Y" axis of this configuration, for me, does nothing. It also stopped the "Y" axis from working when setting and releasing parking break. I can see that the vJoyConfig viewer & MSFT Flight Simulator are accepting input (sliders move up and down when moving mouse up and down) but the actual game play doesn't do anything with the "Y" axis portion. Have no idea what the problem is.
Hi friend! Something happens to me and that is that for the Virtual Controller to work, the simu has to be in the background. That is, any other tab has to be above the simu so that you can use the mouse as a yoke. Do you know why it can be?
Hey bro can we use a gamepad to control the aircraft as the keyboard is not making any sense I'm not able to fly or should I use a xbox controller in pc
you can by adding a bind in virtual controller, do mouse>button>(your mouse button here)>hold, then on vjoy you could choose any button set it to hold and remap the throttle setting ingame to whatever button you set it in the program.
Hi, I had this problem too. But it's easy. Open your Virtual Controller -> Settings -> IO Devices -> Virtual -> Setup, and then all you do is check the box "Enabled" and then exit out. Don't check the box and then "configurate" because it will uncheck that box, rendering it disabled like before. After checking that box and exiting out, it'll pop up on the output along with your keyboard and mouse! Hope this helped like it did for me.
Thank you! It took me a week or something to install this, just to have it create a new problem where I can't move the joystick at all lol. Hopefully this works

You don't suck. 2020 is different from 2012 and even 2K etc. You will find other bugs/annoyances but I think these will eventually be fixed. MS has way more to go to tweak all A/C flight models.
thx for making this video
Im trying to set this up but even though I followed all the steps I cant see anything on the vjoy configuration tab in the control settings in game, also the virtual controller doesnt ask me to restart the computer. I restarted anyways but that didnt check out.
ssame any solutions?
Hey there! Trying this out in MSFS2024, everything seems great until you test it in-game and realize that the steering is all bugged out, when you move the mouse it starts gittering for some reason and it's uncontrollable. Not sure if it has to do with the new version or not... Any help would be apreciated!!
thanks man, you're an absolute legend :)
It works, thank you! 💪
any way to disable the mouse yoke in-game and re enable it for free looking etc?
By default enabling the Virtual controller is pressing F5. Disabling it should be Shift + F5. Though I would alt tab for it to work.
Fantastic! I've had MSFS for a couple of months now and I've been searching, searching, and searching for tutorials or ways to use mouse control. These clearly helped, thank you!
Great to hear!
Does VJoy and Virtually controller work with MSFS 2024? I can't seem to set up the mouse as a yoke in the native settings... hoping these programs could work for 2024 as well...
After restarting my PC I don't see Flight Control Surfaces at 2:26 Control Settings somehow I see Vjoy Device...
Thanks a lot man, I hope it works...
OMG You're a legend! Thank you so much.
Oh, dude! You really helped me!
Ejecuta el Vjostick como administrador, ojala te funcione :)
@@leonardonunez8175 omg you are awesome thanks
@@leonardonunez8175 thank you so much

It stops working when I'm in fullscreen?
Nevermind, it works now. I just had to disable administrator rights. Thanks!
Fresh upload just in time just got FS2020 today.
but can you move around push buttons without giving control input?
Thanks for video and hints... great idea!
Thank you for this! Is there a way to assign throttle so I can take advantage of the buttons on my mouse?
Good question Ill be waiting God Bless :)
you can by adding a bind in virtual controller, do mouse>button>(your mouse button here)>hold, then on vjoy you could choose any button set it to hold and remap the throttle setting ingame to whatever button you set it in the program.
Just use a software to rebound f3 or water your throttle buttons are to your mouse
Thank you soo much bro you are the best i sub ed to from all my alt account
great....i was 3 years looking for that
Its a great game and a great video! 👍

It's not showing me any axis options under the MSFS vJoy Device settings.
Hey I know this vid was a long time ago but I got a question, why does vJoy only work when I'm not in the game tab?
Don't run the sim in administrator mode and then it will work
Is this still working trying to do this but the alirons exis is just the bar going full right not moving
When setting up the controls in the virtual controller on output it only shows keyboard mouse and program no vjoy can anyone help me?
same
Hi, I had this problem too.
@@tylerfielding5311 It is enabled and I still have this problem.
Thank you! It took me a week or something to install this, just to have it create a new problem where I can't move the joystick at all lol.
Hopefully this works
Hello!! Although my filter is turned to "All", the V Joy Device remains on default. I configurated everything and also I restarted my pc and the Flight Simulator... but nothing :/
